Sat and waited for 3 hours for a single new tire to be mounted to a rim.Waited in the parking lot and watched five cars come in after me. Only to come out and get a whole set of tires while I never got my one done.After waiting 2 hrs and calling I was told 1 hr.Waited that hour and went in and it still wasnt done.Great staff but not great service.

I had a tire with low air, when I stop by, they were so helpful. They went above and beyond what they normally do when you come in to just get air in your tire. Best Tire Les Schwab Ive been to. I highly recommend this location. Definitely will come back.

Horrible!!!!! I scheduled an appointment a week early for 2 front tires and and front end alignment so I could guarantee a spot for both. when I show up the alignment was not booked in, I leave they call to tell me my back tires are bad when not, they insisted on making me buy 4 tires for me to get a front end alignment otherwise they wouldnt work on the car. The manager Dustin told us to leave and never come back. I hope people see this and make you not want to take your car their. All this place is a big corporation and dont care what you want. they are just trying to steal your money, BUY TIRES ON DISCOUNT Tire and have an alignment done somewhere else ;)

It was Saturday morning and I was ready to begin a 1,100 mile journey when I discovered a nail in one of my tires. I drove immediately to Les Schwab Tire Center (thank heavens theyre open on Saturdays) and even though I didnt have an appointment, they fit me into their very busy day. My journey was delayed by two hours, but what a relief to know that my tires were ready for it. And they didnt charge me a dime. What a wonderful establishment. They earned my gratitude and continued patronage that day.

It was easy to make an appointment for flat tire online. The employee at the desk was super friendly. They fixed my tire within 30 minutes. It was a great experience!

Went in to get my tires rotated, super quick, super easy and the staff was extremely friendly. Everything was clean and the service writer and the technician both want the extra mile to make sure I was good to go for my 2,400 mile round trip.

Take EVERY 5 star review with a grain of salt, most of these reviews are outright fabrications. Les Schwab knew I didnt know exactly what was wrong with my car when I brought it here and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. They attempted to quote me for over 3000+ in suspension work and strut work that I did not need. Do NOT GO HERE, they will upsell you. This is a warning.

I came to Les Schwab at South center Because the Burien store is always so busy but it ended up that they were busy also. The gentleman that helped me with my car did an excellent job.

Saved my tail several times. Had a place tell me that my tire needed to be replaced. I declined and brought to Le Schwab. The tire was found to be safe and was put back on my car. A+ for ethics.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I went to figure out if my chains would work in the snow or if I should buy Tire Socks. They had demos of each kind out on the floor for customers to try out and ridiculously patient & helpful folks working there who answered all my questions with no pressure to buy or upsell me on anything. Omg I like this place so much! My car got a flat tire near that shop and it was only half an hour away until they closed. I was worried that I couldnt get the tire fixed and had to deal it myself in the dark. However, they took my car and only spent about half an hour to repair the tire for me. Guess what happened? I was so surprised that I got a complimentary - they didnt charge anything for it! Les Schwas Tire really has the best service!

My suspension was left shaky after the mechanic test drove it, not to mention he didnt cold start my 400 crank horse turbo four cylinder before as well. Great job on the tires but my engine and suspension feel like they got abused by a throttle happy 5 year old.

I bought new tires, $800 with sipping and alignment. After last rotation steering started shaking at certain speed and when I inspected all of my tires 3 of them are completely worn out on the inside. I went back to the store and after 3 hours of waiting, even though there were 2 customers before me, they first blamed car manufacturer then rotation was not done strictly every 5k miles, basically endless reasons for this to be happening.I agreed to do alignment again only to find out that the guy that is really good at doing alignments works on certain days, these other technicians are not that good I guess.Went to another shop and they told me that alignment was never set properly to begin with.My advice is spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

A friend came here a month ago to get her rear tires changed and just recently one of her tire pressure was abnormal. She went back to have them inspected where her rear tires has a puncture that can’t be repaired. Furthermore, they said her front tires were changed instead of her rear tires. Not sure if there was some miscommunication within the employees during the first time she came but having her front tires changed was clearly not what she asked and she wasted $700 for the wrong service. Best to take your service to costco, its nearby anyways.

The service here is excellent. Especially during this pandemic I was really impressed with how Les Schwab maintained the 6 feet apart distancing. They were courteous and had my tire fixed fast. The technician Will helped me out and he was kind and generous. I am new to the area and I will be sure to go the tukwila Les Schwab for service.

Wonderful staff. They greet you as soon as you walk in and assist you as quickly as make. They even offer to take to back home as long as you live within their radius of travel. But even if you stay, they take care of your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as the job required will allow.

Had sidewall damage on my front tire and wasn’t sure if it warranted a tire replacement. The woman at the counter was more than happy to walk outside and check it out. She informed me it was just cosmetic, but she could have easily suggested a tire replacement.Good customer service and honest business.

When my tire pressure light came on, I stopped at the Tukwila, Les Schwab and was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes after finding out there was a screw in my tire. Great service and repair was free! This is why I will always buy my tires at Les Schwab.

Abby was great! I called to see if my tire was ready, which it was, and I asked if I would have a long wait. Abby said theyd get me right in. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes! My response was, Thats not what Abby told me. The counter person went out to the bays, cane back in and said Abby would take my car right in. The only reason I didnt give my experience five stars was because they didnt call me when my tire was ready like was promised.

Noticed my tire was flat while my car was parked. Called my local Tukwila Schwab. They drove to my house as a courtesy to fill my tire with air so I didnt have to call a tow truck to come and haul me to the tire shop. And they were super cool on the phone--kind, efficient, helpful. And they worked really fast. Ive been in the shop maybe 6 or 7 times over the last few years and its always the same - good service.

Had to get my tires checked because a yellow light appeared. The people that worked there were super friendly and helpful. When I first arrived, there was already a guy coming up to my parked car to ask me what I needed. When they finished they thoroughly explained what was wrong with my tire, how to fix it, and if it happened again to just come to them and theyll guarantee to take care of it. Super friendly customer service.

The service was ok

Just got a new car last month and with only 1400 miles on it got a flat tire heading down the 405 167 interchange. Theyre doing construction in the area and as such I wasnt surprised to find a Nail was the cause of my deflation. Les Schwab was close so took the car there where they were able to fix the tire and get me back on my way in no time. Best part? They did it for free! I dont know when Ill need new tires, but Les Schwab has got my business when the time comes.

Went in to purchase tire chains, the service rep visually verified my vehicle type and tire size. having none in stock he had me call another store to purchase chains. when I went to other store to pick up my order, I discovered they sold me tire chains for a commercial vehicle/fire truck. tried to return as it was for completely wrong application and was denied by the person claiming to be a manager.

Ive gone to Les Schwab for years. They have done a pretty good job so far barring the 1 or 2 times my experience was less than favorable... but that was far and few between, and not in the last 5 years. The customer service is spectacular almost always. I would imagine any beef I may have had with this company, at the Tukwila store has been since resolved. Went today and will go back again.

This location just caused Les Schwab to lose a customer of nearly 20 years. Purchased four tires here in Dec. 2018. Just had a flat on my way to work. Heard the wobble sound, pulled over and saw that it was completely flat and since I was on a hill I backed around a corner to a flat spot to change the tire. Husband took the car to Les Schwab today and is told that I DROVE ON THE FLAT FOR TOO LONG for it to be covered by the warranty. I just had my tires inspected and rotated at the Honda dealer less than a month ago. Assistant Manager Will spoke to me by phone and said I drove on it too long (less than a block) for it to be covered under their warranty, even though it says nowhere in the warranty paperwork. His opinion. I guess I should have stopped in traffic on a hill to save $100, in his opinion. So he gave me $30 off the original $100 he quoted my husband for the tire. I have always had fair treatment at the North Bend Les Schwab, but avoid the Renton and now Tukwila locations as they do not care about safety of their long-time customers. I will be driving around the corner to Costco tires going forward. Shame on you, Les Schwab.Anika

Was in a real bind when our brakes went out unexpectedly yesterday; spoke to Nathan who told me he could diagnose them very soon and maybe even work on them tomorrow (even though a special set of commercial brakes) - he worked closely with our tow truck as it brought in the vehicle, and then amazingly got the vehicle apart, ordered and got the special parts, and completed needed service by end of day! They even placed the vehicle outside for early pick-up like we asked so we could start work right away today - man oh man you guys are life-savers! Thank you, Abbey, Nathan, Will, & team!!!

This place is the best place to go for tires period. However think twice about going for anything else. I took my van in for a brake inspection and to my surprise the guy came back to tell me everything was in tip top shape. Shocks are newer, rack and pinion and bearings good, rotors, hardware good, pads 50%, he even brought me out into the garage area to show me how nice it was. I left confident. 1 week later the brake pedal started pulsating. This time a different worker, he said rotors and I said fine replace them. On the 1.5 mile ride home the brake light came on and brake pedal still pulsating. The next trip back is where it got dicey. I was told they didnt top off the brake fluid to explain the idiot light, ok then the guy came in and says rack and pinion, shocks and struts, brake pads and more 1500$. I called them on there crap and they were like oh well have a nice day. Dont trust them! 1500 bucks replacing new items when the real problem was a leaking brake cylinder.

I had some mounted tractor wheels that needed new valve stems. They took them in, mounted the stems and got me out in literally 10 minutes at no cost. I have always had great service experiences at Les Schwab. It certainly is not just dumb luck after it happens a dozen times! Thanks guys, keep it up!

They are a bit expensive but I do appreciate the wide variety of sizes they carry at their shop. Most places will have to order my tires in advanced.They have great customer service. They did take forever to change my tires and perform wheel alignment. I hate waiting for so long, but at the same time, I rather they take their time and do a good job.So far, no issue with my tires.

Awesome place! I have always had a 100% positive experience here! Not all Les Schwabs are as good but Les Schwab is the only place I will go anymore 4 tires or service. The tukwila branch is the best Ive been to. They dont try to sell you something you dont need and they fix my flats for free even if theyre not from their store. They even polished my tires!

First time going to Les Schwab. I came because I needed my steering rack and pinion replaced, as well as my cv axle thing (not good with car stuff). Everyone from there sales staff to their technicians were super friendly. They made things dead simple for me. A must for people who dont know car stuff. They did a free inspection of the vehicle before hand to make sure what I said was wrong really was the problem. As well as checked other random things.I brought my car back the next day for repairs, they gave me an estimate of how long it would take and they were pretty spot on. I even called once to ask a question as well as get another time estimate. Again, my tech was super kind and cool on the phone. Once it was done I came back and picked her up. No hassle or anything, again dead simple. Get this, what I owed was even $20 less than my original quote! Fricken awesome.Im someone who is used to going to a lesser known independent mechanic who doesnt speak much English, but is supposed to be cheap. But the minor increase in labor cost is in my opinion worth it. For that I get representatives that I can understand, and peace of mind that Im going through a legit business and can come back if anything went wrong.

I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer. Just got two new tires/alignment a couple of weeks ago. Came in for a break check today to the location near my office. Dropped the car off and walked back to the office. Suddenly I see MY CAR go by, the driver was driving like a maniac!! He screeched to a stop in front of another car that also had to screech to a halt to avoid an accident. Then turned and made a left turn into a business driveway from the RIGHT hand lane, crossing lanes of traffic. When I called the store and asked for the Manager, I got a Ryan (not the Manager). He offered me a $20 discount for my service, which was laughable. After going back and forth, they did offer me a slightly bigger discount, which I accepted just to be done with this place. I went online and found the actual Manager (Dustin) and called Ryan back and requested a call from Dustin as soon as possible.Les Schwab lost my future business due to their blatant recklessness with my vehicle, and with their poor customer service at this location.

I called and they said they could help and use their spring compressor. Drove all the way down there and the manager or assistant manager said no. Said he didnt want to endanger his people by touching customer brought in items. Which I specifically explained on the phone before driving all the way in

Super quick, super friendly, great price. An out of state family member needed one light truck tire. Other tire shops in the area were out of stock. This Les Schwab had multiple varieties available and one was even on sale. They had it done and installed in about 45 mins. All of the staff were prompt and polite. A truly professional operation at this store.

Great people with the traditional values of customer service. I run a fleet of trucks and they are the go to people ones to put tires on my rigs.

Les Schwab Tukwila wouldnt install a brand new OEM TPMS unless I purchased the parts directly through them. They wanted $140 in parts alone for only one replacement sensor. The total quote with installation for only one sensor was over $175.I already had new unopened OEM Ford parts purchased for under $35. I was able to take them elsewhere and have them installed for only $20.Ill be taking my tire business to Tire Rack and their installers.

I had a flat tire repaired here at no charge. Later, I purchased traction chains here and was told that I could return if I did not use that winter. I was not sure how they could keep their business. Anyway, I kept the traction chains even though I never used during that winter.Last year, 2013, we had a bad weather in Seattle and the traction chains saved my life. I was on the way to office and stuck in a slope. However, I had the traction chains in my car and installed easily. Actually, I was not sure whether it fits my car, but Les Schwab told me that that is the one for my car when I purchased it. As they told me, it was easy to install. So, I could come back to home while other cars were stuck in the middle of roads.Now, I realized how they can manage their business. Now, I am a big fan of you. You have a lot of big funs like me. This is why people say you guys are the best.

Ryan and Benji were the cats pajamas. I came in right before they closed needing a new set of tires and they delivered. They found cheaper alternatives and completed the job efficiently. It took no time at all. 10/10 would purposely damage my tires just to have them fix it as professionally again.

I called 5 minutes before I got there to check the wait and was informed it would be an hour and a half. Two hours after arriving I walk outside and see my car hasnt been touched much less being worked on.Also dont trust their used tires if they offer, they put one on my car and it went flat and was unrepairable the very next day, after they took my original tire which was still covered under the tread warranty.Ive had decent interactions with this location in the past but after these last two incidents I recommend the one in south Federal Way and Ill be trying the one in Renton next.

Horrible service every time I come in. Quoted 1.5 hours to get job done, stated for an hour while the BMW tech kept making excuses why he couldnt get the job done tonight. He was even telling at another tech that was letting us know whats going on. The BMW tech relayed to us that he couldnt get it done because he would have to order the parts. When we asked how long they said 15 minutes. We said we would wait. 5 minutes later we get told the parts are often wrong and they have to have someone go get new ones, and should just schedule for tomorrow. We said we had limited time to get this fixed before going on vacation, so we would wait. They told us 20m later the parts were wrong. So we said good thing is a 15m we will wait. 10 minutes later they come back and say oh the parts place is closed. We filled a credit app to cover the enormous cost of the fix. BMW is now fixing the car for $75 less then quoted here. The guy helping us was very nice, but seemed clueless and stuck between an ever angry growing customer and a lazy tech who just wanted to go home. I have only had one good experience here out of four visits. Taking my business elsewhere.
