If another store has the product you need, give them your business. I ordered almost $2400.00 worth of equipment. I ordered to pick up at the Tulsa location. I was told my order would be able to be picked up by the 13th. Called today and 2 of my 3 items have arrived. Asked why its not ready and was rudely told shipping isnt guaranteed. Just to be clear, shipping was to be ready Sept 2 - 13th. I waited until the last day to call and ask about my order. So if they do not have it in stock. DO NOT ORDER, unless you are ok with awful service.

If I could give zero stars I would no help at all. I was looking for trailer axle parts for my trailer and as soon as my husband and I walked in three workers disappeared. Didnt say anything just disappeared. Worst customer service ever. We did not purchase anything and that will be the LAST time we ever go back. Whoever the manager is you should really be concerned with your workers. You have all those people working and no one to assist customer. Your wasting your payroll and if you do not watch it your store will be closed just like the rest of them...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! We bought a generator from them had it in for repairs several times, the could never find the problem . The Manager Zach Blamed Us for it not working, He was very rude, Charged a 15% restocking fee to return it, even though it was defective, then told us NEVER COME BACK! Worst experience we ever had anywhere, still shocked by the horrible customer service a a member of management.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! We help a local non profit dog rescue and purchased 2 portacool 160 water fans for their facility. They are defective and not working, we walked in to a flooded hot facility. I called to tell them I was returning. WE HAVE HAD THESE DEFECTIVE UNITS LESS THAN 24 HOURS! They told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return these defective units. I will get my money back if I have to take them to small claims court, but save yourself a headache and go anywhere else. These people do not know what customer service is.

Don’t waste your money here. Part had a 2 year warranty which sounded great. Manager just repeatedly said it wasn’t his fault it failed after 2 weeks. My trailer is on the side of the road, I don’t have time to go through the manufacturer. Go somewhere that stands behind what they sell and will actually honor warranties.

I spent 2 hours in the store trying to make a simple return I had my receipt I ended up having to buy things that I wasnt wanting.. I was told they didnt have enough cash in the drawer. With it being the day after Christmas a business of this size should be prepared for a simple return of $200. I left three voicemails with the regional sales rep. Doesnt seem like they really care about customer satisfaction at this particular store .

Buy quite a bit of stuff here, well used too. Came in tonight to buy the m18 grease gun and hackazawl because of the promo just to find out they dont have the batteries for the promo. Asked if i could get a raincheck for the batteries and buy the tool as i have a 5 batteries already, was told no. Asked when more batteries come in and was told whenever milwaukee sends them in a hateful tone and that rubbed me the wrong way enough to buy tools elsewhere.Update: Lowered to 1 star. Its been a week and theyve yet to restock the single 5 amp battery. I legitimately think its being done on purpose as theyre only ever out of the batteries for the promo with Milwaukee tools. My guess is the restock after the promo ends.

Awesome I needed a heavy duty 4 way lug wrench and they had it.

I was charged 15% restocking fee for returning a cart that was broken out of the box. Avoid this place.

I cant wait to see how long the order takes to receive. Ordered a few dozen knives to give to the crews as incentives a couple years ago. Showed they were in stock but took weeks to receive them.

Ordered on line, did curbside pickup and everything went fast and smooth. Order was correct. Happy!

They were awesome!!! Drove from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma because I really needed a Stihl chainsaw. The OKC had a very bad and freak ice storm this week and all the chainsaws in Oklahoma City hardware stores were bought out. I put one on hold and started my hour and a half drive, when I arrived it was already assembled and then tested by running it in the store. The Northern Tool employee also took me to a computer and assisted me in registering my chainsaw for its warranty and proof of ownership. The two employees that helped me in my purchase were professional and yet very friendly. It was worth the trip to get the power tool I needed. I hope the Northern Tool store in OKC is as good as the one in Broken Arrow and just a hunch...I think they will be!!! Great job guys, Ill definitely be back for my tool needs!!! This customer was greatly impressed!!! Thanks again!!!

Nice older gentle told me that he could order in a fuel Ratchet 1/4” or I could just come back on a Wednesday/Thursday as he sells out. Came back today on a Thursday lady told me, “we don’t carry those I’d have to order it in”. Then proceeds to find it on their website to order it in, and now is trying to tell me they don’t sell tool only when the guy just 2 weeks ago showed me on the website that I can have tool only or combo in both fuel and non-fuel. If she doesn’t want to do her job just don’t even help me. What a waste of my time. Here I come eBay if I have to wait shipping......

Do not come here for Stihl replacement parts. I made 4 attempts to get the parts I needed before moving on. The store personnel cant help you and the Stihl parts guys only work 8-4 M-F because thats when every working person has time to go by the store. If you want immediate service l, go a few miles down the road to Westlake Ace Hardware. They got me fixed up in 30 minutes.

Dont waste your $$$ here. Northern Tool products fail. Bought a $150 floor jack failed after one use. so now I have a worthless shiny 150$ paper weight. You buy something from here it will fail nd you will not receive a replacement nor refund.

Just went to purchase a heater I found advertised online and the assistant manager would not honor the price listed. The cashier didn’t seem very happy to be there and the assistant manager barely made eye contact and practically rolled his eyes at me for showing him the listing on my phone.Will never be back. As a corporate buyer, I wanted to use Northern Tool for our assembly tools and supplies, but the delivery times are too long to accommodate. Currently on my third week of waiting for my order. Been told it will be in on the next truck multiple times. Friendly staff. Poor Service.

LolThey also have the better quality stuff that will last a long time.I needed a ramp for a small dirt bike, ended up with 2 of them for $39. Now my son and I both have a ramp!Im a Happy customer. Would give 0 stars if possible. Lots of employees following you around not being helpful, but rather stalking you. Id never been to a Northern before and wanted to check it out, and they treated me as if I was shoplifting the entire time I was there. They went as far as to follow me to the bathroom. Ive never felt more uncomfortable in a store setting before. As a developer checking prices of different tool options, you will not get my business again.

I will never buy nothing from this srry place. I spent 520 dollars on a husqvarna chainsaw. Used it only a half day. And it quit tried to return it and manager said bring it up and let his mechanic look at it. They said there was no oil mixed in gas which was a lie and they said we was screwed and wont stand behind there merchandise. And was very rude. Not very helpful on the shipping to store items. Evidently, if they dont stock an item in the store, then you will have to pay extra shipping-they cant ship an item to the store and allow the customer to pick it up there like many other stores I use. This doesnt seem like a hard problem to solve, especially for a big company with stores in almost every city of any size.

I purchased a wood stove online, shipped to the store. Staff was very helpful.

Looked like a fairly decent tool store. Could not get the help to actually help. They prefer to stand around talking. I left took care of business elsewhere and was driving back by when I noticed that they had moved their conversation to the parking lot.

Employee said I cant have my back pack in the store. I was coming back from riding my motorcycle and thought I would get a few tools for work. I guess he thought I was going to steal something. So I will never shop there again.

I highly recommend buying your off brand tools and other items at Harbor Freight or Steves wholesale before Northern Tool, as they do there own repairs for warrantys instead of returning products to the Mfg.Also check their prices as they are always higher then any other store in Tulsa.

I went in there looking for very specific equipment. The employees went out of their way to find information for me and even though they didnt have the equipment themselves they were able to direct me where I could purchase it. Easy process online

I’ve bought a number of diffferent items from them, a few of them were pretty decent most worked reasonabley ok as long as it was light use and the rest were absolute junk. As always you get what you pay for. I had bought a $700+ product from them that had a three year warranty, it crapped out in a little under two years. I have temporarily misplaced my original receipt however the serial number plainly shows the manufacture date as being under three years, no receipt no warranty. They then said they could look at up under my phone number yet there are no records past the 18 month mark and of coarse the purchase was 21 months ago, pretty convenient. They then tell me they can look it up by credit card number, gave them the credit card that I used to buy over $8000 worth of products from them and they said there were no records for that card at all, once again convenient. Long story short I now have a $700 paper weight until I can locate the misplaced receipt. I bought numerous items that would not do half of what they were rated to do, guess false advertising isn’t a thing on China made products. I will just suck it up and buy name brand products from a reputable store in the future.

Their products does not have warranty as described I took a warranty for life product in for exchange and the two lady behind the counter complaining about peoples returning Klutch junks back for warranty. I was denied warranty and she assume the product was not klutch brand. Wrost experience ever from a tools store even harbor freight a lot better than nothern tool. Buy tools from real company that stand behind their warranty and product not this company who false advertise their warranty for profits. I never have problem with craftsman, Pittsburgh and husky. Save your money and buy from real company who back up their products.

Total dump with overpriced products. The inverter I was looking at was the last one in the store and the box it was in looked like it had been attacked by two dogs. Not only was it $11 higher than the same one at Home Depot, they wouldn’t discount anything for the condition or remotely price match. A lot of the “new“ products in the store are already in poor condition.
