ALISSA you are AMAZING!! We came in to restart our service with xfinity and this woman not only took care of us but made our day!! Saved us money!! And made sure we knew what we were getting! I got my equipment and everything from them like 4 months ago and I’m happier then shot with them like love the service and I can record my shows watch them on my phone or like even watch like tv in my bedroom from my phone and all kinds of cool stuff with this service and I had to return some old equipment and it was a breeze but if you need an appointment then make sure you make one online snd not just show up at the store cause it’s a wait otherwise and people get mad at waiting and I had an appointment and I showed up snd walked in and the line flipped out but I had made an appointment they didn’t so make sure thing you do!!

So I came into the store(Tukwila) today Sept 20th around 7ish pm; as instructed by the Xfinity representative over the phone to replace a battery for my mothers phone(phone call all verifiable by company records attached to her account). Upon entering the store I asked the courtesy rep why I came in explaining to her that the Xfinity representative told us to go to any Xfinity store close by to have my mothers battery replaced. The young lady at the desk said they dont have batteries there. So in my mind, Im thinking Im looking at your showroom of mobile devices but you dont have replacement batteries, even when the Xfinity rep said they do. I explained to her that the Xfinity representative instructed me to come by and have it replaced, but nonetheless no replacement equipment. So how do you sell mobile phones and not have the means to acquire replacement equipment if something happens to your device. Ive come in the store to acquire other replacement equipment so I found it odd that batteries isnt something in the store...what if your brand new phones battery is defective; how exactly are they going to replace it...? Anywho, Im not sure if the young lady is new or doesnt have the experience as the techies on the floor...but find it odd that, ...oh Im sorry, we dont carry batteries for phones.... As mentioned, I was directed to the store by an Xfinity representative over the phone that all locations have replacement equipment; so either the representatives information is incorrect or the courtesy rep at the store is incorrect. Again as previously mentioned, I came in for other replacement equipment...so what changed; if your store sells mobile devices...why no replacement equipment to speak-of.In closing, no harm...we enjoy our Xfinity service and will continue, but perhaps the employees need to be on the same page, because it seems like the courtesy rep at the store wasnt fulfilling her customer service obligations...no additional information was given if no equipment was available, only thing from her...have a nice day.

I was impressed!! Of course, I anticipated a line to be there to pick my equipment up for the Apartment Im moving into. WHAT??? Where am I ??? NO LINE !!! After a moment, I was greeted, asked a couple of questions and told it would be about 10minutes and to have a seat. I chose to go next door to the Corner Bakery, get a Cappuccino, go back to the store and relax. My name was called, I was greeted by Izzy. He was professional, courteous and expedient. I was out of there, with my goodies, in less than10 minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT AN XFINITY STORE.

You have to have some gaul to talk down to your customers because they are mad that you stole. Twice Ive had to go down in person because a rep calls me over the phone to give me a deal on my service and raises my bill $25 for services that I dont need or want. You have to be especially small brained to try and defend the actions of a company which has been a public joke for over a decade due to the famously bad customer service. Furthermore to defend a company which monopolized the interent industry despite us ruling that monopolies shouldnt exist over 100 years ago. Way to be nothing but a problem and blight on humanity.

Xfinity has terrible customer service, and only tries to upsell you. TOXIC place. They say they are there to help, but if you have questions or problems, they say if you upgrade your plan.... Even worse online where a guy in INDIA who doesnt speak english tells you his name is Bob....AND if you upgrade your plan.... USELESS, USELESS, USELESS.

Always have issues with them. Even though I explained to guy at the store what needs to be done, he wouldnt listen. And now I have to go back to the store because even my account does not show up on line or with my phone number. Not happy, but this was my only choice.

I was told to pickup a new modem and specifically asked for the store hours (10 am - 8pm at Tukwila Southcenter). I then looked it up on line to confirm. Got to the store and they now open at 11am - there were at least 10 people waiting who had all be told 10am. Total disregard for customers time. Then they got snotty on top of it when I complained. Theyre just horrible.

I got the service about a month and a half now. I got all the equipment but there is no cable outlet in my apartment. Since the equipment arrived I’ve been told that a technician would come to my home and install the outlet. It’s been a month and nothing. I’m still waiting but I’m thinking in returning the equipment.

Store actually opened at 11 am, despite customer service saying that day they would open at 10. Also, customer service told me on the phone they spoke to the store manager and they would open for us waiting, they did not open while we waited (35 minutes), and the store manager told me they cannot receive a call or open before 11 am. For such an essential service, Xfinity is extremely disappointing. I bought just internet and was told by the associate that all I needed was to follow instructions on the app. Now, I’ve spent 4 hours in their chat help center, which is terrible, and have an appointment scheduled for 48 hours from now. The fact I’m paying for this service is frustrating. I have NEVER had a good experience with Xfinity.

Gotta give it to these guys. Looks like normal strip mall snoozer when youre walking up, but once inside you can see a lot of thought was put into the design and structure of what they are doing. Employees were friendly and helpful. They found me a deal on internet - $74.95 a month for second best package. I liked the experience and will go back if I need anything more.

My husband just spent 6 hours trying to get a DVR box installed for his Mom. She called ahead to confirm that they would be picking up a box. Then shortening this horrible story, they had to take 2 trips, yes drive from home to the store twice. The eventual problem, someone at the Xfinity side did not activate her service!! Thank goodness the 6th person they talked to realized that they messed up. This was just an upgrade of cable box, should be standard stuff. WHY IS THIS SO HARD!! No training of employees, but we still pay ridiculous prices. Hope this helps some other poor soul.

The worst. Have to call at least once a month to have the resend the signal. Becaus efor some reason ever 2-4 weeks the signal fails. If you knownit fails that often maybe auto send the thing. Waste of time and money. Im glad I have mobile Hotspot to run my business since comcast cant do anything right.

Couldnt have been happier with my visit. I just switched services from CenturyLink to Xfinity and every step Ive gone through to do so has convinced me I made the right choice. Especially when I visited this store. I did everything online so I cant speak too much as to if you need a problem solved how well they do but picking up equipment was fast and convenient. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. I didnt even have to ask any questions because they answered them before I could think of them. As far as social distancing, I didnt touch a thing except when I took my equipment and the staff walked me through the store and everything was well labeled to guide you. Six stars if I could.

The customer service reps do good work, but Comcasts service is the worst Ive ever had in my life.Ive had sporadic service for two and a half months now in the south part of Seattle. Internet will drop for up to 10 hours a day, at random, or in short intervals of 20 minutes to an hour.If you have any other options, at all, never go with Comcast. Wave services many parts of Seattle, and I recommend them over Comcast any single day.

Im trying to transfer my number to xfinity. The website promised 15 min, but it still hasnt transferred after 2 hours! I talked to an agent and she said it might take as long as 1-2 days! If xfinity knows this, why do they advertise that you can transfer a number in 15 minutes?!

Was told that I had credit, asked to receive that credit as a refund, got hung up on. I call every day and am unable to get connected to a customer service representative. I also cannot access my account on the app nor view my bill online. I have “credit” yet am not able to contact anyone on how to use it, nor get a definitive answer of how they will refund it to my bank account. This is starting to get on my nerves and I will pursue legal action if needed against the agents as well as the company for training these individuals incorrectly.

Not this particular store.. More Xfinity/Comcast customer service.. I got a text message that in less than 30 days of usage 3 people all over the age if 60 and with absolutely no online gaming going on had Exceeded the allotted 1.2 tb on my plan.. Now I did the math and it comes down to we had to watch 400ea. 120 minute videos in 30 days or 26.6 hours of streaming data in a 24 hr day.. I thought it was surely a mistake and tried for 3 days to get through to customer support. I finally just had to ask the support assistant to tell me how my lawyer can contact their company . Its amazing yow I went from being on hold for hours just to be hung up on or dropped from chat ( while waiting 30 min for the rep to take a minute to review). To prompt attentive support rep that advised me that every piece of equipment attatched to my modem in an hour uses 2gb of data when Idle.. Including the comcast.tech provided.wifi connected set top box ( I had been told it would not ding my.data usage.. but it was using 60 gb a.month just.being.connected with out even being used..

I am going to somewhat counter the 1 star reviews with my assessment. The store is in a strip mall just south of Southcenter, so it is easy to find. There is ample parking, the store itself is well-lit, but not glaringly so. The concierge is immediately through the door and greeted me as I walked in. I presented the equipment to drop off, she scanned it, gave me a receipt, and then asked me if I needed to speak with anyone. Simple, complete, professional, and not indifferent. My experience was very good not just for a cable provider, but for any diffuse organization that needs to maintain a level of quality throughout.

My bill went up $20 for unknown reason?? I took the bill to the store. The young female employee not say hi and not even checking my bill just handed to the manager. Took him 5 minutes then tell me nothing he can do.. I rather call Comcast customer services they always nicer and make adjustment. The only thing for Comcast store good for is to return & pickup packages. Im hoping Comcast employees reading messages and make better effort taken better care your customers. The store is beautiful thou. Thank you!!
