No drone supplies🙄, but after asking I found out that they can order any Drone parts I may ever need. My new XM+ receiver is now on the way!! They also had everything in STOCK that I needed to upgrade my RC Truck. They carry lots of RC batteries and have some of the coolest RC cars and trucks I have ever seen!! Their selection of RC planes is out of this world..SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL HOBBY SHOP!!

Great experience! We bought 2 rc vehicles for the kids and they took the time to make sure we had all the adapters, batteries, and charger... Plus, showed me how it all went together & tips/instructions on everything. Very friendly and professional. We will travel the 1.5 hours to do business with them again soon!

They have down sized a little, but they still have a good selection of airplanes cars and boats. Lots of gifts for all ages from puzzles models and rockets. I come here every time Im in Tulsa. The only hobby store for hundreds of miles

What a fun place! You can find affordable pricing for beginner hobby equipment all the way to best of the best expensive equipment. Choose your poison.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Somehow I walked out only spending $30.00. We will definitely be back.

Dont waste your money here! These people will give you purchasing advice and wont let you return the item when their advice turned out to be incorrect! Ruined my sons birthday, Im a 20 year customer and will never be returning. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Owner - dont bother replying. Best hobby place to find models and paint

Havent built models in years but started playing Warhammer 40K and needed some plastic glue. I didnt want fast setting super glue so I could have some adjustment time. The people there were extremely helpful, showed me different adhesives with different characteristics and made a recommendation that has worked brilliantly. As for other hobby stuff, WOW, theyve got all kinds of things. Cars, planes, boats, RC, whatever. Well stocked with great people.

Terrible customer service. I dont know what the blond kids name was but the fact that he didnt want to take the time to show me a few similar parts for a custom build was agitating. I understand that the build Im doing has a non name brand lower frame but that doesnt mean youre not going to have parts to fit it when Im looking right at the wall behind him with parts that would work.Also, suspension is universal as long as the sizes match...

Good hobby store. Lots of product, well organized, and pretty clean. The staff appears to be pretty good, but theyve always seemed to be in a hurry to get through questions Ive had. The shelves are always fully stocked and well organized which is always nice. Highly recommended for a visit!

I feel up in Hobby town stores between models, rockets, rc cars, and pinewood derbies I was in one at least twice a month. This store is big, clean, and theyve always had mostly what we needed. When they didnt they have offered to order it for us.The staff is helpful when asked, meaning you get a hands off shopping experience but you will need to speak up when you need help with something.I dont know what events they have going on, but I have no doubt that clubs and organizations run events at or thorough this store so you can most likely find a group of hobbyists with your interest here.If youve never been, you need to visit even if you dont have a hobby, because you will leave with a hobby after your visit.

Cant seem to ever walk out empty handed. Could use some new stock on areas besides models and RC, but definitely great stuff if youve never been or its been awhile.

They always dont really care to help. Went in for the 4th time in 5 years with a electric rc and they didnt try vary hard to bind it. Just sold me a speed controller that I took back because it wasnt compatible when they said it would be. Then only wanted to give store credit when I took it back even with the receipt. So went to amazon for now on. Not going to these stores anymore

James was extremely helpful while I took forever to find my first Gundam kit I wanted to build. He had great suggestions like groups that meet for specific hobbies, where to find paint, and the right tools you need for building models. Great place to shop for your hobbies!

Best place in town for gunpla but has been short due to covid

Bought a remote control car for Christmas, it hasn’t worked right since intake it in and they’re solution is to make me buy the parts they think might be wrong with it. They refuse to warranty it and honestly it’s been the worse experience. Highly recommend not buying from them. My 5 year old son has yet to get to play with his 400 dollar toy

Me and three other customers are outside and one drove from oklahoma city I called at 230 and said I would be here at 445 and they are closed see picturesalso came in for three armaa cars purchasedand have had several manufacturers problems with them and they arent helping me they have done everything but take responsibility for their problems dont purchase rc cars from them! you will regret immediately

Great experience, had to get parts for the kids RC cars. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and got me exactly what we needed, I am new to the RC community and appreciated the willingness to help. Looking forward to going back for Lionel train parts now that I know they have them.

A friend had warned me that the staff at Hobbytown Tulsa location wasnt very knowledgeable or helpful. My first trip confirmed this. My second trip in was even worse, as if I (a paying customer) was an inconvenience to their day. I just tried calling to inquire on the availability of some parts Im looking for and they said nothing when they answered and when I said hello, they hung up. Done with Hobbytown. I will not spend another penny in them.

Just came in ta kill some time before picking up my daughter frm work. Still tha same awesome, they have everything anyone would need frm model cars and trains to science experiments, legos and disc golf accessories.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I love coming in and seeing what they have new. James the owner is so nice and has led me to my newest hobby of building wooden gear models they carry! Sometimes though (almost made me give 4 stars instead) the guy that runs the register on weekends, not so very nice and welcoming. I asked him if they had something in store and his response was that didnt know i should go check and pointed to where it would be. I told him i already looked and he said well then i dont know. Just not the most courteous. Wont stop me from shopping here though. Everyone else is always so pleasant

Felt very rushed in the store. Showed up 35 minutes before close and they made it clear as soon as I walked in that the store closes in about 30 minutes. Looked around for a few minutes, grab the part I was needing and the slash I promised my kid.Had some questions about the 1/5th kraton for myself and what all I would need with it but thats a lot of questions, so Ill probably just order it online after I watch some more YouTube videos.

First time in the store but was definetly glad to see the employees being very interactive with the customers and were very knowledgeable when they were asked questions about different items

Very nice store, well laid out by hobby categories. And they even have a small Radio Shack section with various DIY electronic parts. Not only do they have RC cars, planes,drones, rockets and various other standard hobby items, they also have a really good section of STEM kits for children.

I was impressed with the stock in the store, just about an hobby or model you wish and some new kits available.

Absolutely one of the best hobby stores in the state. Highly recommend them and checking out their membership program. Fans of Gunpla wont be disappointed in their prices.

Awesome place for a r.c. hobbiest

The people are friendly and very silly. We had a great time shopping and looking around. My son made a purchase with his own money and they were very patient with him. We were there until after closing time. We were enjoying everything so much that we lost track of time. Great experience!

These guys have a really cool hobby store. They didnt do l carry dji gear, but they had lots of other great stuff. All of the employees seemed very nice and helpful. The store was very clean also.

I knew nothing of the fancy remote control car my son has and they helped me with everything! They helped fix it for no cost, but I had to buy something because they were so nice! Awesome customer service is something that you dont see much anymore.

Bought nearly 90 bucks worth of stuff from these people. My wife bought some barf goop that turned out to have rust in the can. Old man gave my wife the run around and would not give a refund. I went in myself and the old man pawned me off on the tall guy in the back. Got the same runaround and no refund. Your sorry excuse for hobby shop is one of the main reasons we modelers are buying online and your brick and mortars are going by way of the dinosaur. Stand by your products, not your profit. Doesnt take a genius to figure that out. But I guess thats asking too much of you guys just by looking at you. I happily await the day you go out of business. You heartily deserve it.

They always have the parts I need!

The store was clean, well staffed, well stocked. The employees were happy, polite, and professional. We got signed up for the rewards program in less than two minutes at checkout. It was a very nice experience and I can say we will definitely be returning here. They have a very large selection of Gundam models we cannot wait to buy!

Rude greeting upon entrance today with my wife, Well, hello to you too... For the record, we both nodded in their general direction, but apparently that wasnt enough for them. If you do decide to go to this one, be sure to verbally say hello back to the greeters or youll have to keep hearing different pathetic attempts for the next 5-10 mins to try to get a reaction out of us. Made us uncomfortable and took us out of the mood to browse for what we were looking for and even if we did happen to find it we were prepared to purchase from a different location.

I should just be thankful theres even the HobbyTown in Tulsa. Unfortunately I checked stock online researched what I was going to purchase drove across town not only did they not have two of the collective pitch helicopters that they showed in stock but I had to teach them everything and I dont know very much. That stores just in sad sad shape.

This was my first time in the store today. I was going in looking for sewing items, but didnt find anything. However, I wound up finding some great items for my children. I enjoyed browsing, but their customer service was just not that great. I am a customer service freak. The cashier did speak and give me my total, but that was about it. There were many other employees in the store and it would have been nice to be greeted or even asked if I needed assistance. The vibe in the store just isnt friendly.

I wont even give one star, this place is joke!!Made a purchased for almost 400.00, the very first use out of the box I found the item was broken, right out of the box. I returned with the faulty product immediately, less then 24 hours later to be told they had no responsibility for the item at all.So if you have money to throw away, give them a visit. They will gladly take your money in exchange for merchandise that is faulty right out of the box. You will receive a big sorry bout luck, have a nice day!Selling broken items, no return no exchanges no exceptions! Must be some new sales tactic set up by the company to screw people out of their money. I would think this is illegal, and will fight it to the end. These guys are crooks!!!
