Pretty busy place as usual. Theres a Taco Bell or Subway and honey buns sold in this store. Very competitive prices on gasoline sometimes theres a way to get gas shes worth it.

Bad customer service and horrible cell service due to the cell blockers that they use so you could give in and buy thier wifi. You cant even make a call in the store without the call dropping.

Incredible food on the fly. Pizza two pieces for $5 and its delicious. Friendly attentive staff I love the place great prices on gas a lot of the time. Very clean and many places will not stop you from entering not wearing a mask cuz many people have a reason. But they sanitize and do their job correctly. Some people just try to say things to shut down businesses because theyre jealous.

My last review was very covid oriented. As that is no longer much of an issue for me, my rating has changed. They are personable, helpful, and willing to assist. Also, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday they have the best soup called Chicken Pot Pie Soup.

The story is well maintained and staff is friendly. They also offer Subway and taco Bell on the premises. I mostly like their cinnabons And service is always quick.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh. They made me feel right at home. Vanessa was very kind. She made me feel like a valued customer. After traveling, it was nice to see a friendly face. I highly recommend this store. It was clean and well maintained.

The fuel appears to be of good quality. The car ran through the tank with no problems. This Pilot has a very nice soda and energy drink selection. Oh and they had 🔥 Cheetos so Im happy.

Only one towel in shower. Shower room is cold. Please turn up your heat. I prefer TA. Because their showers are always warm. Shower head leaked everywhere. And Mr Pilot not every driver is 6 ft tall a shower that hits you in the face is not cool. I am 55 tall please consider the vertical challenges people in this work. And as a female driver. We dont like to dry their hair with the same towel at dry our body with.

What you would expect from a pilot.Place was clean they have a taco bell in there so that was nice. They need to stay on top of tucks that are parked in no parking zones. They had a line of them parking on the back end in front of the pumps making it hard to pull into the fuel Island.

This year I discovered the showers that these truck stops have. I used them frequently when moving my family across the country and still do when I am staying in a town away from home if Im avoiding hotel costs or just passing through.Ive never been disappointed by the cleanliness or the quality of these facilities and this location is no exception.

Great stop busy at times friendly staff

Overall a great gas station! Very clean and had a giant variety snacks and other items that any driver would find handy. The bathrooms were big and even had complementary mints. Gas prices were low and service was friendly. To top it all off they have a cinnabon bar that has the best cinnamon rolls you have to check it out!

Pretty cute, but with loud, screeching hawks on speakers to keep away other birds. The cinnamon buns were a delight and the Taco Bell inside made very good food and had free waters out prepared for guests. They also have washing and drying machines for laundry, which I needed help navigating with from one of their very helpful employees. They also had showers, but I only used the laundry facilities. A good truck stop with good food, decent landry service, but man, as always, very long (but cheaper than lines) gas lines

This is generally my go to spot when traveling through and around Tucson as they usually have the lowest gas prices. The scary wild bird sounds I believe are there to scare off pigeons which I must say does its job. With Subways and I believe Taco Bell inside this facility which provides an excellent selection to stop on you way in or out of the area.

Its tough to rate a truck stop, as they are mostly dealing with truck drivers who have been sitting and driving for hours at a time. But as customer who wasnt driving for 6 hours before walking in, I felt that the service is a little dry. Most of the employees seem uninterested in helping you unless it is to get you checked out as quickly as possible. The only person I thought looked happy was the guy make the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and we can all understand that one.

Gas is one of the cheapest in that area and they have a huge selection of snacks and drinks. They even have showers..... wow thats crazy.

Very busy Pilot Travel Center. I have been to this location numerous times. There are frequent waits to get gas. However, wait times are usually reasonable. Inside, the store is clean and well stocked. Lines at the registers are usually short. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are clean, and maintained. Management keeps this place running smoothly.

I went to the Pilot #593 at 5570 E. Travel Plaza, Tucson, AZ 85756.I was filling up my truck and noticed that the pump just kept going and going and going. Since my fuel light had not even come on yet, I knew that at most I would only need 18-18 1/2 gallons to fill it. But the pump kept going and going. I stopped at a little over 22 gallons. I couldnt believe it! My owners manual says that my fuel capacity is 21 gallons. That means I pumped 22 gallons of fuel into a 21 gallon tank. NOT! The pump ripped me off. My guess would be that it only needed the usual 18 gallons or so and Pilot ripped me off for about $10. My wife said that everyone seemed to be pumping and pumping and pumping, too. Something was definitely wrong with the pumps, and mine for sure.When I went inside and told the manager Luis - he couldnt have cared less. He was defensive. He said there was nothing wrong with his pumps and that the problem was my truck. Now, how can there be a problem with my fuel tank or any fuel tank? It holds what it holds. Its not like it can break and suddenly hold more. The problem was obviously with the pump. But Luis didnt offer to investigate, or look at the pump, or escalate the problem up the chain of command to get an answer for me. He just arrogantly and apathetically defended his pumps with a look on his face that said that he thought I was an idiot - even though I talked calmly and respectfully. He was disrespectful in body language, facial expression, tone, and words from the first sentence that came out of his mouth. He looked to be in his early 20s. Clearly, he had no regard for me.I simply could not believe the experience I had at this Pilot. Never going back.

Best priced gas we could find heading west on Interstate 10. Entrance and exit is right off the freeway but the pull in and out of the lot and gas pump are not as seamless as may other pilot centers. Still a great place to fill up or top off.

Great gas prices- always!! Bathrooms are not always well kept- but all the employees are super nice and helpful! I frequent this establishment & it’s nice they take time to learn your name.

I was meeting a couple of people from my church and they suggested pilot, which is just down the street from where I live. It is clean and bright and it has a Subway Sandwich Shop and a Taco Bell inside. We decided to stay there and eat, which we did. Conducted our business and enjoyed our meals. Good place to go, whether for a quick snack, a meal, and yes, even gas.

While at pilot today a friendly employee TRAVIS was very helpful to me. He politely answered my question on the laundry service, even explain. I can use my pilot points to shower while I did my laundry. I wish all employees were as friendly and polite as this young man.

Looks brand new. Everything very clean and employees super friendly. I noticed only one major flaw, the parking lot is 50% smaller than Pilot fans are used to. Seriously, after parking I realized that my nose was maybe 50 feet from the other trucks parked head on, in front of me. If parking here, beware, you will have to maneuver several times, including getting out and looking, just to get back out of the lot. Terrible design, attempting to fit 80 or 100 trucks into spots where only 55 or 60 would usually fit. Everything else about this Pilot is 5 star, easily.

I wanted a donut however they didnt have any of those little plastic things to grab it with so I didnt get one. I got nachos instead but they didnt have many jalapenos left however they did let me put my cheese in a soup cup and take it for later😁 otherwise there is a lot of stuff in there, clothes, Auto, cup holders you can spend a good 30 minutes in there if youre not careful😉

We stop by often for gas and a snack, but today a full meal was in order. An often overlooked option is the hot soup and chili. Pretty good and bargain priced. Choices for fresh fruit and salads round out the meal for under $9.00 Dessert? Too many good choices!

Nestled in a very busy area off of I-10 this center is always tidy with courteous staff. I often stop with my special needs son to use the facilities and purchase snacks and the check out experience is always very gracious, caring and understanding of our needs at time.Unfortunately this Pilot also boasts some of the cheapest fuel prices in town which can make the parking lot hazardous which is why I gave it only 4 stars.The traffic in and out of this stop can get really congested which makes manuvering an arduous task at times.Take your time and you should no problems.

Very clean. Nice cashier, strong coffee, grabbed a bratwurst. Decent gas price too! Got a good laugh at the squawking predator noises on the speaker outside to get rid of the birds. 😆 Oh and clean restrooms!

Small, somewhat dirty restrooms. Guy at the counter was arguing with a customer over a transaction, which could have been done more professionally, however we are talking about a gas station. The price for gas wasnt bad, the variety of soft drinks is limited versus the other gas stations. But was able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes, which is a plus

Several reasons. The staff are great. Easy access to and from the freeway.Best coffee on the freeway.One suggestion to everyone...Apply, get and use their rewards program. I have gotten more free coffee from PILOT/FLYING J than I have purchased from the other 3 Major chains combined

Have a no dropped trailer policy (or a 2 hr policy thats ignored), and marking half the spots left reserved, meaning drivers are forced to PAY to park. THATS CALLED A RACKET. If youre not going to enforce your dropped trailer policy, then how can you force drivers to pay? You want your sh!t delivered, but make drivers jobs just that much more difficult. This same thing happened at a Flying J in CA. Never again will I do any business with a FJ or Pilot....

Great place to feel up and grab some drinks/snacks. Also has Taco Bell & Subway inside and I believe both are 24 hours as is the main pilot station.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly environment, also child friendly. I have only two complaints. 1.) I was served two slices of pizza that was hard and tough, and Im a Pilot rewards member, and the mens bathroom floor in the restroom toilet stalls was filthy with a word that isnt appropriate to be included in this review, but Im pretty sure its understood.

Very nice stop. RV friendly with separate RV lanes and dump station. The Dennys makes it a great place to stop for a bite. Plenty of parking and nicely maintained facilities.

This place is always very clean and inviting. The gas is always the cheapest and the fast food places combined here are always ready to make sure you can get back on the road. I definitely recommend anyone to stop here for gas and any quick needed items.

Everytime I pass through southern Arizona I make a pit stop at this Pilot. just because the staff is friendly. The facilities are maintained to a high standard. As well there is plenty of cool souvenirs to run across.

It’s truly amazing how many spots they now have set to “reserved” for the drivers.As if overcharging truck drivers for literally everything else in the store wasn’t enough. Now, they need to cash in on parking spots too for whatever reason. Oh that’s right, to get higher on the billionaire list.I also had to quit showering there. Apparently actually cleaning the toilet seat is very hard to do.

Ive always like the convenience of Pilot Truck shops. They have so much that travelers my need on the road. Food, gas, drinks, showers, restrooms and laundry machines. So awesome!

Consistently the cheapest gas along the highway between Phoenix and Bisbee / Tombstone / Sierra Vista. They have air for your tires and a vacuum, and the bathrooms are pretty clean. I stop here every time Im traveling through Tucson.

This Pilot travel center has a mixed evaluation. BThe facility is clean and the employees are all friendly and helpful. The problem is that the Shower rooms are not safe. I know this because I slipped and fell in the shower. The shower stalls do not have a non-slip surface, emergency hand holds or a help button. So please be careful with the showers if you use them. Like I said a split evaluation.

This pit stop is outstanding, theres even a Subway, Cinnabon, and a Taco Bell here! Customer service was amazing and the selection is huge! Also very well maintained and clean ;) 5 ⭐s two thumbs up I dont know how else to say it! I recommend! Stopped here for a Lyft ride to my new Amazon job!

After leaving San Antonio Texas at 4:30 Am by midnight I was exhausted. I filled up my Penske truck with the best gas prices I had seen since San Antonio Texas. Took an hour nap in my truck in a well light area in front of the building. Facility was clean including Restrooms. Staff was friendly and courteous. Coffee was excellent and kept me awake for the final 2 hours of my trip. Gas prices were excellent and they had what I need to clean my windshield. I really appreciated that!

Staff always fast, friendly and efficient! Subway and Taco Bell are in same building. Has a Cinnabon inside Pilot that smells great when theyre baking. Has good variety of items, including but not limited to: typical convenience store and truck stop type food and items, gifts, books, ice, etc. Has self-serve hot bar of 2 foods for breakfast and lunch, like oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and soups which vary from day to day. Also has a small hot deli counter for breakfast and lunch. Im not a coffee drinker, but supposedly some of the best coffee on the road! Its ground fresh to your selections by the cup. They have a (new this year) special filtered machine for JUST water and ice, and its free. My favorite - it has THE BEST tasting water and ice in Tucson! You can definitely taste the difference.

Truck stop just outside of Reno NV., if your not into the city truck stops, which seem to be filled with alot more riff raff, this ones good. The staff is the best part, seems like they should have more truck parking. If you dont get there early you wont get a spot. Flip side theres a dirt lot across the street, and loves on the other side of hwy 80

Always convenient to stop in at the Pilot. Great location. Clean restrooms . Friendly staff. This place has all you need in a pinch, from gifts to a snack. Thankful that they are there.

Pretty nice place. Very crowded and busy place. Taco bell can never get orders right but still good food. Subway is good as well. Then all the stuff to look at store. Showers and bathrooms are nice.

I cannot stand that loud squawking speaker it is ridiculous. Shut it down! As for the inside its what you would expect in the travel center, its clean great customer service has a cinnabon stoned inside which is pretty great and there is also a Subway and a taco Bell attached to it all in one. That gives you a great variety something for everyone. Just do us all a favor and shut that speaker down.

This is my favorite place to stop when Im on the road. I appreciate the clean restrooms. The whole place is very clean and organized. The staff are all very nice and down to earth. Very plaesant. Its a cool spot.

Lots and lots of activity in this place. Non stop traffic in & out. The staff is way cool, very nice. Good selection of food, from subway, taco bell, to pilots own pizza and soups. Cinnabon is there too.

Well structured place where even the busiest time the traffic flow is fast and no long lines or crowds anywhere. Also a truck stop as well with very friendly relations between long distance drivers and truckers. The attendants are very nice and helpful with the best routes or good snacks for energy on the road.

Filled up with diesel traveling from California to Texas. Got a call from the fraud department of Bank of America a few hours later saying there were 2 - $500.00 charges on our card. They asked if we had made them and we said no so they cancelled our card. This was the credit card that we were using to travel across the country. I called the Pilot station and they said its their policy to put a pending charge of $500.00 on until the total amount purchased clears. We will not be using Pilot any more. Its very nerve-wracking to be traveling and pulling a r.v. and not be able to stop where its convenient.

I stopped here on my way home from a Dr appointment and very clean the staff were very helpful and courteous. I would stop here every time I had to go to Tucson. This place had taco bell,subway and cinnabon. 👍from me.

Its a truck stop, but much better than most. Very clean everywhere. Open 24 hours. Has a subway and a taco bell that are also open 24 hours. Everyone is polite and helpful. Lines during busy seasons can be crazy for gas, but I prefer pilots over anywhere else. I come here often as I live nearby. Has showers and pretty much everything you could want at a convenience store truck stop restaraunt place.Edit: I take it all back. It has been declining in customer service very badly. I just tried to call to ask for help contacting the Taco Bell who never answers their phone at night despire being 24hr and they hung up on me! I have food allergies to very specific things and the one allergy I had Taco Bell put all over every single piece of my food despite me asking them not to. The place still looks great, but if you want help or your orders correct, then I suggest forgetting about stopping here.

It’s a decent Pilot...always clean and the coffee is decent. The truck parking is pretty tight and it would be helpful if the people in cars would figure out where they are supposed to go and stay out of the truck parking area...and if they do goof and find themselves in the truck parking lot, show a little courtesy to a truck backing into a spot and don’t try cutting around. It’s like they want to get hit.

Pretty darn cool! Went and got a shower(which was sparkling clean) and then some Subway and gas. No complaints :D

Pilot is nice with many food options. However, the staff at the taco bell are dumber than a box of rocks and cannot even contemplate simple math. No wonder taco bell makes so much money there. Their staff over charges and acts dumb until you say forget because they are never going to understand it.

After purchasing $200 in diesel We parked our 5th wheel where the trucks park . We needed to go inside to get our receipts. We were told by the station attendant that the parking was for professional big rig drivers only. We told him that area where the cars pulled in was totally full and we just needed to get a receipt he informed us he didnt care.

This is a really nice place to stop on I-10! Everything is clean and modern. Its easy to hop off the highway and back on from here.

This Is a great gas station with hot food thats pretty tasty. Nice and clean restrooms and cheap gas prices. The staff was always friendly and informative.

I try to use this Pilot as my DOT break every chance I get. The parking seems to stay full. With options for food its not a bad stop. Subway, Taco Bell, a Cinnabon, and a deli with several options. The diesel island usually stays busy.

Was super packed but nice selection.. convenient had alot of food selections an even a physical and chiropractic office for those long trips OTR and a video arcade lounge.. so far one of the better ones Ive visited..!

The parking lot layout is better than some. Definitely no parking after 2pm here for truck and if you dont mind deal with people who dont know what theyre doing even though it is their job. The restaurant is tacos bell. Takes forever to get your order and halftime it takes a while to order.. need to change management in this store to someone who might really care about other time. Or tare down the building and start over with everything.. this pilot really need help.. will never stop at this again..

First time here. Parking is a little tight, if you get here late (like me). But, not impossible. Great food inside at Taco Bell.

This is a good place to take a driving break before heading home after a day in the big city. Gas up, take a bathroom break and get a snack.

I wanted to buy coffee, I am a professional driver. I did not find sugar. I asked the staff, they said that they had no sugar and left. I was left without coffee.

We stop here for our brake ! Coffee is always fresh and delicious! Restrooms are very clean! And staff is always helpful and courteous.

After filling up my tank, and having to navigate a bunch of rude employees and customers clammering around the narrow coffee area, I was charged $2.05 for a refill of coffee. Totally ripped off. I wont give Pilot my business. Loves it is.

Very busy so finding an open nonreservable spot not easy.2 RV fuel lanes. Dump station not lined up with fuel island so some maneuvering needed.With all the trucks, can be a little noisy at night and very noisy during day.But good fuel prices.

Pumps get pretty busy during the morning and evening rush hours, but its great for cheap gas. Bathrooms are always very clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks - they even have a subway and cinnabon inside the store. Very good pitstop location. Gets only 4 stars because of the god-awful parking lot layout.

Best interstate gas station/convenience store in Tucson area... and 24 hour Subway & Taco Bell! This station is big and busy but they offer very low gasoline prices and plenty of amenities for RVs and big rigs. Plan your stop here!
