Rarely do I leave reviews but Peggy is extremely rude . She was not rude to me however while I was in line, a young gentlemen went up up her and asked if they inflate balloons she ignored his question and another worker answered his question. Peggy then proceeded to tell her coworker tell him to learn some manners and not be interrupting people when they are in the middle of something while the guy was still standing there!!!! A few seconds later another customer was standing near the register and peggy asked what do you need, the lady was hesitant to answer and I quickly realized there was a language barrier so I started to talk to the lady so I could translate and Peggy interrupted and asked me what does she need is such a rude manner. I have done many years of customer service and I know this is not the way you talk to anyone much less customers

I love the 99cent store. They have so many high quality products for cheap.

Quality products at an excellent price! Staff is always very friendly. The only place in town with marigolds this time of year. The get their stock in on Tuesdays, plants are very healthy and only 99c each! If you plant a vegetable garden as we do and want marigolds to attract bees & butterflies, they are the only place who isnt sold out!

My favorite store of all. The staff is so nice. Jessica is a sweetheart! And so is the manager. Sorry, i forgot your name. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Should be expected that the Lines at checkout are a little long at times. Place is like other dollar stores in okder buildings. Shelves are Full of instock items, some items are only temporary so at times you will see something new to the store and often its more than $1. A unique assortment of items you will Find here but it might be missing an item or two on your shopping list.

Always a delight. Love to buy staple groceries, decorative items, kitchenware, cards, garden supplies and hygiene supplies here. Staff is extra friendly, genuine and personable, more so than other stores like this. I feel like during this crazy pandemic,, they are really helping everyone get through it with smiles and great attitudes. More than once they have reminded me to use my 99 cent app, which is a great way to save even more! Highly recommend stopping here first...before you spend more at target or Walmart. Very limited amount of any produce selection. Before you buy anything here, check the expiry date. Indian spices and some snacks are available. In cold section, you have beer, paratha and some packed indian foods. Neighborhood does not look safe though.

The smell through the store was horrible. Like a dirty diaper or sewage.

As someone who also works in retail I understand right now its crazy with shoppers, your bad day is no excuse for bad service. I will gladly drive to Visalia, to avoid the utter disregard for others time, than have to shop again at this store. Zero stars needs to be a rating

It wasnt too busy and I got right through the line. It would have been nice for the cashier to say one simple word, thank you.

Got good cheep throw carpets for my Peterbuilt.

Cashier took money from my husbands wallet when he was still counting money then wanted to agree and say that the money was on the counter. She even said once the money is on the counter it is theirs. I have always seen it as once I HAND you the money then it goes into the cash register not like how she said it.

4-12-21 @ 8pm Cashier Janet, the most Ruthless employee the store has. Second time get Harassed by her. She dont like her job, get the hell out of there, take your attitude somewhere else.

Very rude employee working in the front of the store today. While waiting in line to pay and standing on an X she had the audacity to come and tell me and my mother that we had to separate and made my mother go two Xs back and made me go to another X even though we came in the same car together and shopped together and are paying together. I told her I wasnt moving anymore and she started to yell at me stating I had to move to another X and mind you she was not social distancing herself when she was yelling at me she was not 6 feet apart. We were not standing next to any other customers.She also did not yell at the two people in front of us who were in line together to separate so I felt discriminated and singled out. It was very embarrassing and Im sure everyone in the back of the store could hear her loud mouth. The Manager was also nowhere to be found when his employee was going off. The employee lacked customer service. I left my items and went to the Dollar Tree. They had excellent customer service. I found all the items I needed without being harrassed regarding Xs in line.

The best time to go is early mornings.

Great deals on all household needs. Fresh produce, everyday food items always on stock. Big variety on kid toys. Best part is they carry name brand items for a huge discount compared to any other stores. Public restrooms are avaliable. Customer service is great. Great place to save big bucks.

Took Mom here shopping, 1st time never been in store over 15 min.. an hour later shes ready to go cart full, didnt even have shopping list..

Found a few things I was looking for its just a bit of a pain in the butt having to wait in line to go in at this time .

Its really clean and I find good stuff but its the 99 cent store and it feels like mostly everything nice in there is marked with a yellow sticker for more than 99 cents. The store needs a remodel or a better set up. It felt way too over crowded with alot of merchandise in the front entrance. Other than that. Id honestly stick to dollar tree because I can count on there items to be priced as a dollar. 99 cents store is turning into a dollar general & family dollar

I am sorry I cant give a better rating but the customers who go to this store are horrible. My first visit I watched a woman pick individual grapes out of the produce and customers young and old if they decide they dont want items just leave them anywhere. The staff are polite and respectful despite the customer base.

Very wide selection of great products. Now some items are more than 99 cents but not expensive. You will find things way cheaper prices than elsewhere. Many as seen on TV products.

No longer a 99 cents only store! Some great finds on national brands, but a little dirty and messy. Aisles are a tight squeeze to get around. Cashiers and others are nice and friendly.

Would choose this store over dollar tree in Tulare. Friendly service, clean, and a lot more variety of items then the dollar tree! Way better food selection and lots more household good to choose from!
