If I could post no stars I would. The cashier eyed my kids the entire time they were in the store. My kids were with me and she watched them like a hawk. While we looked at phone cases, she told us we were not allowed to open them to see if they fit. That’s fine, but there were many ways that could have been handled with polite customer service and the benefit of the doubt. We put back the items we had in our hands to purchase and proceeded to leave the store. I was ahead of the kids so I watched her as my kids left the store. She watched them the entire time as they left the store. As soon as they were out of the store, she went over to check the area the kids were looking at items. For the sake of my children, I am going to lean toward the idea that this was an isolated incident and not because they are Black kids in a predominantly non-black community. TYPO... do better and try a different approach. The exact words I said to the cashier after calling her out on her inappropriate behavior.

Awesome Christmas deals. The notebooks and journals are so cute! I think the pens could be better though, you can buy better gel pens for less than $7 at a Walmart, but they have super cute stationary supplies for your desk area or school. I would recommend going to this shop to check it out. Especially, during the Christmas sales. They have little planners for $3 during this time.

Went to park place mall location today, I was accompanied by my toddler. my son was mask less because he is under the county guideline for age required to wear a mask and wont keep one on, as is the nature of toddlers. Apparently Typo has guidelines different from that of the county, so we were told to leave. I understand the world is in a panic, however toddlers dont understand nor should be expected to, we were following the county guidelines. I understand stores can make their own policy and thats fine, we wont be shopping here anymore, but others should know your policy since it is no where stated on your website, social media, nor store front.

Very nice with lots of good gifts to buy. Mugs, books from friends that i think is a good gift for fans.

We called to see what time the store closed and the lady on the phone said 9. we got there at 8:30 and the doors were closed. the lady inside just looked at us and said nothing lol. kinda rude but whatevs maybe just don’t tell people that u close at 9 if you don’t close at 9

Nifty little gift ideas.

Cute little boutique type of shop. Has great selection of office/college/back to school items. Their themes on items are super cute. Deft check out the pen selection. You can try them before you buy them so you know if you like how they write or not. Always find something cool or neat when ever we visit! Highly recommend stopping by and take a quick look at things. Remember its a small little shop so the isle are not very big and at times it can get very crowded.

Two people left the store, meaning my sister and brother were next in line. They went in, and an employee yelled at them for walking in the store. She was being really rude to my siblings

Been here a few times, love the store, always stuff on clearance. Never any stationary though, at least none I would use to write letters with. Call me old fashioned but I like send off some handwritten letters sometimes.

Amazing product

Very cute store with lots of different items. Had things for stationary, water bottles, hand cream, candles as well as slippers and back packs. Staff is always very nice and you can sign up for a rewards program if you like.

Always a fun place to stop by. But if you need to make a return youll be greeted with extreme disgust. So if youll be buying from here make sure you wont need to return otherwise youre on the naughty list.

They heave cute decorative stuff that you do bit really see anywhere else,and they support a lot of quality organizations around the world. They can also have decent sales prices.
