Our business has been using mission linen for quite some time now, and we have had an incredible experience! We always are delivered supplies promptly, and they are always professional and helpful! Jake Jackson is always so kind and energetic when delivering our supplies! We actually look forward to working with this company!

They dont always drop off what they pick up, dust mops. Its best to leave the dirty ones behind than leaving us empty handed.

Please do not use Mission Linen. They are located in my neighborhood and the area is regularly trashed with their garbage. Their website claims they are environmentally friendly, but every weekend I go to the wash behind their building specifically to clean up their mess. They dont even attempt to pick it up. Mission Linen does not properly contain the laundry they pick up. It is left outside in bins so it can blow away any time the wind picks up. The street and wash behind their location is full of dirty rags and large plastic bags (which clearly state Mission Linen). If you drive around the front, the place looks great. Go around to the back and see what the neighbors have to deal with when it comes to their negligence. Gotta wonder how much their customers are paying to have their linens washed when instead its strewn all over the street. Real classy operation.

Do not use this company useless cant seem to get their stories right with each other this system wont let me take away stars but if negative 10+ was there i would use it 10 times
