I have been using their services and products from 2018. They have helped me set up all the equipment and were always very reliable. They have best selection of equipment, tools and products. Will definitely recommend them to others.
30 August updateJust sent a runner from Olympia to get a small order that we needed on short notice. Our account was changed and they cant find order. I was told that I must have called the wrong store and that its my problem. We will never use them again. I have reached out to the regional manager but have yet to hear anything back.Dont waste your time dealing with these people. They scheduled our vehicles for a major service and let our tech sit around all day waiting for it and never even touched it. We made a follow up appointment and gave them over 24 hours to work on it and they still hadnt finished it in time. They try offering discounted pricing for the service but the loss of business and the time of techs to be waiting on them has far exceeded the discount they offered. We have purchased all of our equipment through them to include two truck mounts and vans. Our company will never use this shop again.
David always goes above and beyond. He has the knowledge and the costomer service to succeed. I like them better than the other supply store. Thanks guys!

Words can not describe the outstanding experience, I have had with Interlink! I contacted Interlink after receiving less than desirable service from my current supplier to put it nicely. I was in the market for a new truck mounted machine and was pleasantly surprised when sales rep Tim C took the time to explain and explore my options.I received a quote substantially better than my current supplier and felt well informed and non pressured during the process.Well this is were it gets exciting with in a few days of speaking with Tim my current workhorse crapped out on me leaving me in a pretty sticky situation.This is were my experience with Interlink really stands out! I called there service department to see if they might be able to help trouble shoot the problem.I was completely blown away by mechanic Tony G. I have never met a more honest, genuine, and all around helpful guy in our industry.To be quite honest Tonys extraordinary effort to try and help me get up and running left me in amazement he literally tried everything he could to help from his location.I am about an hr and half drive away,if only he was mobile! Well a very long story short the best solution Tony and I could come up with was to go ahead a just get the new machine I wanted. Kinda sooner than I expected but my best option to keep our clients happy. Here is the outstanding conclusion Tim, Tony and the Interlink team pulled together over Sea Fair weekend after business hours mind you to make it happen.I was extremely impressed upon arrival once again with mechanic/Installer Tony G he was very pleasant considering the circumstance working over the weekend.He assured I was very well informed and comfortable with my new machine his dedication and informativeness was the cherry on top and all around deciding factor on the purchase of my new machine.Interlink has earned my business and more importantly my trust.I look forward to our relationship as we continue to grow!

My machine blew a head gasket so I took it to Interlink as they are closer and could get to it in a couple days which was much sooner than my regular shop. 5 days go by and I hear nothing. So I called the service manager and he explained about their long complicated corporate process of getting parts. And that the one mechanic they have was out sick. 3 days later I get a call to pick up my unfixed machine - they still had no mechanic and no idea when they would have one. You would think that a major shop would have at least 2 mechanics. What a waste of time!
Since new management took over dont expect prompt customer service, been going here for years, poor service
If you have a problem with any of their products, they kick the can down the road. Poor customer service and once they get the sale, theyre on to the next customer.
