I have been waiting for a small refund ($200) for over 3 months - even though I am (was, now) a good customer who had purchased 3 guns from Discount. I didnt even get the product - it was a layaway for a silencer that I decided was not worth the work to get. I called every 3 weeks, but just kept getting the response that it will show up soon. I now have to either sue in small claims, or see if the attorney general will do anything for me.

The staff employee was very nice, However, everything is WAY over priced!! Plan on paying 40-60% more than anywhere else in the country.

Gary, i bought and did all of the paperwork for a silencer as well, and it took me over a year to get the authorization and the suppressor from the BATFE, im not saying you were incorrect to file a small claims suit but the store doesnt have any control over anything once they send the paperwork off.
