God awful pharmacy, technicians and pharmacist this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used and the sad part is that my insurance is contracted with them. Come on Walmart fix the issues here, Shame on you Walmart for not doing a better job taking care of your community. New. had rx filled last night, picked up this morning and the bottle is not the right med prescribed even if I doubled up on the med it would only be a 15 day supply. I believe I’m correct when I say the pharmacist is there to verify the work of the techs but looks like the pharmacist needs someone verify her work. Sunny and sherry you two should redo your pharmacy schooling exp. Sherry what a joke. Walmart pick better employees for your pharmacy please!! This pharmacy is over due for a whole new crew. Perhaps employees who care about the customers.

If I could I would give them no stars. First of all all the girls all they do is chit chat about their personal lives. I was told I would have my prescriptions ready at 3:45 it’s nearly 5:00 and I have yet to receive them. When we got to pick them up they said 10 more minutes. I asked again they said they forgot about it and they will rush it. As if these girls don’t understand that for some of us these medications are important. Hope the manager gets involved and puts all these girls in check. I’ve worked in customer service and Walmart does not provide the best service. If anything after this experience I will be getting my prescriptions somewhere else. The girls would rather talk about partying and having a good time with their big hoop earrings. Ladies get your heads out of your ass and help customers. Let’s be professional like the grown up ladies you are and offer premier service. All I have to say is something better be done about this ASAP.

Not the worst but not the best. I always have to wait forever on the phone to call in prescriptions so I end up having to go there myself and y’all to them in person. No matter how many times you tell them they’re doing a bad job, it’s always “the customers fault” it seems.
First of all the Pharmasist are amazing. Very informative, very nice..But the staff needs some work. Before arriving to pick up my medication, I called in. I got hung up on 2xs. Then when I called back the 3rd time, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Then upon picking up my medication, the lady at the front counter was rude. She didnt greet me, then when I left I had to tell her to have a great day. When I did she said mmhmm very unacceptable. I understand they are always busy, but that doesnt mean they need to be rude. I hope next time is a better experience.
Awful service! First and last time I ever use this pharmacy again. It took them 9 days to have a simple prescription ready for me, not to mention they put me on hold for 1 entire hour when I called to get an update on my prescription! Avoid Tulare Walmart Pharmacy at all costs, if possible!
This place is so slow theres like 10 people in back laughing and joking around and only one person at the drop off section. Ive been waiting in line for an hour and theres only 2 people in line besides me. I do not recommend Wal-Mart pharmacy at all.
Disconnected several times. No music so you can’t tell. Rx has to be ordered and always a wait. 2 full days for pain med after my surgery! Always call before you try to pick up rx. Don’t believe it when they give you a time to return or you will just get an excuse.Wish my insurance had a better option!
Today was a bad experience for me. I called to see if my perscripting was faxed in. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up the phone assuming they forgot about me. Called back twice, both times you could literally hear them pick up the phone and hang up. By the 3rd time they finally answered. The Employee seemed annoyed and was replying to my questions in a rude tone. The whole time I kept my cool. Keep up with that kind of customer service and they will lose customers. Horrible customer service.

My Mom is 74 and has severe inoperable Back pain and is very difficult to walk ... The Pharmacy refused to refill her pain meds ... without explanation. Dr. Changed meds and called Pharmacist and he still refused to refill no explanation .. To her to go else where .. She will be moving all meds from Wal-Mart and I am e-mailing corperate office .
The cashier at the pharmacy were late after lunch and angry about having to work I guess.
The prescription was faxed over at 3pm today. When I went by at 3:40 the cashier told me to come back around 530-6 and it would be ready. I called and was just told if I come down and wait for the prescription I could get it tonight otherwise it will be tomorrow. I will never use this pharmacy again! Poor service!!!
Nothing they screwed me around for three days on pain meds while I say their in pain suffering from three fractures in my pelvis and another in my tailbone.then had the nerve to call the hospbitle
Bad service, always puts you on hold & forgets you were on hold, they give you a run around & there always out of medication that is needed.
