Nice goodwill. They need some TLC on their parking lot e.g. repaint the parking lines.

Not going to lie, I cringe when entering Goodwill stores because they all smell like a trash can on a sweltering summer day, but not here! This store was an absolute joy! It smelled good which made me stay longer and spend more money🤣 Super organized! Super friendly employees! I will definitely be back—maybe with a truck😬

I have some suggestions: Make the entrance area very welcoming and pleasant. Keep your clothing display by colors ( It makes shopping for clothes fun). Displays up high is nice but discourages me from buying.

Everything was so orderly and easy to look through items. They have some great Halloween costumes. The employees were so kind and the cashier was really nice and quick.

This is literally the most organized goodwill I have ever seen in my life! Not only did they have everything by size, they had it color organized and also by clothing type, pants, skirts, shirts, women’s, men’s, kids, plus, etc. All furniture was staged with place settings and I was so impressed!!! Don’t miss out!

Not the greatest Goodwill I have gone to. The parking lot needs to be repainted so that you can actually have parking spots. The store doesnt actually smell bad, compared to other goodwills I have gone to. This store is also more organized and they have items displayed nicely, such as paintings on the wall. But overall, they dont have a variety of items.

I went in there for 1 thing and walked out with so much more. The aisles werent so close that you felt crammed, which is a plus. There is such an amazing selection of baby clothes that are super cute and in great condition, we got so many clothes and only spent $9.00. My hubby found a fishing pole thay was only $2.99!! I found a nice crock pot for only $4.99. The bathroom was clean, only downfall was the soap was 99% gone. I will definitely be coming back here.

Kinda a basic and blase selection of products and a small store overall, this really seems like a generic cookie cutter goodwill. My wife found some nice clothes that she liked. But overall rather unremarkable in my opinion.

Very bad management... taking a day off to bring over a $600 couch. It has been used 3 years and has been refused for a stain that is not bigger that 1/4 of an inch.I called the store to make sure that they were accepted couch and the manager said YES please come over now. Borrowed a truck, drove over with my 13 months old baby...once arrived it is refused by Michelle.WAY TO GO GOOD WILL!! Helping the community should start by respecting people!

Our shopping experience started out great as we found a variety of items at reasonable prices, however the lack of customer service that was provided but Bridgette absolutely changed this experience. This cashier lacks tact, people skills and yelled at us repeatedly for touching an item on the shelf. Upon checkout, she continued to talk down to us and ruined our entire shopping experience. For a company that prides itself on community involvement and helping others, this employee has no business being on the front line to represent these factors. Out 9burst old son made the most appropriate statement, That rude cashier took the GOOD out of Goodwill.

Decent variety of goods across this larger than expected store and prices werent outrageous for used and often abused items like some of the other Goodwill stores in Western Washington.

I always leave with a bunch of great finds. Lots of name brand clothing in pretty much brand new condition with more than fair pricing. If you have the time and can look closer for the ricket color that is the sale color of the day, its even a better score! Im an avid Goodwill shopper and this one is my favorite locations

This Goodwill was well organized. Also, in light of current circumstances they were doing anouncments about current rules to ensure everyones safety. They had a good selection of clothes and non-clothing items. Prices were adorable and reasonable for the items. Very happy with my purchases. I even got an amazing scrub top.

Whatever you give them they sale for profit and dont pay taxes. The CEO makes over 700K per year. Tell me about chrity!

Ive just used the donation station here -- it was very convenient, with a fast-moving line and no-questions dropoff. It must have been a busy weekend, but the dropoff area looked packed with things. Very convenient for making donations.

Found a really nice serving bowl there for a great price.

I wasnt a fan at first but my persistence paid off. I always find great fashions and housewares here. Clean and I can appreciate the creative time they take staging the stores shelves overhead and islands of the clothing racks. Best part! When a long line starts they waist no time getting cashiers upfront to get it down. I would give five stars due to the only flaw for me is the overpriced jewelry.

One of the better Goodwills in King County. The staff was awesome, nice, friendly and professional. They made sure that everyone was following the new restricted Covid rules while shopping to protect themselves and everyone else. I can hear every cashier ask if they wanted to round up to help support the job training program👍! Also the ladies and the gentleman at the jewelry counter didnt seem annoyed that I was looking at the stuff in the display cases!!! Not to mention the selection of clothes for the women and children was so unbelievable but.. Wimpy selection for guys...

We found exactly what we were looking for, an inexpensive storage unit for our shop. This goodwill was very organized and I highly recommend if youre looking for something for your home or wardrobe.

Tried to drop stuff off, but the line was 20 minutes long. We finally got to the front of the line and were told that it would be 20 to 30 minutes til we could unload our small truck worth of items. Horribly inefficient and understaffed compared to other Goodwill locations. I would recommend just driving to one of the Seattle locations.

Great place to shop and I found some pretty amazing deals there! My only gripe is that they have an extremely odd style of organizing mens shirts and pants. It is done more by color than by size it seems. Not a huge issue, as I said, and as a matter of fact it makes it more of an adventure every time you go shopping :-)

First time there it was ok i went to look for a twin bed for my son and omg the price was way too much for my budget for a twin bed was $200 plus i left disappointed.

Yesterday I shopped at the Auburn Goodwill for a couple hours. And because of Covid I couldn’t try anything on so I bought a few things and after bringing them hom, a handful of things didn’t fit, so I went to the tukwila Goodwill to do an exchange and look for different stuff. After waiting in line come to find out I can’t exchange my Auburn Goodwill stuff at the Tuckwila Goodwill, the worker told me they have a different logo that they can’t do an exchange for me! I am not happy to find this out after driving out of my way. This is poor customer service and goodwill has really been changing my mind for the worst due to the last few incidents that have occurred!

Don’t expect to come during any open hours and be able to donate. Their hours state they are open until 8:00 pm but stop accepting donations at 5:00. Total wasted trip.Edit 4/19/21. Recently tried going to to donate again during normal donation hours. Checked the donation page and it didn’t show they were not accepting donations, yet when I got there once again they were closed for donations. Goodwill if you are not going to accept donations PLEASE update your donation page to reflect this so people don’t waste a trip to your store.

One of the better Goodwills in the area. The selection is varied and the shelf space allows you more picks. The painting section here is well stocked and better tended then most thrift stores. Only issue here is a lack of parking on busy shopping days. On regular days no issues.

By far the worst goodwill Ive ever been to. Really sketchy and would not recommend bringing children.

The layout of this place hasn’t changed at all, the addition of a hand sanitizer kiosk at the entrance is wonderful in these times. Other than minor changes, this place is clean and the staff is still friendly!

Theyve managed to make enough space between the aisles for safe shopping and have done a great job of reorganizing the store.

With all the purging many families have done, it is surprising how empty the shelves are.

Drop off attendant lacks key retailing and customer service. They all lack this skill. Have had several close calls from drivers at this location because they dont pay attention when theyre backing up.Goodwill has really taken a dive since the prior years. Customer service is good. Probably the best good will customer service in the area. Prices are not all that great. Ross and Value Village have better quality and prices. Item cleanliness is better

Way to slow checking out. 1 lane for debt or credit the other for cash took cash lady over 10 min with 1 customer still with customer when I just decided to just leave not worth purchase to stand in line and wait.

They are not taking any furniture. But thankfully Habitat for Humanity is right across the street and they do.

Very popular after lunch on Sunday, the parking lot was nearly full. Sales are announced regularly every 10 or 15 minutes. Clothes & shoe racks are well organized by size, though some have been put back in the wrong place. Nice displays & eye appealing. It would be nice to have more cashiers during peak hours, so the checkout line doesnt get too long.

Goodwill use to be a fun place to shop but after years of going to same location you world think staff would treat you like family. Staff is not the nicest! On Wed I usually go in for the veteran discounts but even though they know me and my husband and know he is a veteran .They will not honor the discount without him present even if I offer to have him on video chat so they can verify . This blows my mind!! They walk around with fake smiles and act like they care but truth is They do not care! Its sad that after all these years of going to the same place. They have to make it so difficult. Goodwill is not what it use to be and to top it off the prices at this goodwill have gone up like crazy! Ive donated so much and to see items that I have gifted be sold for so much kills me! I wont be donating items to goodwill again! This store rips people off and staff are Not thr nicest!! I plan on gifting to my BUY NOTHING GROUP! ID RATHER GIVE TO THE FAMILIES IN NEED THEN TO THIS ORGANIZATION THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF

Be warned, according to the staff, they are NOT Goodwill. They have no affiliation with Goodwill and are their own thing. Odd since they have all the same marketing and logo.I guess this explains their ridiculously higher than average actual Goodwill pricing.

As second hand stores tend to do this gets messy often but its also a very busy store. And they do clean up very well and more than just once a day. They seem to have a good rotation of different types of stock in similar areas I highly recommend it if you like stopping the second hand stores

I love going here dropping off furniture clothes and old pieces that we no longer meet what is the best about goodwill is that they help train people put them back into the working marketplace this helps put food in their tables and help support their families this is all about trumps agenda goodwill has been doing it for years when I say trumps agenda I mean passing down from the top to the bottom this really does work we love fact that goodwill goes out of their way to help communicate community values I suggest supporting good will dont any to good will of providing all of necessity things that you no longer need to goodwill

Today was the worst there. Ive asked them previously to turn the volume down on the mostly disco selection of music blasting in the back clothing area where I shop. That was honored the last few times I was in. I requested it today, but it wasnt lowered. Im shopping. Im there to give them my money. I want to feel relaxed, not like wanting to run out of there ASAP. I like music, but loud disco type, I hated when I was 15 and for all the decades since. Any music too loud is a sensory assault for me. When I mentioned it again at the register when asked how my days going, the cashier basically ignored my comment on this. Perhaps they know me know as the b*tch who complains about the music.I go to this Goodwill because its well lit, and smaller which I prefer, and I find a few good items there. There is the issue though that many of the racks are crammed so tightly with clothing that its impossible to browse through them.I get the impression that revenue for the Job Training program has taken over all other business policy, including customer satisfaction.

Ive been going here for years and the people have always been really nice. Had a bad experience today with two female emoloyees(one east Indian and one Caucasian) and how they communicated with my children.. Its a shame a couple poor employees will be responsible for losing a long time customer. .. My experiences with other employees has been positive but these two have left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wont be coming back..

A great place for bargain hunters of used goods. A great organization that is a true non profit. Goodwill teaches adult literacy, helps with job training etc.

I usually go to goodwill if I find my place away from home and I need a clothing item cheap and fast. This goodwill is not cheap and the items are. They were selling a north face jacket used for 60 dollars. How can you help people if you never sell anything with your outrageous prices.Please, please, please know that you do not work at a Nordstroms or something of that category. Strategize on your pricing and stop being rude.

Good place to buy used thing

I always find great things! Their stock moves fast so theres constantly new items to look through. You can completely redo your wardrobe for $100. Helpful staff too. By far the best goodwill Ive been to. Usually they are meh. This one takes the cake.

Fun place to shop but the store manager needs training. She wrongfully accused a gentleman of taking merchandise into a bathroom which angered him so much you could hear him yelling from across the store and flailing his arms. The store manager and him kept arguing and she said f you (I abbreviated it) she said the actual word. This conversation was loud enough for the entire store to hear and scared people into hiding down the aisles and a couple into leaving the store. A store manager shouldnt act like that. They are supposed to make a situation better not worse. He was yelling loudly until he left the store. Everyone is lucky he didnt have a gun. A very scary experience. Ill stick to the Kent location. This location is an accident waiting to happen with a manager like that.

Great store with a wonderful selection of clean merchandise. I also enjoyed how much space there was to move around. So many other Goodwill stores feel cramped.

I usually find something I didnt know I needed here. I like that the sale tags rotate every week. I recommend looking for that rare find here or even just browsing to see what you can find. Also a good place for furniture, curtains and vacuums.

I like this one the most of the local GW I have been to. Not because it has nicer clothing, especially compared to say The Highlands or Seattle stores, but because it has a dedicated plus size section. It is so freaking hard to find anything plus size in all the other stores and this one had me buying $100+ worth of new clothing in one trip. Thank you so much for the up coming Fall season wardrobe!

Great prices on the kind of stuff you hate to spend a whole bunch of money on, like kids toys and electronics. Most items are gently used, if not new with the original tags still attached. Excellent selection, lotsa stuff! And the crew that works there are some of the finest people youll ever have the pleasure to meet. If you havent already been, GO! Youre seriously missing out if you dont.

When I went on a weekday recently, I was impressed by how nice the store was kept. The clothes were well organized for the most part and the books were also neat and shelved by type. I found some great books and clothes and will be back again- I much prefer this to the Renton Goodwill.

I would recommend this place, than other goodwills for how much they have since its so big. There are too many things I get lost in there because of the fantastic gems that you find like no other stores.

Good store, though smaller than average for a Goodwill. Pricing pretty consistent, and usually has an ok selection of goods. Parking is quite bad, and under capacity. I will often visit here if I am in the area, but not usually go out of my way.

Very nice staff! Guys are friendly and helpful. My daughter broke a glass and we even did not pay for that. Guys helped us to clean everything. Thanks a lot!

With this Goodwill they actually has clothes sizes that fit big girls like me and have the great set prices not over the extreme.

Way too expensive thriftshops these days are outrages. Its cheaper to buy new clothes at Ross not to mention at Ross (CLOTHES ARE NEW). The had a pair of shorts today for 7 dollars and they had a tag still on them from old navy that were $4.99 the Goodwill tried selling them more than Old Navy this place sucks I love thriftshopping but come on I understand inflation is going on but dont inflate all the thrift shops it is absolutely and utterly ridiculous.

Is a great store with all the basic categories. The fashion Id right in the front with collectibles so its always fun when you walk in.

My favorite Goodwill in the Northwest. Everything is just right. When I was a kid this was the location where I always stop by to get amazing things for a great deal. I love Goodwill tukwila.

When telling an employee that there was vomit in the restroom I was told: Well... the janitor is about to go home, so theres nothing we can do. I get that its good will, but that shouldnt be a reason for poor standards of cleanliness.
