EMR Group has gone above and beyond to educate me about other services that may benefit my business. I thought I was just hiring an IT company, but EMR Group has saved us money in a few different areas - from websites to marketing, our new phone system alone is saving us over $300 per month. Their knowledge is also allowing us to provide better, and more timely, customer service to our patients.I recently had an issue with one of my vendors where a vital piece of technology was down. Days had passed, their support team was unhelpful, the machine was still down, and we were losing money every day. I dont know why I waited so long! When EMR Group stepped in, the vendor became more responsive and a loaner was shipped immediately. Jeff even contacted the company to renegotiate a better service plan. I have never known a company to have my back so completely.EMR was willing to give us a trial period before signing up and cementing a contract. Jeff was up front about how much time he expected to need to devote to my business and what we could expect going forward. Give them a try - EMR is small enough to care about you and big enough to get things done. I cannot more highly recommend EMR.

I have been working with Jeff and EMR Group for a few months now and I have to say that they are amazing! Jeff is quick to answer my questions and anticipate my companies needs. He really knows his stuff and is able to explain it to me in a way that I can understand. Not only do I not have to worry about any of my organizations IT needs I feel like I am learning as we go. We recently replaced our server and the transition was smooth and easy. I have worked another organization that a server replacement last year and it shut them down for hours on end with constant issues in the following months, but Jeff and EMR Group had us up and running like nothing happened almost immediately. and there were no issues following the transition.I would highly recommend EMR Group to anyone, I cannot say enough how helpful and amazing Jeff and the rest of the staff are.

Jeff from EMR is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and finds new and creative ways to cut costs for our company. When we had an issue with a service provider, he escalated the issue and was able to resolve it for us.

I forget for how long we kept our trust with this person. His turnover was unacceptable for us. We thought this was a legitimate company, but apparently it is operated by someone who is selfish and cares more for his own success than his customer.
