The delivery folks are super nice and helpful. The call in service is aggravating because the wait is so long every time. But, overall I am happy with the services provided.

While the Culligan reviews werent great it was still a step up.Ive had Culligan for probably a year now (who knows what for certain these days?). Must have employees doing Google reviews b/c everyone I have spoken to has changed services to Crystal Springs. I guess Im the only one who found chewed up bubble gum in my 5 gallon bottle of water that we used for my grandson. When I canceled services I was sent to collections after speaking to 2 different employees in billing who said no your deposit is going to be refunded or no mam you dont owe anything then I try to get ahold of someone to get the debt cleared, but its to late I have been sent to collections problem is, I was told I didnt owe anything until I was contacted but Valley Empire Collections be very careful check your water bottles. We ordered water b/c of covid, instead we received dirty water. Thanks Culligan for being a rip off.

I love get my water because I drink water now when I didnt like the taste of the water that comes out of the sink csince Im from Louisiana this water taste takes different than Louisiana so having fresh water coming out my machine and very cold is great drinking it and Im a recommend everyone to try it out

Automated answering system is horrible asked me for area code then sent me to a call center that also wanted info to send me to my local dealer what happen to calling some place and actually getting assistance

I recently started service with Culligan after attempting to begin service with another provider. The first attempt with the other provider did not work out after requesting service and making various attempts to reach someone. This actually worked out in my favor because after requesting service online with Culligan I was called back immediately the next business day, and Was set up for service the following day.The representative was courteous, professional and on time and he took precautions due to COVID-19! I really appreciate the professionalism.I ran out of water because I did not order enough initially and he made sure to bring me what I needed to make it through to my next delivery!Thank you Culligan I will definitely share my experience and refer your business to family and friends!

Apon receiving new credit cards the auto pay set up for Culligan was missed for 2 months. My renters had 10 bottles previously delivered (2 per month since 2014) sitting outside due to less consumption at the moment. One day, the Culligan delivery person takes back all the water containers I had paid for alongside the new 4 that were just delivered (14 in total). After calling & making the $86 payment in full, they still very rudely canceled my contract and said I wasnt owed any refund for the 10 5 gallon water jugs previously purchased. Great product but horrible customer service.

Do NOT sign up with them. They never send you invoices, state they tried to call you once, and imminently send you to collections.Took me 2 hours and 4 different recalls before k was able to speak to anyone regarding things and then bill very rude!Find any other water company! I PROMISE any other company is better.

Theres always a issue when it comes to my delivery even after my account has been noted how many bottles to leave. My total is always something different from the last month. Cant recall the girls name but I always get her when they transfer me to billing/customer service she always seems to have a attitude. Its a shame been with them for 1 1/2 and its been a problem after problem lucky they are closed now cause I really want to end my service asap.

Great sales associate. Everything was pretty much straight forward. After our sales associate explained that this was like an appliance purchase and we could take it with us, we definitely used that fact in the consideration.

Their delivery scheduling leaves a little bit to be desired. They seem to change the scheduling randomly and do not send out updated schedules often. Perhaps if Culligan had a water app for Android or iOS that might help.

The delivery guys are great, but their billing department needs a new manager. Its so bad that Im already switching to a different provider.We have had to call up three times to get on auto-pay with a credit card, and they cant seem to get it right. That means missed deliveries, and no water for us. They dont communicate with you until the deliveries have been cancelled. No emails, no phone calls, and only one generic letter after its too late.The person running their billing department should be demoted, and an experienced person with prior customer service experience and a background in corporate communications should be put in their place. A company is only as good as its people, and this person isnt getting it done.The reason you dont see any replies to the negative reviews on here? No one at Culligan cares about their customer communications; plain and simple.

We signed up about 3 years ago.....because we were disappointed with our previous water company. We are very happy with the service. Im a single mom with an infant and was struggling to even find primo refills when all the craziness started with Covid19. My baby gets sick on tap and even with the britta she would still get sick on her formula mixture. Frustrated, tired, and panicked about not being able to get water for my baby, I reached out to Culligan for help. Brian was so kind and understanding. He added me to his route last minute to bring me water for my baby. He didnt have to take that extra time out of his time after his normal shift but he did and I am so thankful that I dont have to fight the masses just to get my baby something so essential as water. Thank you, Brian and Culligan for giving this mama piece of mind in all this craziness. You have earned a permanent and happy client.

Bruce did an excellent job. He was diligent, knowledgeable and was exactly right on how many bottles we would go through. The truck was down the street when my daughter was filling her bottle with the last of the water. I got it out to the diver right on time. Bruce did a quick set up and was a wonderful sales rep!!

I love my Culligan water soften. I use less laundry soap and dish soap; my hair is gloss and alive and my skin is silky smooth; and my faucets and shower heads are no longer building up calcifications and my shower glass is easier to keep clear. The service people from Culligan have been prompt and very friendly in responding to questions and requests. I would highly recommend Culligan products and services.

Great service --like reminders to put out my empties

This is the worst service ever. My story is I set out my bottles (mind you Im out of water) and because I was at work and didnt answer, they said they had called to say they couldnt find a loading zone to drop off the water. Now I have to wait two more weeks till I get water. Im so disappointed in this service, Im actively looking for other options.

Culligan water softeners are long lasting (my last one lasted over 20 years, my parents have one that must be over 35 years) and very efficient. We are also getting good use from the under counter water purification system.

CulligN has been wonderfully conscientious about keeping us informed if there are delivery delays, changing delivery dates if we have a conflict, and providing terrific service. The drivers really want to be helpful, are very friendly and accommodating, and adhere to their scheduled delivery times. Culligan has provided excellent service to us for many years.

I love having my water delivered to our front door. We always forgot to take our bottles when going to town, or buying small bottles of water that takes upLots of room. I love the customer service, our delivery guy is punctual and super sweet.

I am awaiting the latest quality tests for their bottled water, as i was led to believe there was zero Fluoride. The test results I was shown today at the Tukwila plant were from 2015 & 2017.I am considering doing my own independent lab testing for Fluoride.

Culligan needs to seriously review their customer service policy. After having been a customer for nearly 3 years without an issue, Ive had two water bottles delivered in the last month that were faulty. One I noticed before placing on my dispenser because it damaged the piece of furniture it was on. The other bottle became faulty after placing it on the dispenser. After having worked with clients for two hours, I noticed a TON of water all over my floor. Im so glad that I caught it before it caused any significant water damage OR even worse, injured one of my paying customers.Instead of offering some type of compensation for the inconvenience both of these situations have cause me in the month, they simply said they would replace the water bottle.In addition, my latest drop off/delivery left me one bottle short of what I needed. I had 3 empty bottles and he only left me 2.After having had such negative experiences in a short time with less than stellar customer service, its time to consider working with another company.

I strongly advise that you use someone else. By far the most rude and intimidating customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I used them for over a year without any problems, but after having my schedule changed too many times between once and twice a month, I threatened to go elsewhere. The customer service rep, Steve, then took me off the delivery list without telling me. I called and asked if they could come out because I ran out, and he told me that I had told him I was going elsewhere (which I didnt) and he said that he told me he took me off the route (which he didnt). If I did say I was going elsewhere, wouldnt they schedule a pickup for the water cooler? They obviously dont care about losing customers. I hadnt even made a decision to go elsewhere when I was essentially pushed out the door. Super disappointed.
