Thank you Vincent!!! Wow I am currently 27 weeks pregnant with twins. And recently was unable to get into my truck. I switched Vehicles with my wife and when I got into car It would not kick over easy. Stressed I was gonna get stranded I went in. He not only checked battery but informed me of a warranty on battery. I was so grateful since that was a $215 expense.And right now money is tight. He was so nice and respectful.I noticed a ring and wanted to shake his spouses hand. Because you don’t come across men like him everyday!

Employees don seem to be very friendly. Maybe they just dont like there job at time. But I would not blame them. Dealing with customer is not easy.

Apparently he not only helped her with her vehicle issues effectively, but did it despite pressure by impatient and inferior customers. She was very clear that any negative reviews about Anthony were untrue, and was impacted enough to be upset by said reviews in the first place. Excellent job, Anthony! 👍

They have most stuff. They do fake they dont speak spanish. Also they fake they don:t get english with a non-mx accent. One can speak english with any european but people from this town. Last time the week the mask was implemented I entered and a Asian guy push me at the entrance very rude and bothered for me not bringing a mask as if he told me not to do it tree timesnor so and I insisted. But I was the first time I entered. At that very moment a white guy walked out no mask and other got in also no mask.

They told me i had to fix my transmission and torque converter and and i was told to take it to a professional mechanic and i had to buy the parts at the hyundai dealership all that bs and all i had to do was change a few sensors

My go to when in need for a quick in and out. Last few times the cashiers have been very busy helping others with issues regarding batteries or other issues. Wish they had a dedicated cashier. A few customers left because the wait was too long. I was already there so I stayed and thankfully after the others left I was next.

Bought front and back sets of breaks .one of the employees tried to just refund me for one set back to my credit card. I didnt need the brakes yet. so I was returning. But I caught it. Got watch these guys

They were more than helpful. Helped me find the right windshield wipers for my make and model of my car. Even came out to my car to take off my old wipers and replaced them worth the new ones. I couldnt of asked for a more friendly experience! !

Ordered two parts a week ago, paid when ordered, only one came in, they forgot to order second part. Ordered second part went back two days later, they couldnt find it. Had to reorder it again, this time I had to wait three days. Should of went to OReily.

Had every part I needed on hand. Made my day a little easier.

They need to place there sale signs up better, they also need more employees working instead of on the phone or standing out in the parking lot looking lost, stop selling customers the wrong parts & stop making it so hard to return those parts. If they fixed those problems then Id give them a 5 star!

Timothy is great hes very informative. But the other employees kept trying to rush him rolling their eyes and talking behind his back in front of customers. That is extremely unprofessional.

They gave me the wrong part. I was very specific on model and year because I am not familiar with brake parts. Also sold me some recommended accessories that I did not need. Do NOT appreciate being taken advantage of.

I bought some bulbs for my car asked if they could help put them in he said yes after he helped the next customer behind me.....30 min later I finally complained and the assistant manager as he was running around trying to help everybody finally made it out to assist me. Poor kid was getting ready ragged. Much appreciated his help still not happy that the other guy forgot about me

This Autozone is always incredibly busy. It took nearly 30 minutes just to buy a battery. Something simple should have been 5-10 minutes at most.

Past few times we have went in we have been given the wrong part, and had to go back and exchange it, some of the staff are knowledgeable about the parts but most look up parts and thats it they cant tell you if its right or not just thats what part pulls up when they look up make,model, and year, as a person who enjoys working on vehicles and has reasonable knowledge about them its extremely frustrating to have to stop working on something to take a wrong part back!

Customer service sucks. It got bad last year. A guy told me since I didnt have a receipt I could not exchange my part. I told him look it up by number. He looked and said theres nothing there. He only looked for 1 minute. I hung up and called AutoZone in Fresno. Told them the same thing they looked it up for a couple minutes and said they found it nd I can exchange the product. The guy in Tulare was also rude ND I could barely understand him because his broken English. Never go there again

Its always slow to have the customers off the parts n pay to get in and out of the store even though there are 4 attending the cashiers. The store needs faster computers or faster tellers.

I would rather drive the few extra miles to an autozone in Visalia to get some REAL assistance. A few associates at this location made me feel stupid for asking questions about a product I was not familiar with. To my knowledge the associates are supposed to be the trained professionals ready to help with any questions. On top of that they ridiculed me during a return, and made me wait longer to get my money back because their system was down, but yet it was working just fine to ring up other customers in the store. I will not be returning to this location again.

This visit was like most of my trips to this chain. I wander the aisle looking for my item without anyone asking whether or not I need assistance. There was one person on the floor stocking shelves oblivious to the needs of customers. One person helping a customer at the counter AND working the register. The rest of the employees are in the back stock area talking. Customer service on the floor does not seem to be much of a concern.
