What they don’t tell you on the website is that for anything other than the major currencies, you must place an online order 3 days in advance of pick up. This omission will cost me.

I just had the worst experience here. The person behind the counter had her headphones in and on her cell phone. I brought in Canadian change and British pounds. The woman said she wanted it sorted and only big coins. We said this was not mentioned on your website and she had the audacity to say well I am saying it. Unbelievable. This place has piss poor service.

This establishment has become my favorite place to exchange currencies. Their rates are the best in the area and ten times better than the airport. The process is seamless and Efficient. A big shout to Irena for always taking care of me there. The next time you have some foreign money in your hands go see Irena and tell her Frank sent you. You wont be disappointed

They dont accept old foreign notes or coins. They might not take foreign notes that is older than 2012, if you have new current issued Uncirculated bills they will gladly exchange those. Expect -10% on exchange rate + $3 fee. They are convenient and fast, if you cant exchange at your own bank.

I exchanged USD for Thai baht a little over a year ago, then my sister and I exchanged USD for NZD here recently. Great service from Nick — he actually remembered helping me a year earlier to exchange the baht! Also, if you don’t spend all the money, you can bring it back after your trip and exchange it at the rate you bought it for.

Super easy way to exchange currency, no waiting around for your bank to order it for you and cheaper than doing it at the airport. Theyll sell USD back to you with no fee if you keep your receipt. The guy who was working was friendly, quick and knowledgable. It was worth the trip to Southcenter.

They do everything they advertise. Purchased euros from them. May have a higher rate, but they have the cash available very quickly.

Like anyone with a brain, I called around to get the best deal on euros for my honey-moon (Spain, France Italy - thanks for asking :)). I knew I would need some cash since Id been in college a couple years ago.The manager there was really nice, they had euros for me right then and there. Much better than going to my bank waiting two days and going back to pick it up (antiquated much?). Not to mention a got a better rate, about a cent better than my bank and waaay better than the airport. Thumbs up!

Been here a couple of times to exchange my money and the girl who helped me was very helpful and kind.

Closed for a ten minute break when I arrived. Extended it to fifteen minutes as I stood there on crutches. Actually re-opened around 18 minutes later. Not even a cursory sorry to keep you waiting, when they finally served me. Dreadful customer experience.

Terrible service! Reserved currency and on the promised day it wasnt ready. Got no apologies what so ever, and was told to pay more because the rate changed. I would not recommend them at all.

Visited to get AUD for an upcoming trip. Young lady at the counter was very friendly. It was convenient that they had Australia currency available at the time I was there to purchase. I felt the exchange rate was fair ($1 USD = 1.28AUD them/1.38AUD market). I exchanged $296.78 USD to $380 AUD, which at the time of writing this, google says the market rate would have been $412.35. For a difference of $32.35 AUD ($23.28USD). Given that I was able to select my array of bills and for the convenience of picking up foreign currency, Id say the almost $25 lost on the transaction plus $5 exchange fee is, again, fair. Even swaps at market rates would not make them any money, thats basic. Would use them again in the future.
