We broke down on the way back from Yosemite and these guys handed it so well. Towed us in, honest, fair pricing, swapped out the part and got us back under way quickly and professionally. Great service and nice people. Highly recommend them.

Great people to work with!!

My elderly parents and I broke down in Tulare, CA last week as we were returning home to Oregon from a wedding. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the rest of the Staff at Autocom for fixing our mini-van late last Sunday night. In today’s world, it’s nice to meet mechanics that are honest, exceptionally good, and priced reasonably. I just wish that this Autocom & Staff was located in my area !!

Autocom went above and beyond to provide us prompt and professional service. They were friendly and helped us get back on the road as soon as possible.

Weve all heard of southern hospitality, but from the people Ive met here in California so far, Im starting to think California hospitality might just trump our southern version. My truck broke down on the way to one of the national forests here in southern cal, and to start off, the tow truck drivers were fantastic and extremely nice people. After my truck arrived at Autocom here in Tulare, Ca, the owner Joe seemed to go out of his way at every opportunity to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and safe. He allowed us to stay in our fifth wheel outside his business, came out at breakfast, lunch and dinner to see if we needed anything as they were going to pick up some take out. Gave us water, let us use their dumpster for our trash, and to beat all, one of the lovely young ladies that work there lent us her car! Seriously, who offers the use of their car to strangers like that? Granted, they had my f250, but still... that was so kind of her. Everyone at Autocom was so kind and generous.On the business side of things, This place has everything to take care of your diesel engine, as well as the whole truck. They offer towing, do alignments, can do anything from a tune up to complete engine rebuilds on every diesel engine imaginable. I saw one of the mechanics working on a Caterpillar C7 in a newer class A motorhome, they did major work on my Ford powerstroke 6.0, and they can work on even the largest of diesel engines.If you want a company that honestly cares about their customers, does fantastic work at a great price, has the most modern equipment, do warranty work, etc.... these are the people you want looking after your hard earned, expensive equipment! I am so impressed with the knowledge and level of service. If they were back in Australia, Id be sending fleets of trucks their way, but alas, Im on holiday here in America, so all l can do is tell you what a fantastic company this is. If you need any kind of diesel work done, take it to Autocom! Seriously!v
