Pharmacy is negligent. Honestly lucky they havent gotten sued for giving out the wrong medicine.

This walgreens finally got some cool new staff. Im legit surprised, for once the staff wasnt looking down their nose at me. Which was hard with my busted glasses and my busted flip flops walking over to the seasonal section for another pair.

This one star is directed strictly to the pharmacy dept. I was told my prescription was out of stock. Needed to order more and it will arrive Monday by the pharmacy on Saturday. Monday came and went. I called and spoke to Diane who told me it was an over the counter med that was always there to begin with. I was irritated a bit and asked her why I was told it was on order coming in Monday. She told me she didnt want to speak bad about the weekend staff but they dont know what they are doing! I was upfront with her that this info did not exactly give me confidence with their pharmacy and I would be posting this review. I guess I should give her props for her honesty. Still doesnt give me great feelings about this though.i hope your WEEKEND staff finally get to knowing what they are doing for future customers.

I asked to use the restroom. They told me it was not open due to covid. Come on. We are 18 months into covid. Everyone else in the world has learned how to open their bathrooms during covid except these clowns.

I have prescriptions that have serious side effects of even one dose is missed. They are called in several weeks in advance to avoid any delays in filling them. The have consistently delayed filling these. Ive had to call every month and be told, in the rudest and most unprofessional way possible, they havent been filled yet and it would be several hours, despite having the prescription and the date to be filled in their system. In one case two months in advance.And with all that, the drive up service is excruciatingly slow, and close early on Saturday and are closed Sunday.

This walgreens is horrible! The store is dirty and the employees are rude. The drive up pharmacy is so slow. With just one car in front of me, I have had to wait 30 minutes. Thats just insane. If I could go to a different pharmacy, I would. I loved bartells.

Im done with this location, the cashier was so snotty and rude its not worth the convenience. Im just going to use another store from now on. The one in particular must not get paid well because shes got a bad attitude.

The manager of this Walgreens on 56 th and Pacific in Tacoma was one of the best managers I have ever met who was not afraid to get his hands dirty and how he went beyond hi duty to serve me and other shoppers.

Bad customer service specially the manager is rude

I went today to pick my medicine & the fat lady with blue cloth - I asked her to someone to explain to me how to I take my medicines after that she laughs— I was very upset! But the doctor inside was better.I’m still upset!! She got really rude personality!!

The pharmacy is worse place,,All the pharmacy staff are so rude and they dont even know what theyre doing.

I had a return that was 10.00 more then the local competition

I came in today to buy juul pods menthol and I was told i need to be 21 to buy them which isnt the case the bill hasn’t even been officially signed and if it was it would take effect in 2020 and I know what year it is its 2019 and this has happened to me one other time at a different place but the fact that stores arent informed on laws is sad because I went straight to 7/11 by there and was able to purchase some. Thanks for reading my rant.

I had made the wrong review for the Tukwila store, and in doing so I must correct that mistake, this store and its staff have always looked out for me especially the young lady who always helps me load my card, always smiles and down to earth, she and the other staff have always been nice its rewarding to know I can go there and leave with a smile, especially during these troubling times, thanks to all there staff making it possible for us to be able to get our essential.Thanks

Awful place! Very rude manager and staff working in there.

Constantly messing up my prescriptions. I have been missing prescriptions, been shorted pills on my prescriptions, had my account split in 2 so I dont even have access online to all my prescriptions, had my phone # and address changed randomly, been told that they dont have Drs orders for prescriptions even when Ive had my Drs office fax the prescriptions multiple times and many, many more problems. I have no idea whats going on. I have never had issues with Walgreens before transferring my prescriptions here. I am so angry that I just cant take it anymore. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy next month. I have experienced my final straw with these folks. I am just done.

Nice and quiet Walgreens in Tukwila. Friendly cashiers, stocked shelves. Easy to get in and out quickly.

Its a great store and no, its not a bad neighborhood. Ive lived here for 8 years and never had an issue. Its no worse than anywhere else.

While there overheard a employee cursing at a customer who was waiting for photo pick up. Very unprofessional I left the store and will not be back.

Stores not bad, but Sammy seems new or something. Had rude service from her on more than one occasion. Other than her its like any other Walgreens.

The store is fine and all but its a bad neighbourhood. One dude right outside the door asked if I wanted to be his lady of the night. Get some security. I only go here if I have to.
