Went looking for an office chair, lots of choices. There are some things you must try out before you buy it! They didnt have the chair I wanted but I came home, logged into officedepot.com, getting it delivered next day, no extra fee for delivery! I cant wait to get my new chair!

Drew is one mean lady. I would avoid this place at all costs. Stood in line waiting for self service waited 15 min...then asked to receive a fax she came up and said they cant help anyone because they close at 8pm and theres only 2 people in the store who can help. She also said self serve machines will be closed too even if I keep waiting in line. Super mean individual and horrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

I was of course hoping to find some cases & screen protectors for my S6 Edge but didnt ☹ Apparently its BEEN time to upgrade my phone lol. I also wish they had a better selection of label makers.

During Covid, of course most places are short staff. Or short of items. The staff here went above and beyond, from the phone call, to the customer service on the floor.Even though there short one items. I did come back about 1-2 weeks later with my husband, we found what we needed.I feel they’re very organize and i told there store manager who was also helping us check out, that everything I walked thorough the door, I was always welcomed and was always greeted and received great customer service. They would be into what I was needed and I felt they were doing a good job about it to. I will keep coming back! Items are always great here too! Thank you for great customer service! I would recommend this place!

I use most of the Office Depot locations in Seattle and this is hands down the worst. There is an issue every single time I come here, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve been overcharged multiple times. Only location that doesn’t have my documents ready when I email AND call the request in, no other locations say you have to be there for them to print the document. My documents have been incorrectly printed with pages cut off multiple times. And it takes 30+ minutes to print a document with their MULTIPLE printers. I have great relationships with staff at other locations, it’s always the printing staff here that makes my experience unpleasant.

I write this 2 star review specifically for this location though my review applies to all Office depots. The reason for it is that they lost my respect by having fake Black Friday sales. I had to come in 3 weeks before and the prices are exactly as they are right now. I dont respect companies that try to play tricks like that and the only thing that I like about buying from Office Depot is that theyll give you $4 in store credit for all toner recycling. that being said you might as well just go on pretty much any online website such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon for the same if not better prices and you can sell back your ink for actual cash on eBay so really its only a convenience factor.

Probably better experience than other office depot stores. Staff and management were friendly, asked if I needed help which I don’t much get at other locations (I buy from a lot of locations to include CA, OR, WA, ID and MT) Also, they acknowledged and did not give me a hard time on the pricing/stocking error.

WOW!! The level of customer service John, Tukwila location, showed me during my visit, purchase & help to my car was out of this world!! In a time where great customer service is low at so many other stores, this was refreshing 🤗 Thank you so much for your help again John!! Prayers to you & your family from me & mine.

The lady at the print and ship place was so so helpful, I believe her name was Liz? I got 8x10 photos and labels made. Previously I had been getting my stuff done at FedEx, and I never will again. Office Depot was WAY more helpful and friendly AND cheaper than FedEx. Thank you so much!

Submitted an order in the print dept for a blueprint. Got a polite voice message late from a guy stating there was an issue with the paper. I then talked to a woman in Tukwila the next morning (2/5/2020) who told me my order wasnt possible tho the website let me place the order, and she said it in a way like I should have known it wasnt possible. Then I had to tear information out of her on how I can make it work. She was outrageously unhelpful. After a very long exchange of 20 questions and it ending up being 4 times more expensive, I told her I wasnt getting a helpful or friendly vibe so I am going to try somewhere else at which point she got snarky and said, Okay, well Costco isnt making prints anymore so give us a call if you want this done. I in fact got what I wanted printed from Costco at half the price and it only took a couple hours.

They wont give you access to the internet to print a simple shipping label.

Will never go back! Second and last time in. First time 3 weeks ago to have blueprints enlarged. I was 3rd in line at copy/business center with one person working the area. After helping one lady she stopped to chat with a coworker for a while that passed by, then emptied the wast basket, etc, ignoring the lady in front of me. After 10 minutes with still two people in front of me not helped, I left. This morning I came in to purchase a set of permanent markers. Store was empty. I went to the section of marker and was looking at different products when a sales person came by and grabbed six boxes of markers where I was standing. It was a blatant ruse to see if I was stealing markers or sundries. Really!!! Then at the checkout the register wouldnt work so had to go to next register which charged me twice for the markers which she didnt catch, until I pointed it out, then took more time to try and take the item off, Then the debit card reader wouldnt work, so thankfully I had cash which took longer since she had to redo the transaction. So to buy one pack of markers it took almost 15 minutes at the register(s). How is place still open???? I will make the extra drive to Staples in Renton where plenty of help at business center and knowledgeable staff.

They have fair pricing on their items. I do always choose this store to purchase school year supplies for my kids. I also like the abundant parking available for customers.

I had a coupon sent to. Me by email that said I could. Use it in the store but when I went to the store to use it, it didnt work. I ended up. Having to place an online order at the store to use the coupon. Took so Much time also... Great people who helped me but the management and supervisors need to spend more Time Training staff so they can be knowledgeable with stuff.

Besides always being understaffed. Today nobody knew what was going on and they were all clueless when I just wanted to apply for the card for purchases (not rewards) and then I wanted to fix my laptop and no IT available although they said someone was coming at 1, waited for more than 30 minutes and no show of IT or they were just ignoring me. Please look for proactive and problem-solving employees. It is very frustrating to go to a store and that nobody seems to know anything, I understand not everyone is trained the same way, but not even the manager knew what to do. They’re all in their little worlds just putting stuff away... what a waste of my late morning.

Hard to find floor help. Took 3 people to find cartridges for my printer, 1st person couldnt be bothered with it so they handed off to 2nd person a woman who went out of her way to look for them. Unfortunately, she couldnt find them. The checkout person found them by the register. There wasnt even a slot in the cartridge area for cartridges for the printer I bought. Not sure why this is like this.

This place never has anything that says in stock. This happens repeatedly. How do you lose quantity 18 of a product? And good luck finding anyone to help you. It’s like only 1 person works at this location.

Id give this store ZERO STARS if I could. Im literally STILL waiting on hold as I type this, for the second time...I was put on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for someone in the print area to pick up. I have a SIMPLE question as to if they print a type of form or not. And now Im still on hold for 10 minutes & counting waiting to talk to the Manager. Im trying to run a business here & dont have time to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to get a simple question answered. For this reason, Im writing this review & will make sure to only shop at the Covington location from now on. Lets be real, this is Office Depot, youre not swamped with 100 customers. Your employees are either lazy or just simply dont care to offer good customer service. Ive never had this ridiculous situation happen when calling the Auburn or Covington stores. I had to hang up & call back for the 3rd time, finally a nice gentlemen answered & he walked over himself to ask the print guy my question, whom finally answered the phone & then couldnt even answer my question & said another print guy would by in at noon & might be able to help..................This is insane to me. A HALF HOUR TO GET ONE SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED AND THEY COULDNT EVEN ANSWER IT!!!!!!

Lance was the only good part of my experience!I tried to make a return and the female manager gave me as well as her employee unnecessary attitude. The only reason I go here is because its close to work. Never would recommend this particular store.

I bought bubble mailers. They were a bit pricier than online but were priced as buy two get one free. So nothing awful.When I went to check out I noticed that one of the staff members was standing around doing nothing. I assume they were taking a break, but they didnt say anything when I walked in their direction.The person who checked me out wasnt particularly friendly and didnt greet me as I left.The smaller elements of customer service matter.

Staff were friendly, a bit understaffed at the cashiers. Online order return had issues instore popping up, but the staff were very professional in handling and resolving the matter

I used their online printing service for same-day/in-store pick-up for my company, and ordered yesterday. I went in 24 hours later on an extremely tight schedule to pick up my cards to deliver for a job and not only did they have no idea I had ordered anything, they didnt even offer the product Id ordered. Instead of being helpful and suggesting a fix beyond printing my promotional material in the wrong format, dimensions and material (once I had my office email them the file needed) the guy behind the counter just started making excuses giving me the impression that he had no idea what he was doing. This was my second bad experience with the same Office Depot location in a row.

Love that they are willing to help. Wish there are more staff on duty to keep the pace going forward without delays.

I will never purchase there again. Had our business card graphics for everyone. Office Depot decided to delete all the client graphics they had without notice.

Employees are usually nice and they are helpful. It is large store. However my experience the other day is not great. The employee in the copy center makes it super inconvenient to print things out. She wanted me email with my phone but their WiFi is horrible and her logic is that is not for public since all their computers are on that system. But the password is not protected for their WiFi. Then she wanted me to use Starbucks WiFi which is horrible too inside the Office Depot. But that is strange for a business as large as Office Depot to ask customer to use another business WiFi for their service. I used to be able to send from their computer but the employee said it is inconvenient for her because she has to log in to the computer when people come to buy stamps but there was no one else in line. Things that used to take me a few minutes now takes a long time and I have to step outside to send emails so they can print. This is extremely inefficient and super inconvenient for customers and would not recommend them anymore. Too slow and poor policy as well as service and system.

Employees are very helpful in answering any questions that you may have inspite of the busy traffic.

Quick in and out, but not much in the way of selection, had to go somewhere else for what I needed.

Used document shredding services here, which are reasonably priced. But you have to turn the shredding in at the print/copy counter, and sometimes you get behind somebody with a complicated printing order and it takes forever just to do a quick shredding dropoff.

Low inventory probably due to covid

Horrible I was in there at 220 PM store was empty and no customer service so I just left . I needed help to get a printer and after 15 minutes of standing there I left

Meh, its an Office Depot. Now-a-days, you can buy this stuff online. But if you need a Ream of paper ASAP, yea, Id go here.

Layout of this particular office depot was strange, the people who worked there did not want to help me find anything or point me in the right direction. I ended up just going to target for some of the things I needed and Amazoning the rest.

When you walk in its unclear where the online pickup is when theres nobody at the registers.
