Kind of a sad Whole Foods really, but still better than other grocery stores. The better ones are too far away.

I love my Amazon girls up front, they are such precious and funny ladies and took all of my jokes and seriousness in stride and laughed with me. Staff are always anticipating needs and assistance. However, let me say I think its shameful that there are so many shoppers who feel it appropriate to bully an employee on their job. Shoppers need to be more mindful of themselves and their privilege when dealing with someone working their job when they cannot defend themselves. To your staff, my highest regards for the abuse you endure every day. To the Karens and Kevins who think you own the store, Shame on you.

This store is clearly discriminatory. The caucasian people who work and manage this place feel they are superior even though they get maid minimum wage. You can tell they all clearly hate there lives and there jobs.

I love the produce selection and frozen food here, and wouldve rated higher however the last time I was going to get pizza I saw five flies in the case. Yikes. The staff didnt do anything with them and even proceeded to hand a slice of cheese pizza over to a family.

The store has a little odor and doesnt smell good like most Whole foods. But the customer service, food, & smoothies are great! The Raw Kale salad was delicious and there is a relaxing spot to eat outside and an indoor eating area.

Snippy employees, dog haters, overpriced everything. I guess if one seriously requires black bean, curd and tofu enchiladas, that cost $12.99, for 3 of them..this is your place. It used to be a cool place. Now its just a pretentious, full of ugly energy, place. Yuck!

Went in to get A&W Rootbeer 12 pack cans and all they had in that brand was A&W Zero and only a few cases of those. I would prefer to go somewhere else of they dont start carrying the regular A&W Rootbeer. When they start carrying that then I will raise the stars to 5.

Love this whole foods location. They have a great selection of desserts (all of them are amazing), fresh food (with vegan and vegetarian options) and great produce.

The produce is horrific. They have items that are actually going bad with fruit files. I see this on multiple occasions. Also at the hot food bar there are flies swarming the food.

Best store in my area for grocery items and price are also reasonable...

I love their bran muffins, but they cost $295 each. They used to carry them in a six pack for a dollar more, but they havent had them in a long time.

My wife and I stopped here for the first time and it was horrible. My wife had to leave after a few minutes because male employees were following her. She literally had a panic attack and left. Why did they follow her? Not sure. I assume they thought we were shoplifters, and were probably surprised when I purchased several items. But perhaps they thought my wife was so attractive that they wanted to watch her walk around? It was extremely uncomfortable. I feel the need to state that my wife and I are both well dressed, polite, and articulate. We are both the same race. I have visible tattoos, she does not have any. Do not shop here, go to Sprouts down the road.

Since the Amazon takeover, this—and all the other Whole Foods Ive shopped at—are pretty much just regular grocery stores. The customer service here is good, and its clean and well organized, but the lines are longer than they used to be and the employee training has slipped a bit (Amazon capitalism at its best). Its getting increasingly difficult to find the whole foods Im looking for (no whole wheat bread crumbs, no whole wheat lasagna sheets, and whole wheat pita bread with added sugar). Their line of Whole Foods 365 products has really taken a nosedive. There are some serious problems with the quality of a lot of those products. The search function on their website has been changed so that its nearly useless. I think it should be called Amazon Foods. Whole Foods is no longer the amazing health food store it used to be. I frequently have to go to Natural Grocers to buy things that used to be available here.

Such an excellent produce section! Really well cared for and kept up. My only complaint about this store is the restrooms. For the past eight years in shopping here, the restrooms have been really dirty, badly in need of paint. Way overdue for renovation and for basic maintenance.

Overall the store is very well organized and has plenty of variety. All the cashiers but one, Byanka was rude, and snooty. Had an aggravated look on her face the minute my family and I walked up to her lane. She seemed even more irritated when my app wasn’t loading fast enough. Made for an unpleasant ending to our shopping.

They Should be embarrassed to sell a chicken pesto sandwich for $7.00.Ive had better gas station sandwiches at half the price. looked good, but its so dry I can hardly swallow it. Worst pesto chicken sandwich ever!

It was grungy and not as clean as the one on Ina and Oracle.I wasnt impressed with the bakery. Everything looked old and it had been there for days. The lady behind the counter in the bakery department lacked customer service skills or hated her job, I couldnt tell.I wont be back.

I always like Whole food. They have items you cant get in any other store and the quality generally is very high. Theyre high prices have been partially addressed by Amazon who now owns the chain.

Love whole foods especially the meat section. The meat is so fresh. Im working on cutting sugar and white flour. You still have to check packages for sugar etc

Rich in the meat dpt cut me some ribs eyes and they were cut to perfection !!! I called ahead and he took care of me right away...great customer service!

You can ask a manager at customer service a question for them to tell you “that’s a question for the meat department”.??? Okay.

Meat department employee seemed irritated that someone wanted him to grab two bratwurst, cashier was visibly irritated at having to ring me up. I work in service, Im always pleasant, because I know how it is to have bad customers. To feel like Im an inconvenience, is pretty bad, though. I shouldnt leave your store, after being kind to every employee that I meet, only to have the cashier take a dump on me.

The employees are wonderfully helpful. They are knowledgeable about their stock and quickly directed me to what I was looking for. I am handicapped & they brought the electric cart right to me and followed me to my car, helped me with the bags and returned the cart for me. Their stock is wonderful. The fruit choices were plentiful.

I usually love this whole foods. However, today, I was treated with the worst customer service experience. Fist off, I politely asked the cashier if he could scan my rewards app because there was no way to do it myself. I received the rudest response and am honestly not even sure if he actually scanned my app. Secondly, I had about 10 items that he crammed into one bag, and he didn’t even have the decency todouble bag it. It is extremely heavy and I have to use both hands to secure the bag otherwise it will instantly break. As someone who shops at this establishment frequently, this was a very disappointing outcome and I will not be returning.

So I am right now in the store, BEEN WAITING 20 minutes for holiday order. CHRISTINE, who wasnt set up was a total SMART @$$RUDE, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVELATE, LATE, LATE.I was told order pick up for holiday was 7 a.m.She LITERALLY IGNORED ME she came up.She was informed about this post.

I spent over an hour shopping, I had a great time...we dont have a natural food store in my town :(The lady at checkout was extremely nice and helped me set up my Prime account.

The food of course is fine, staff is fine, HOWEVER the chairs in the eating area that are pulled and pushed out make a horrendous abd frankly UNACCEPTABLE noise. With all the money that Amazon makes (Jeff, are you hearing this?), they could fix this problem. It is SO UNPLEASANT as to make eating there a miserable experience, I would choose to eat elsewhere regardless of the food and service.

I waited in the checkout line and there was a large sign at the conveyer belt that said to wait for the cashier to clean the belt before loading items. I observed that she did not do this for the gentleman before me. When I asked her to clean the belt, a she said they only do it every half hour. Even though I seemed uncomfortable she still did not offer to clean it.It would have not been an issue if the sign accurately stated their cleaning policy but it felt like she didnt want to do her job and was putting people at risk.Either update the signs or remove them. And if the signs accurate, I except the employees to follow procedure.The next time, I may not complete my purchase if the cashiers actions dont adhere to their signage.

They use to be better. Now they allow more and more bad ingredients back in the food. All the deserts are less healthy.

This one was the smallest Whole Foods Market Ive ever been. So the veggies were bit less variety. But they have many different products and cooked/ prepared meals.

WOW... this is NOT like any Whole Foods Ive ever been in before... Its clearly been flipped from another OLD food market and is cramped, unorganized and totally underwhelming (although the Whole Paycheck prices are still front and center). Our cashier was a mess and walked away in the middle of ringing us up with any explanation then came back and couldnt remember what hed already rang-in???? Will definitely avoid this WF in the future.

What an interesting find! Yes, its a Whole Foods with their normal array of excellent products and quality, but unlike so many others (that are new, modern, and over the top) this feels more a neighborhood market. Most Whole Foods weve been to are in buildings erected by Whole Foods. This one opened in an existing neighborhood small supermarket built in what appeared to be a 1960s or 70s strip mall. The staff was helpful not only with their products and services but had excellent answers as to the part of Tucson we were in and where we might enjoy our visit - which we did go to and enjoy. I might add that theres an excellent used bookstore two-doors down. The staff as well as the bulk of observed clientele appeared very self-expressive, artistic, and articulate. A food market is not normally thought of as such, but theres a nice chemistry worth visiting to this Whole Foods. We were staying in Tucson for one night and went to a familiar name for familiar things. We found something just a tad different and delightful where it was unexpected and stayed there for dinner.

The store is limited in merchandise but people overall are nice. Accept for an older lady checker who checked us out today. She was not pleasant and she didn’t put my bags in the cart. She just left them on the table and said you have 3 bags... it wasn’t busy. I am sorry but Whole Foods customer service is lacking here. It’s not a big deal, but it is when you expect a different kind of service. If I wanted to deal with my own bags I would have gone to regular grocery store.

Compared to the other Whole Foods Market this one is okay. It is an old grocery store that needs updates. It is much smaller than the other Whole Foods off Riverside. I wish they would build another one down in the Vail area. I do enjoy the Amazon prime discounts by shopping here. I just dont come down here that often.

I remember this as a Wild Oats (and when I was really little, it was called something else). My mom still calls it Wild Oats! It is a short walk from where I live, making this store extremely convenient for many reasons: they have a selection of products that I wouldnt be able to find at the Walgreens or other nearby stores, like the water machine that offers alkaline water (we buy it in 5 gallon jugs and I can definitely tell the difference in how I feel!), or the alternative medicines, all natural beauty products, and selection of essential oils. Also, since Amazon has purchased Whole Foods, I get discounts from my Prime membership and can return stuff that I have purchased through Amazon for free at this location. And this place was an absolute Godsend when I was diagnosed with Celiacs and had to go gluten free (this was before it was something a lot of people knew about, and I had NO OPTIONS available to me at other stores).

Took almost fifteen minutes to make one okay smoothie. I had to wait in line to order then wait in line to pay. She looked at me multiple times and ignored me then I asked her where my smoothie was and she was just like oh I didnt see you dude you looked directly at me multiple times. Wouldnt ever go there again
