Very inexpensive option when considering new luggage as the alternative. For $78, I have a brand new set of travel gear!! Highly recommend. What they do is very unique.

The two individuals working were friendly and knowledgeable. Called ahead of time and ended up taking a piece of luggage in to get the lock combination fixed and the experience was smooth and effortless. If I ever need anything repaired or possibly purchased, T.W. would be my 1st stop! Thanks

Old school approach. Repair store first (4-star). Retail prices are no better than mall-based stores (3-star). Need to change my repair rating to 5-star...they did a fantastic job repairing my piece of luggage. They suggested a less expensive option than a complete zipper replacement and shipped the suitcase home. Excellent customer service.

These guys do a fantastic job of repairing two of my suitcases. I have huge respect to this local family business with a long history and truck record. And the cost is amazingly reasonable. I was tired of being told it is cheaper to buy a new one than to repair, it is not true with T W. Carrol. I am extremely happy with their job in terms of quality and cost. These guys did great work for a reasonable price. My favorite part of the experience is when I came in and blamed my problem on Sea-Tac Baggage Handling. The guy who helped me said I was wrong and that I was likely responsible. He said that while chuckling. Then he proceeded to tell me what he thought happened and it made perfect sense. I loved his honesty, his knowledge of what causes problems, his understanding of what goes on in baggage areas at airports, and the businesss understanding of how to fix things. For me, everything was great. I got a little feeling like I was in a small competently run mom and pop shop in New York City. Loved it.

You may read an occasional negative comment but if you want knowledgeable and fast service look nowhere else period. I have purchased and done service multiple times. Not any issue

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I dropped off my suitcase, which had one of the structural wires torn out of its socket (there was no way I could bend or get it back in on my own). I also had a zipper handle fall off.When I dropped it off, their estimate was 3 weeks. I got a call back in exactly 3 weeks saying it was ready for pickup. When I went back, everything looked so perfect that I couldnt tell what used to be damaged. In addition, I didnt have to pay anything - the repairs on my 3 year old suitcase was covered under warranty.I do travel a lot, so I will definitely come back here when my suitcase eventually is damaged.

I had a really great experience with them for repairing my backpack and luggage. They fixed my bag on schedule, under budget and extra work were done just to take care of their customer. Will recommend for their service, if there is a need.

Friendly, helpful and efficient! I brought in my Travelpro suitcase for a repair and the staff quickly identified the problem, fixed it faster than promised and is even shipping it back to me so I don’t have to drive across town to get it! Five star service for sure. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service. Employees there are very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with the manufacturer, so I did not have to. Because the manufacturer was giving TW Carroll trouble, it took nearly 2 months until my luggage was available for pick up. They were very patient with me and didnt throw away/pawn off my luggage, especially because I was traveling and was not able to pick it up until four weeks after they told me it was ready. I would highly recommend them, and would go out of my way to bring them my business again. Plus, they have an adorable office beagle who is the sweetest ever.

Received no satisfaction from these folks. They used a poorly made substitute wheel to replace my Samsonite Spinner that was torn off by the airline. the person who repaired it apparently just pounded the wheel on. I was not the same size as the other three original wheels. The luggage only rolls on three wheels. I pointed this out to them and they insisted it was a good repair. Insisting I just needed to put weight on it for it to roll smoothly.They were unresponsive to fixing my badly repaired luggage.  I ended up filling a complaint with my bank and had the Visa charge challenged. The bank called TW Carrol to investigate my claim. They got the same responds that the wheel was good if you put weight on it. The bank sided with me and refunded my payment. Not sure if the charge was actually reversed. I suspect TW Carrol still got their money for the crappy job they did. Too bad a seemingly family owned local business is not  caring enough to do quality work and protect the reputations of real craftsmanship shops.

Horrible customer service. Ive been waiting for replacement wheels for my computer bag for...get this...years (since 2008). Ive given them my name and number and still have never gotten a call. When I called them again, and again about it, they said bring your bag in and we can order the parts. How long will it take to get the parts? They have no idea.Why not just order the parts and Ill bring the bag in when you have them? The lady on the phone told me I have customers waiting, call back another day. What a lovely ray of sunshine this Carrol is! Ill never do business with these people again.

We brought a Samsonite bag to get a broken zipper replaced...only in town for 3 days...they replaced the zipper and had it ready for us in less than 24 hours...great job; great service; reasonable price; highly recommend!!Thanks!

I came in with an emergency handle replacement and the fine at TW. Carrol folks did an outstanding job of an emergency replacement of the handle.Outstanding customer service is not dead yet. Its gasping for breath, but its not dead yet.

Glad I found these guys to fix my golf bag zipper. Price was ok, better than buying a new bag.

I went there for my luggage zipper replacement. They are the authorized repair center for Delsey luggage. Customer service is good. Even though they replaced it within a day, they didnt inform me to collect it until I go back there to see if I can pick it up early.

If you need luggage repair (or a new set altogether), T.W. Carrol & Co. is amazing. They are an authorized repair Center for such brands as Hartmann, Briggs & Riley, etc. I have always received honest advice, and if my bag could be repaired, they did so at a fair price with excellent workmanship.

They have some luggage selections I have to admit even though those bags sell at a so called retail price you would not buy. The reason I left this review is because the mindset of the owner is not keeping up with the fast changing world.I had a luggage that needs to replace a very small plastic part so I went there since this store is the only certified repair shop in the region. The worker there quickly turned down my request for buying that part by telling me that they dont sell parts without any facia expressions. They would fix my luggage for $60!!! I can fix it myself in 5 mins if I have the part. I believe he hears and deals with that a lot. Sure enough, while I was inside the store another customer called and that guy said the same thing we dont sell parts......Save yourself some time if you want to buy any parts from them.

Hard to find, but worth the search. They were able to fix my bag.

Theyre friendly and open Saturday mornings, and they were able to replace two rubber feet that fell off an old TUMI hard-sided bag for me for only $14.
