Update your freaking hours. So people dont waste there time going to your store thinking your open til 10 pm. when you close at 7!!!
Not the friendliest staff either pharmacy or front of store; this CVS seems to a negative atmosphere.
Visited this store in order to get a prescription filled when my HMO plan failed to deliver through the US mail in time. The pharmacist with extremely helpful, the staff answered my questions and made a priority of my prescription, and later the pharmacist made some recommendations on vitamins and supplements that was right on target for me. CVS in California, Oregon, and Arizona has always been an outstanding store for me, and I can definitely recommend them for both your prescriptions as well as for your general retail needs. The telephone prescription ordering system, and follow-up confirmation of the status of the prescription, is excellent and always accurate. And the pricing for the prescriptions that Ive had field has been excellent, too.
I really like CVS and shop here often enough but lately I have noticed the shelves have been all empty and either they are not restocking properly or they are going out of business. Not sure. Its pretty sad to say the least!
I picked up my prescriptions at the drive-thru without any hassle. Im grateful that theyve opened both lanes since you can get Covid-19 testing in the first one. The service is just as good as it has ever been.
Got what I needed. Value for the $$$.
As most others have stated I take a very important blood pressure medication. I had a refill sent on Thursday 10/30 it’s Sunday 11-3 it’s still not done I called Fry’s at 11 O’clock to have it transferred over and it’s 1 pm and it’s done. NEVER AGAIN will I use this pharmacy
They have been great and helpful with my doctors
Amanda at the Pharmacy was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful, worked through a problem we had with our insurance, helped us get a discount with GoodRX, and truly went out of her way to make sure we left with exactly what we needed.Thank you Amanda!!
Very clean and neat. Things are easy to find. Isles are marked well. The Pharmacy staff are very well-informed and helpful. All employees are are very helpful in helping you locate what your looking for. I have really enjoyed a lot of the CVS in Tucson. Thank You .
They’re always really nice at this location. The pharmacist remembers my name whenever he sees me, which is rare nowadays. I’ve never had a problem with them. I just wish they were open later...
They seem so more uptight then Walgreens employees. It seems darker in this CVS store than other ones. The lady at the pharmacy was rude. They didnt have what I went for either.
Drive thru Pharmacy pick up is just frustrating. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes, these people are too slow.
No cash back w debit? what kind of operation are you running?
The pharmacy staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. We were switching doctors and our insurance was slow on approving prescription changes. They made sure we never went without! They worked with our doctors office to ensure uninterrupted care. The store is new, very clean, and never crowded. Great service. Great atmosphere.
Store has restores closed for shoppers but every where else thats open has bathrooms available. Workers are lazy.
Dropped off a prescription on a Friday, they asked when I would like to pick it up. Asked for the following Tuesday, and was told sure, it will be ready . Showed up 2 days AFTER it was supposed to be filled, and surprise! No prescription. And rather than just say sorry, we screwed up, the guy has the nerve to lie and say there was a note on the prescription from my doctor saying it could not be filled until 2 days after I had scheduled to pick it up. There absolutely was not. When I confronted him about this, he started treating me like a drug-seeker!We used to use another CVS and loved it, but moved to the other side of town, so we switched over to this one. BIG mistake. Between this and crappy hours (hello...most working folks have to be to work by 8:30, so opening at 9:00 leaves us pretty well screwed), this pharmacy has lost my business.UPDATE: Verified with our doctor - there was NO restrictions on my prescription, and he was pissed that they had lied and said there was. Worse, they were leaving phone messages on my husbands phone (which is never on due to workplace restrictions). Finally, they were going to charge me the full cash price, claiming they did not have our insurance info. When I pressed them on it, they suddenly and magically found our coverage info in their system and had to re-do the paperwork before I get the stupid thing paid for. Stay away...stay far, far away from this pharmacy!!!
I usually have a very bad experience when shopping at this cvs. But today was very different. I came in looking for something very specific, the cashier Ariana lead me right to it and gave me amazing customer service. You guys need to hire more people like her!
The staff is very nice and helpful. #Facts
Dont take my word alone for this review... see the other reviews as this pharmacy has serious issues that could effect your health. Had surgery and a script for pain killers. Had someone drive me to to the location and was told it would take over two hours to fill. Are you kidding me? Im in pain as I write this, waiting for a taxi to take me to another pharmacy. Interesting that I came to the counter with the surgery bandages and medical center ID tag still on my arm. So it was obvious I was just out of surgery and in pain. They could have filled this in 30 seconds as there was no one else in line or waiting -- certainly not for a priority order. Never have your scripts filled at this store. Thank you.
Pharmacist Charles is very polite, courteous, always willing to help & always wear a smile. Refills & new prescriptions are filled quick. I am very satisfied & very comfortable with the pharmacy & its staff. Keep it up!
There was a stench when I entered the store that was so strong I almost left. Agree with others that it was neat and clean, but the smell was enough to knock you out. I told the cashier in a way to be helpful and all he said was I dont smell it. Wont go there again.
Cvs has everything I needed, never did me wrong !!
Professional, friendly and quick service. I just transferred to this store and have been treated like Ive always gone there.I only moved from 615 N Alvernon because I moved. Thanks again for your great service.Pamela Turner
Worst location Ive even been to. They always quote a time for when the prescriptions will be ready then when I go to pick them up, they say itll be another hour.Today I filled 2 prescriptions and when I came back at the time they quoted, the guy helping me was confused because the initial person hadent even entered any of my prescription information. It was as if they had thrown the papers away and completely dismissed it.This is unacceptable when needing to fill prescriptions. This one is very time sensitive too so they are really messing with the plan my doctor has for me.Dont come here, not worth your time or energy at all.
Two weeks ago, I was having reliability problems with my previous pharmacy so I decided to give this CVS location a try. I need a reliable pharmacy. I take a lot of medications because Im a cancer patient and also recently had a stroke, along with several more minor conditions. I initiated the transfer online on May 5, 2019. I got a confirmation e-mail. Then nothing further happened. I tried calling on May 16th, and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone finally picked up. I was told they never got my transfer. In reality, they didnt bother to really look. I went there in person the next day with the order confirmation and they actually looked. They had received it but it hadnt been entered even after more than a week. They offered to fill my most urgent prescription immediately and the rest they promised would be ready the following day, Friday. I never got a call, email or text, so today, Sunday, May 19th, a full TWO WEEKS after initiating the transfer of my meds, I checked their online system. The only one listed is the one they filled for me on Thursday. Ok, next step, call and ask about it. I have now been on hold for 51 minutes. When I was there on Thursday, it was explained to me that this location was combined with another location and that they were short-staffed. Even being short-staffed, customers shouldnt be lied to about whether orders have been received, have to wait more than a week for important prescriptions to be filled, be promised the problem would be fixed and still be waiting after two weeks, or have to show up in person to get anyone to do anything. These problems speak to me of incompetence at the management or even corporate level. My mom also uses this pharmacy. We both have stage 4 cancer. Her chemo gets shipped here. Can she trust them not to lose it? I certainly shouldnt be on hold still after an hour. I am out of over half my medications. You get one star for every prescription you have filled for me but I really want to leave 0 stars.
They have not idea of the CVS Pay option on the CVS app. So if you are going to this pharmacy thinking you can pay with your cell phone as you can do in all other CVS, be prepared to return your items. Train your workers on the new technologies corporate is implementing.
I like the staff but what is the point in them saying theyre going to close at midnight when they always shut the door before then. Sometimes I work late and I need to run in and grab something in just like a minute but I cant even do that
Its 9:07 am. Im the only customer inside. Dropped off 1 prescription. Wont be ready till 10 am. Really?!?! Ridiculous?!?!
I have never been treated worse by a retail establishment. My wife sustained a 2nd degree burn at a time when most stores were closed. We went to this CVS because it was open late. We arrived a couple of minutes before closing, the doors were open and we went straight to the section to find items to relieve my wife’s pain and to wrap her hand. We were abruptly confronted by an employee and I told him my wife was in pain and what she needed. rather than help us quickly locate what we needed so we could make our purchase he told us we had to leave because they were closing. My wife found what she needed after a couple of minutes but by then the cashier locked down the register as we rushed to the front to check out. She snottily said “register’s closed” and walked away. Incredible lack of empathy
If you like being criminalized for carrying lipstick in your purse, then this is the place for you! I walked in the store and there was nobody at the front initially. I wanted to compare lip shades so I pulled my lipstick out that I wanted to use for comparison. I actually intentionally did so in front of the camera clear away from the aisles. Good thing I did because the cashier hit the security button when I told her what I was doing and put my personal lipstick in my purse. I was the only one in the vicinity. Seriously? One of my lipsticks isnt even sold by CVS. So unless you saw me pull it from the shelf and put it in my purse, theres no reason to make your customers so uncomfortable over paranoia. Ulta NEVER treats me like that when I bring a product in for comparison. And theres really no reason not to shop there over CVS. I wont be buying from cvs in the future. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at a cvs. Stop making your employees so paranoid, and get a better system in place. Like a cosmetics counter and cashier like walgreens has so someone is able to see whats happening and stop crying wolf at the expense of your customers. I didnt even get an apology.
I can see why this location has a 2.7. Their prices are ridiculous and so inflated!!Do not buy anything here unless you want to pay 1.5 more times then other locations.
Wow! this place is SUPER expensive.
Dont go in if you need to use the restroom at night.
This store is always out of the sale items. Every time the weekly sale ad comes out this store doesnt have at least four or five of the items advertised in the sale. Why is that??
I wouldnt buy anything from the pharmacy here. The pharmacist is a rude, arrogant, ignorant, insipid cretin.
Privately owned and really hard to get a job because it is online and no one their gives you the correct code.
Ive never had to wait 48 hours to transfer a prescription before, especially a really simple one that can be grabbed off the shelf
Arrived prior to closing and store was already closed. Will not be coming back
Dont shop CVS prices way to high and unfriendly staff not helpful.
When I type in 24 hour pharmacy, it should not give me a listing for a closed pharmacy. Not the store, the pharmacy. Ducking useless.
Very friendly workers
