Super helpful staff and very broad and organized selection. Parking is a plenty too. They do not offer refunds so do your homework before you go. They lady tried to get me to buy higher end products and I kind of wish I did now! Fun date night idea:)

Expensive, and I told the lady what I wanted and what I got doesnt even have that feature despite the box saying it does! Spent $80. Got something that dont even work like I need it to..😭 still better than the $250. Toy we bought that did do exactly what I wanted, but didnt even last A (single) year.. And supposedly had a 5 year warranty... But that never came to fruition despite how hard I tried! Do yourself a favor and know what you want before you go.. Save yourself time (because you could get lost in this BEAUTIFUL store) and money (Not ending up with exactly what you want and having to go again!), just do your research! Thanks for reading!

LOVE this place! I love it when my adult store shopping experiences are, some pun intended, a pleasure. The two people helping me today made me feel so welcome and they really knew their stuff. Walking in alone I was pleasantly surprised to see such a clean and well organized shop. It’s quite spacious and there’s a lot of variety!Note to shoppers coming in for the first time: they only have an upstairs level ONLY now so if you are coming off the five take the second driveway and not the first.

Gone in and bought restraints, beads, and lubrication. Employees are really sweet in assisting and asking questions. Zero weirdness, lots of inclusion and no judgment.

Yes, I went to Lovers to pick up some things for personal pleasure. I am disabled, I am not dead, and since I have no one in my life right now and meeting people is difficult, to say the least, in these times of pandemic, a personal toy seemed entirely appropriate. I was assisted by two very helpful ladies without stigma or judgement. I would highly recommend Lovers.

What was once a three story shop has been condensed into a single floor the size. Ive been to gas station convenience stores bigger than this. One sales person tried to play it off that they still have the same amount of stuff. That is nothing but used car salesman bs. They clearly have less stuff and are over priced for what they do have. Go to Castle Megastore instead.

Workers are helpful but they need to add the bottom floor back because that was the vibe.

Went there out of the blue for some supplies and was immediately greeted warmly by a staff member.She was kind and courteous, and to the point.I stated what I was looking for and with a very small wait, was brought what I was seeking after I paid.My change and receipt were accurate, and the product was on point. Even though I gave a vague description. I knew but didnt know what I was looking for..if that makes sense.But she got the picture and helped accurately and efficiently.Her curbside pickup customer service was on point and friendly.Thank you 😁

This place used to be the best lovers for miles. Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff...worst part is the staff is still friendly and knowledgeable. But lately theyve become mechanical - they rehearse the same lines and sales pitch to every customer. Its incredibly obvious theyre being forced to say this stuff, and instead of helping out and putting customers at ease, theyre putting on their hard sales face. I understand you guys have a business to run, but this is kind of an industry where being personable and making people comfortable is a necessity.

My partner and I have just moved into the Burien area. We stopped by to look around. We were quickly overwhelmed by the rather large and crowded store. A very nice staff member stepped up and helped us choose everything we wanted. I have been to several Lovers locations. Good service with friendly and knowledgeable people seems to be the standard. Always be candid about what you want and why---most sales associates have tried a wide variety of the products they sell and give great feedback, along with saving you time searching on your own. This visit I received awesome customer service from Maddie. I highly recommend checking online for a coupon before heading in. The website for ValPack coupons usually has some, and you should definitely sign up for Lovers Rewards to get great emails! Happy shopping!

The workers there ACTUALLY help you and listen to what your saying. The little lady name dom, was amazing she made me feel comfortable and is knowledgeable. I did not want to leave the store because of that little lady. My wife and I will return because of all the help and advice I have gotten from her! This used to be an amazing store... Now it just looks like its going out of business. Almost no inventory, cant even see the museum upstairs anymore.

The staff was friendly and engaging! The have a lingerie section upstairs and a toy dungeon downstairs! Very professional overall in appearance and customer service. Bought some some toys as well.
