My disabled sister was badly in need of help with her feet. Tammy Janson provided exactly what she needed. Her patience, expertise and generosity with her time gave my sister the help that we have been unable to gain from her podiatrist. Tammy is a stellar example of the kind of customer service you can expect from this location. I only wish we had come sooner. Im incredibly grateful.

A few months ago I walk into THE GOOD FEET store as a last resource to my foot pain. No painkillers were strong enough to alíviate the pain. My doctor recommended me to pay them a visit and hopefully that would be the solution to my problem.I visited the store in Southcenter, in Seattle. Tammy was very compassionate and professional and helped me out in a jiff.I had an ALELUYA moment as soon as she fitted me the orthotics in my tennis shoes. It was like a miracle being able to walk again. My arches were collapsing from the lack of support and nobody had addressed this issue.I was able to return to work almost immediately and now after a couple of months I can exercise with no pain .Every case is different but I am sure glad they had a solution to my problem.I cannot recommend them enough to my friends and family and whoever listens to me.I can now dance the Macarena with no issues whatsoever.Thank you THE GOOD FEET STORE.Alonso Lopez

I visited the Tukwila store last week and Christina helped me solve my problem with flat feet. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and took the time to provide the perfect arch support for me. I would definitely recommend this store.

As a community pharmacist I stand for 10 - 12 hours each day and, as a result, developed plantar fasciitis. After months of pain, ibuprofen, tylenol, pain patches, limping around at work and barely being able to walk when first getting out of bed in the morning, I finally saw a podiatrist and was referred to The Good Feet Store. I was skeptical that an orthotic could fix my pain, but because I was so miserable I was willing to try anything. I visited the Tukwila, WA location and was helped by Tammy Janson. Over the course of an hour I was evaluated and fitted with orthotics and left with them the same day. Tammy warned me that the first few days would be difficult - she wasnt kidding - I was starting to lose hope when on the fourth day everything changed...I got up that morning with significantly less foot pain and stood in the shower barefoot without pain for the first time in months (I might have grateful cried a little). Today is day 11 and I see a future for me without agonizing foot pain...I can even walk around barefoot without pain now. If youve got foot pain GO SEE THESE PEOPLE. After your evaluation, if they think orthotics will help you, DO IT. Follow the program they give you. My only regret is that I didnt do this sooner. I visited the Tukwila good feet store not sure what to expect. I knew they had to do with orthotics but what I didn’t know was how personalized they are for you. They asked questions to make sure they were showing me the right products for me. I also asked questions and got straight forward honest answers. Even before I left I was feeling better about the trouble with my feet. I had a great experience and I think if your feet, knees, hips or back are hurting it’s worth a trip to the good feet store to see what they can do for you. I left in their products and felt better than I have in a long time. A special thanks to Michael, a good feet manager who listened and understood me. Now proud to be part of the good feet family.

There were multiple people in the store and she handled each of us like we were the only ones there. She went over the price point and offered financing options. My little brother told me about this place he know that I have flat feet, so he said it would be good for you to go there and get some arch supports for your flat feet so I went there the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable and she fitted me for my arch supports. And Ive been a happy camper ever since my feet feel great theyre actually very comfortable. Thank you so much for all you done.

I had a very good experience at the Good Feet Store because of the knowledge and diligence of the Tukwila store manager Christina Rabidue. My feet are feeling better already.

Ive been nearly flat footed all my life. That caused my knees to be pushed inward to the knock kneed position, causing a lot of stress on my knees. I got them looked at and the x ray shows the knee bone riding out on the side bone. Its painful. I was in agony when I went to this place 2 days ago but now Im back to work. Im a heavy diesel truck mechanic. I paid the crazy high price they demanded (something like 800 dollars for their full meal deal of arch supports) and now only 2 days later my knee pain is almost gone. The price is crazy high but Im a very happy customer.- - - edit - - -Its now a year later and the arch supports are still working well. I just went back yesterday for another pair of their most aggressive supports (for home use). Paid 380 for the supports and their cushioned insoles. Well worth it. The doctor was suggesting artificial knee joints last year but at least for now, I dont need them.

Please read all of the reviews and consider them before spending your non-refundable money at this establishment. I spent $943 at Good Feet and wore their inserts and their shoes exactly as they said for 2 months. My feet got worse and worse over time and I finally had to take them out completely. When I finally was able to see a podiatrist he said that that inserts that I was sold could easily be bought elsewhere for around $30 each. He also said that the shoes they sold me were too small and should have been a wide size - which is exactly what I had been wearing when I entered Good Feet. This place is a ripoff. There are no doctors there and they are just guessing while they overcharge for their goods and their services. I usually don’t get scammed but I sure did this time. Save your $ and go to a podiatrist.

Wonderful. I could barely cripple into the Good Fret store & walked out perfectly with no pain. I am so happy to be walking again. Now I can go all day with no pain. I recommend if you have Plantar Faciatis that you go to the good feet store. It will change your life.

I went to the store expecting to get shoes that would solvemy foot problem. However, I was fitted for orthotics that requireda set of three different styles. I bought only one pair anddecided to use my old ones along with the one pair I bought?

I cannot say enough about how generous and knowledgeable Samantha was in her presentation. I just happened by when I saw the sign and limped in. It was truly interesting to learn about this option for my poor old tired feet. Absolutely no pressure to buy, that was very refreshing. Im still exploring options and greatly appreciate her encouragement to stay off hard surfaces, thats helping. Was dealing with Plantar Fasciitis, went to the Good Feet store in Tukwila. They felt comfortable enough but for $1000 for the set of 3 orthopedic inserts they did not help my issue! Ended up getting 2 injections of cortisone and having custom orthopedic inserts ($600) which medical insurance covered. Foot has been fine since. Good concept WAY overpriced!

The sales experience was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The arch supports however are not as effective as I had hoped they’d be. Initially I did get relief from my plantar fasciitis. But as time has gone by they are no better than any other supports. And some days they actually make my feet feel worse. I am regretting spending so much money for very little relief!

I honestly had a phenomenal toe n feet experience. That young lady named Natalie was really polite and outgoing.

Love my Good Feet supports. Im on my feet all day and when I get home my feet are not achy or hurting. Would recommend them to anybody!

First of all the inserts are great. I had bought mine originally from a Portland store a few years back and my feet were in terrible pain. These inserts rock! It took care of the problem in no time. Granted I hadnt gotten another set so my feet began to hurt again. Got them replace for a few dollars. That first investment is worth it. Went yesterday and today my feet are already feeling better. Nick did a great job in giving my suggestions on my foot care and shoes. Totally recommend the product and this location.

After years of the excruciating pain of Plantar Fasciitis and doctor prescribed orthotics, that made it worse, I was introduced to the Good Feet inserts. The pain subsided with the Good Feet use and wearing plan. That was the summer of 2015 and Ive been pain free ever since. I still wear them consistently with all my shoes. I can even wear them with my slip on sandals in the summer. They are great AND a quality-of-life saver.

My experience was very delightful, and my results are great so far !

I suffered with heel pain for many many years, I would arrive home and immediately lie down for the entire evening and if my wife had a good day she would massage my feet . Not even a week since I got my insole and my feet are feeling good already,the insoles really work!!!I give a 3 star because the guy never mention to me that the black charcoal cushions is not part of the deal and he put 2 on my bag and they cost 60$ I just found out now when I see the receipt,my bad I assume thats you can still get free stuff

The store was clean and quiet when I got there. The first person to greet me was Tammy. I was in so much pain I launched into my issues and sat down. My feet hurt so very much! I had seen my doctor earlier that morning he suggested I see the The Good Feet Store.Tammy took her time to let me tell my story. She then took measurements and really looked over my feet and how I was walking. She explained the system and what they hoped it would do for me. With in 45 minutes I was trying on a pair of shoes with support to help strengthen my ability to walk and take the pressure off my trouble area. I COULD WALK with much LESS PAIN! I was so happy I almost started to cry and I thanked Tammy and the manager. That saying you dont know someone until you walk a mile in their shoes. It is true if you have pain come see the Good Feet Store! There is no price you can place on the freedom to walk without pain. I am a customer for life!
