We hired Falcon Pools through our realtor, since we were traveling. We were hit with an unecessary bill for parts not needed. We called and asked that in the future we be consulted before unilatteral decisions were made.Owner agreed and now, probably because he does not have carte blanche to do whatever, has given his two weeks notice.I can not comment on the job done but I can say I am dissapointed on this companies resolution or business practices.Updated changed to 1 star due to Falcon did not show up final two weeks that were not only promised, but paid for.
