Worst customer service ever! They make things so complicated. Rude rude rude ! Don’t waste your time here .
Seriously the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. This place has people working there that do not care. If you need to print anything go elsewhere
Ben in the copy center (Feb 4, 2021)was very patient and professional..appreciated all his help.Arlando and Braden are fun, professional and knowledgeable techs who gave me a trustworthy diagnosis on my laptop and gave me the extra info I need to help mew purchase my new laptop for school.Great team work!
Needed a rush on some laminated pages and someone tried to get them to me quickly but really failed on execution. All should have been redone but I was in shock from how horrible the job was and I was in a rush so I had them redo 4 of the pages where the paper was sticking out of the lamination. They asked for an hour to get them completed, the store was super busy. I came back and they TOTALLY stepped up to the plate and redid every page there were 33 pages. It was the right thing for them to do, I advised a learning experience for the person who did them incorrectly. Super impressed that they redid them all and they were exactly what I have come to expect from having my pages laminated by Office Depot.
Is there anyone working at this store?Been in line with other 4 folks for 20 min and there’s still only one lady taking care of customers... and some employees walking around... choose a different locations before coming to Office Depot. Just a suggestion...
Great customer service and very helpful. Jordan helped me get some workbooks printed quickly. She assist me with downloading my documents onto a flash drive so she could access the information to print. I’ve been to many Office Depots and this one was by far the most engaging and most friendly!
Ive been to a lot Office Depot locations but this is definitely one of the best. I had a slightly complicated print job two weeks ago and I needed help with at their Print Center all done exactly as I asked . thank you Ben.Today I was helped at the Print Center by Jordan . I had to print quite a bit but She was extremely helpful, fast, accurate, and professional. I love their student discounts for printing and school supplies. I definitely recommend this location.
Armando was super helpful when picking out office chairs and he is very knowledgeable! Hes awesome and has great customer service skills, needs a promotion 🙂
Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional, courteous workers, and they know what theyre doing. Very nice store too. So glad I discovered this place because I have been very disappointed w/ the FedEx store on Speedway where the employees (when you can find one) have the customer service skills of a prison guard.
Ridiculously slow. Employees just wander around with no sign of urgency at all. They can’t find anything or do anything on their own without consulting with another clueless employee.

Top quality office products and supply store. I have saved 35 to 50% on office furniture, and the printing department does an outstanding job. Very happy with the huge selection in various departments (electronics, furniture, office products, technology products, paper and ink, etc.) very competitive prices, very helpful staff.

I went in.to purchase a monitor. They did not have the one I wanted so I asked for an hdmi to monitor hookup. The guy had no clue what I was asking for. I left and am headed to staples.

Worst place ever for printing- after standing in line 10 min w a hungry/ sleepy toddler- the sleepy guy told me to use the self service- then he didn’t know how it worked🙄🙄
I was in recently looking for an item. I could not find anyone in red from the customer service team to help me, so I had to wait in line at the cashier to find my product location. - Today I was smarter and called ahead to find out the title of the aisle I would be looking for. I will travel to get the items today. - Last time I was in and got a good customer service rep to help me with my needs. - Tomorrow I will be needing copies of very important paperwork, and I assume they provide that. - Huge selection of products.
Update 7/1/19: The General Manager was kind enough to not only offer a finished reprint for free, but have it delivered. Though it is unlikely i will be doing any more printing through Office Depot/OfficeMax, i am very thankful for the effort put forward by Mr. CastroOriginal: False advertising, staff has a complete disconnect from customers. Submitted an online print order for store pickup at 6:59am. Guarantee on website and clearly displayed in store is orders submitted before 2pm will be ready by 6pm same day. Arrive at store at 2pm to inquire about the print job, associate tells me that the canvas has been printed but the machine is broken and a female associate is on her way to the store to fix it. I arrive back to the store at 3pm and a female associate tells me that there is no one available who can frame the canvas as per the order until the next day. I asked about their clearly displayed guarantee and she simply repeated that no one was available to frame the canvas and offered to give me the unframed canvas (with no discounts/at full prepaid price) or cancel the order. As these options were unacceptable in light of the guarantee and it being a birthday present for that very day, i pressed the associate for a better solution. She (Jordan) rolled her eyes and said that she would get her manager (Andrew). Andrew was also completely unsympathetic and offered me the two detrimental solution that Jordan offered, going further to say that after i cancel it i could resubmit the order for a different store, ignoring that i had a bicycle helmet and that it would be past the 2pm deadline for same day pickup. Now i have no birthday present, and am furious with OfficeDepot/OfficeMax.
Jordan was a great help and went out of her way to help me. Thank you again Jordan. This will be the location I will continue to go to .
I wanted a leather folder (cant remember its actual name) to carry around my resumes and applications in, and as just mentioned, really didnt know what I was looking for. The employees were very helpful, and walked around with me while we looked for the object I had pictured in my head. After a couple failed attempts we finally found what I wanted, and I just really appreciate the service I received. Hope these guys dont go out of business, tough times these days!

Had by far the worst experience today after all the experiences I had with you guys purchasing supplies for work I thought shopping would be smooth. I purchased a laptop online went and picked it up and upon getting home found out it was the wrong laptop. Granted I received one almost double in price I decided I should take it back. I called the store and asked what to do. I went back to get what I bought and simply get my computer. They returned it and then gave me the one I should have received in the first place and was told I they could me a discount for my trouble. Well we had a birthday dinner to attend and came back with the debit card and computer to return and rebuy. Well the transaction of returning and rebuying locking my debit card according to the store. I called the bank and they told me nothing was wrong with my account. So now I have a locked card and no laptop. After all this I was able to get the laptop by other means. What a mess if I didnt need the laptop I would forget this whole mess and shop elsewhere. After all this I learned no good deed goes unpunished. I should of just kept the more expensive laptop.
Tammy is rude, condescending, impolite. I do some consulting on sales and customer retention. Id terminate or suggest immediate termination if she worked for me or my client. Heres why: Her attitude. After insulting me and telling me that Id have to accept a full merchandise credit when I put a portion of the original purchase on my Visa a week prior (I had the receipt and the box had not be opened) I told her Id like to talk to the manager on duty. Andrew came over and was able to put the portion back on my Visa. When I told Andrew he need to train Tammy on this (she was within hearing distance at the other cash register) she started banging to products she was ringing up. Not professional. Shes lost my wifes corporate account and I will not do business with them after my gift card is used up.
Their customer service sucks. No other way of putting it! After the sales coordinator is what his tag said was absolutely rude and instead of helping would rather just stress you out without knowing what you are requesting. Something that should have taken a couple minutes took about 20 minutes! Andrew was absolutely rude on top of not knowing what hes doing.
Ive been to a lot of Staples and Office Depot locations but this is definitely one of the best. I had a slightly complicated manual print job I needed help with at their Print Center and was really impressed by the service. Kiana worked hard to finish my order quickly while I waited and got it all done EXACTLY as I asked. I definitely recommend this location if you need supplies or have any specific print or custom project needs.On another day I was helped at the Print Center by Kyra R. She was extremely helpful, fast, accurate, and professional. Not only did I feel I was getting my moneys worth for the prints, but the service was exceptional!
Needs more help in the copy center the wait time is way too long they need a line for big jobs only as not to make the whole line wait till they are done
Very kind and helpful! I needed help with printing my resume and certificates. The professionals helped select the paperweight as well as the color and folders. This allowed me to present my resume to 5 different locations leaving with a great first impression.
We were looking for a very specific type of folder and the very knowledgeable staff member helped us find it, on sale too!! Also, the cashier told us about some great deals for students.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had the worst experience and would rather pay more for better printing services.
Their copy dept is one of the better in town with great lamination and poster services to boot.
They hid there desire to keep an eye on me in what is called costomer service. But Im not a child. I knew right away that while there own employees looked just as freaky as I. I was not going to be allowed to just shop. Just look to see if they had what I needed.Oh no. An employee was within two feet of me almost the whole time I was there. Wanna hear the upshot? They didnt have what I needed. Well done Office Depot.You got the good stuff main. Im using the affect that they thought me of having. I suppose my ability to use the language properly made zero impact on them. Gee, I wonder why?
Absolutely awful experience. I went to the print department to get a simple print and laminate job done. Marcel and Dana need some serious retraining. Marcel sat there talking to his buddy and completely ignoring me. Dana was working but would not acknowledge my existence. I waited for like 5 minutes and was about to leave when Dana finally deigned to serve me. I asked for something to be laminate and her wide laminator was not working. Yeah, sure. Everytime I come here it is not working. I think it may be the staff that are not working. Avoid this branch. I usually go to 22nd and Harrison. So much better service there.
Saved me in a pinch. Was able to get some photo quality prints made in the middle of the night. Success!
It is a typical office supply store, it does have everything you would need for an office. The staff has always been helpful and the copy and print service is great. I have never used their computer repair service.
I use the printing and copying facilities occasionally and they are very professional and knowledgeable.
Staff seemed like they were so unhappy. Ran in to pick up one thing real quick and stood at register ignored. A few other customers were also ignored. Terrible customer service.
Awful, stopped by to print ONE copy of my resume in a, I forgot my debit card but had money in change that they would not take unless I got a gift card with a minimum of $5 PLUS the money for the page I would print which is stupid considering the fact that i only needed one paper copy. Save yourself the trouble and go to the public library for print outs.

The manger at Office Depot assisted her in personally calling TEP as well as doing computer work to make sure that her money was retured as she does not own a cell phone or computer.
