We have enjoyed working with Agora in Seattle for years, and after our COVID forced our company to switch to 99% remote workers (400 workers in 23 states), I came across Agoras snack box delivery options and knew Id found a way to connect with employees outside of Seattle, too. In an attempt to keep the company feeling united while so far apart, we started sending snack boxes to randomly drawn employees. Agora added a nice note, using our logo. Even though separated physically, employees still talk and they were talking about the surprise snack boxes! The response was so positive, in fact, we knew we had to send boxes to everyone so no one felt left out. It was a great decision because when I got calls from employees saying, I didnt get a snack box, I was able to say: you will! People LOVED the coffee and those with kids were delighted to let everyone choose a favorite snack. It was a slam dunk win-win!

We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Drew, Danny and DJ!Drew went above and beyond one morning answering a call on his cell phone (long before business hours) when we ran out of coffee. He arranged for someone to hand deliver an emergency supply of coffee to our office early that morning before our employees arrived. DJ did an absolutely exceptional job with our install. The location of the dispenser was not near an easily accessible water source, but DJ figured it out. The install was very professionally done, looking sleek and clean despite the inconvenient location. A 5 star experience with these three, and a 5 star service Agora provides to their customers and the environment.

Weve been using Agora for several months now at our two offices and its been such a great experience! As far as companies that deliver kegs in Seattle, its pretty limited. Weve had issues with other companies that would regularly deliver the wrong kegs, couldnt keep to a schedule and poor customer service. Agora has been the opposite experience for us. The kegs are always delivered on time and are what was ordered. Matt is our Rep and hes been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Drew was very helpful in choosing the products that would work best for our venue. DJ completed the install quick and easy, no mess no fuss. In the beginning I thought reaching out for coffee, water and ice service might be overkill, not at all. Agora has knocked it out of the park for us (a tech company in downtown Seattle).From account set up, equipment delivery, set up, machine maintenance, through the bi-weekly product delivery and special request, they have met and exceeded our expectations and I can be a pretty demanding client.When they first started product delivery my expectation of the service and what was being performed by our delivery/technician person did not match. They kindly came out to our office a few times to make changes and then took the time to show, looking at the machine, me how the coffee technicians are trained and what I can expect.They exceed at customer care and the coffee selections satisfy my very picky employees.

We switched our coffee, tea and water service over to Agora about a month ago and it has been an excellent change. I spoke with Matt about a year before making the decision to switch. He was highly recommended by a mutual connection we had and I was told that Agora had made an exceptional impression on offices in the area which were using them. When I called Agora, their customer service team was quick to respond and drop in for a meeting with me to go over their products, pricing, etc. I was very impressed by the quality of both the machines they offered and the coffee beans available, but I was more impressed by the lack of traditional sales pitch. It was very refreshing to hear all of the information factually and without any pressure. Matt knew everything about his products, Agoras machines and listened attentively to my thought process for how to balance the teams enjoyment of coffee with the risk of making a change. At the time I decided to continue to see how things played out with our existing coffee provider one more time because we had been working with them for almost a decade and the prices were almost the same. We did not have any major issue with our prior vendor, but after having met with Matt, hearing more about their excellent coffee options and the interested Matt had in the way the coffee was brewed, I sought out a follow up.Matt and the others on his team made the process of switching providers very simple for us. They were very courteous of making sure the previous coffee provider was looped in and gave us time to ensure we could properly close out the contract with them before Agora moved in to install. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. He was very communicative about timelines for when we could expect a special water cooler to be ready for us which took a little longer to get in stock than the coffee machines which were available right away. Our office has *loved* the coffee and the espresso style machines, but also enjoyed the carbonated and chilled water cooler Agora set us up with. We have reduced our plastic water bottle waste almost entirely which many here have commented on as a benefit.The switch to Agora was so greatly appreciated here by many in the office. I heard about it for weeks and it is still enjoyed greatly. Our executive team even made a point to write me a special thank you note to comment on how much they have enjoyed the new products Agora provides us. Matt was really great at helping us figure out what refreshment services would work best for our office. So far, we love Teaja tea! All the tea flavors are phenomenal! Teaja has the perfect amount of caffeine, it has replaced my coffee addiction.

My company is in the heart of downtown Seattle, and we are user of numerous water filtration stand-alone devices and an amazing Starbucks Serenade (tm) machine. I believe we had the 8th Serenade in the city from AGORA, and after a little rough patch, things are going good, and our staff love it! Not only that, but my service requests are dealt with promptly, and our delivery and special requests to Jonathan, are always handled by him in a courteous and positive manner, and he is also a great ambassador for the company.

Their delivery is spot on. Quick and courteous. Have had a couple of problems with the machines and it can often take a week or more to get repaired. However, their coffee bean service makes up for the slight inconvenience.

My company is located in downtown Seattle and switched to PWT a couple of years ago. The machine is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. It is an upgrade to not have to switch jugs and the water comes out perfect every time: cold and pure. I couldnt be happier with the decision to switch to PWT. Very good service and a great product.
