Jess is amazing! The most professional and knowledgeable audiologist I’ve encountered. Making the decision to finally get hearing aids has been life changing. Miss Addy at the reception desk is a warm welcome and always happy to chat. They felt like family after the first visit.
Jess does a wonderful job of explaining things. She spends time with you and does not hurry you. Her receptionist is great too!

Jess and Michelle treat me as if I’m royalty when I visit their office. I love how they know my name and welcome me into the office. I can have an emergency with my hearing aids and Jess takes time to service my hearing aid needs even though I did not have an appointment. Her actions portray the real definition of customer service.
So very much appreciate the kindness and professionalism that we experienced here. Being able to have someone to discuss the hearing aids with who has the experience and patience that Jess showed was such a valuable experience. Without Jess my mother-in-law would not have the hearing aids that are so essential to hearing her daughter and grandson.

False and deceptive advertising. They make it seem like they are offering a free 30-day trial. What they are really offering is a free hearing test and then they want you to buy their hearing aids. There is no free trial at all. But they won’t tell you this until you are already there. Not trustworthy; unethical business practices.

I just had a conversation with Sandra Hubbard from Miracle Ear. Not a pleasing conversation. I guess shes the DM. We went to Miracle Ear in March of 2016. At that time we told the lady (that worked there at the time) what we wanted. She lied and told my mom that Miracle Ear does not have them. When I told Sandra all she could do was defend her former employee and tell me that she wasnt going to let me accuse her former employee of lying! Seriously! She even made it sound like if I kept saying that the employee was not being truthful that she would not help us with our situation. Can we say control much!I told her that If her employee said something that wasnt true then its a lie! She finally agreed. Well I dont know how Sandra made it as far as she did with that company. Were the customers. Sandra even tried to blame us. I hope her bosses read this and I hope its not ok with them. ALL WE WANT ARE THE HEARING AIDS WE ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR! WE WOULD PREFER NOT TO WASTE OVER $4,000! CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT ESP. WHEN WE WERE NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICES WE PAID FOR!
