Just the absolute worst place ever to deal with. They ALWAYS LIE and say they have parts and they’re pulled but never do. STAY FAR WAY THEY LIE AND MAKE TOU WAIT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EACH TIME AND DON’T EVEN HAVE PARTS OR HELP YOU. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It took a 50 minutes to get waited on but that completely notunderstandable since there was only one person waiting . They do not talk with customer nice. So bad service. Just was here to pick up staff for some one. Never come again in this place. Not respectfully to customer.

I bought a front bumper for GMC SIERRA 2004 from them, but I didnt need it, I didnt even open it it was in original packaging. came to return it and the salesman saw that it was not open, he opened it himself in another room and said: it was painted. I never even opened it, much less painted it. they deceived me when I bought a bumper, sold a painted part, and did not want to take it back. liars.

Good place to get parts

Great pricing and they had exactly what I needed (in my case S10 grill) in stock. They had virtually everything I would have needed to completely rebuild the front end of my vehicle if needed and at surprising prices..As far as I can tell, part quality seems pretty good. Easy in, easy out.

Bought a headlight for my car. It overheated by itself and melted the plastic around it after driving 1.5 miles. The lightbulb did not burn out- it literally heated out and melted plastic around it. Called in to get an exchange/refund and guess what? THEY DO NOT HELP THIER CUSTOMERS. They told me that since I used it- they wont do anything. When item arrived it looked fine- how on earth was I suppose to know it was defected by the manufacturer before using it? Also, it was she shop who installed the part- not me. I wasted over $200 for NOTHING!Do yourself a favor, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Very good customer service, and the cheapest prices

This place was awesome. Quick service, best prices I could find. They were out of stock on a couple fenders I needed, so I bought what I needed that they had, and left. They called me five minutes after I left to tell me they found them and would I like them to put them aside for me. I said yes, and picked them up twenty minutes later. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

Good place. Quick service - out within 15 minutes. Bought a hood for a 2009 Nissan Altima for $120. Cant beat that price anywhere including Amazon or any of the wrecking yards in the area. Call in advance to make sure they have the part you are looking for.

Some great prices but these multi-millionaire owners pay their staff as little as possible. Looks like they lost one of their best employees making promises that they had no intention of keeping. If your pics are taking a long time..just remember the old adage..you get what you pay for; and that includes the employers too !!

I bought a 2015 Chevy Trax hood and was bended I went back to return it the next morning and they didnt took it back I asked for on other one instead of bended one they said No, we dont do refunds or exchanges. I lost $200 for nothing. The worse and slow customer service I ever met in me life. Dont waste your time and money.

Parts were sitting in front of me for 49 minuets and Nick wouldn’t let me inspect them or pay for them until other people’s orders were pulled first. This guy has some control issues. Not sure how a large corporation can tolerate this poor behavior to their customers. Other customers even tried talking to him to let me pay while they wait and he ignored us and sat there with a disgruntled look on his face like he was above us and we were just a bunch of low life foreigners and not worthy of any decency. Hopefully they can find some quality people to hire that don’t discriminate and treat customers with respect and a nice positive attitude as they should deserve for shopping here.

They have a bunch of parts, but when you call the wait is long and then when you have them hold the part, more often than not it is not under your name when you get there.Then, even if it is there under your name, plan to wait at least 30 minutes for them to grab your part from the warehouse. It takes FOREVER.

All Parts are GARBAGE, Everything they sell needs to be modified and fiddled with to make it fit somewhat decent... Not worth it.THEY JUST RAISED ALL THEIR PRICES WAY HIGHER BECAUSE PARTS CHANNEL IS NOW CLOSED AND TAKEN OVER BY LKQ...Sorta-Fit has jacked all the prices up higher than eBay or Amazon.You can just sit home and order online rather than support this dive with these guys that treat you like an animal!

Long wait time but had my parts in stock and for a good price

Bought a hood there, inspected quickly and didnt notice anything major, got home took it out of the box, 2 big softball size dents on the edge, shallow and hard to spot without feeling. Took back following Monday, wouldnt accept the return, started making up some bs story that the hood came from part channel or some bullshit. I made a mistake not inspecting it well but the bullshit that I got from them when I tried to return is just unacceptable.

The line is always long and I was here before 6 people that left before me...They need more help here and some order around the office...This service sucks!!...Please hire more people so costumer dont have to spend there lunch break here...

Do not ever buy from them. They steal people money. I called and ask for 2015 chevy subraban rear pumber and they sold me 2014 and the receipt showing 2015. They did not take it back and he said sorry. Thieves

Horrible wait times.over a hour and customer service terrible... wait to receive a part that they had in stock.And it never changes,its the same every time I come here.Looks the owner doesn’t care,nor has the desire to fix this issue.And dont bother with will call.You will be in the same situation.

This company is a joke. i ordered two bumpers for my business. i was told they have it in stock but couldnt deliver until thursday. Friday rolls around and I still have no bumpers. I call back and they guy says everyone got sick thats why it couldnt be delivered. but then he also says a driver called me multiple times and couldnt get a hold of me for delivery. which one is it? cuz all calls gets forwarded to my cell phone which is on me 24/7. so i send my lot attendant down for pick up and they wont take a card over the phone. this will be the last time i deal with CertiFit. Parts Channel has cheaper pricing anyways.

They ignore you and make you wait, can be difficult to deal with.If you ask on the phone if they have parts they tell you, you must be in the store in person to verify because they have no time to answer questions if you are not there.If the part fits poorly, they are difficult to return because they say you installed the part, even if the part was not damaged and way out of spec when there was no way other way to mock up the part to tell if it would work/match up or not.Not recommending itStay a way from them as a plague
