I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING CAMGUARD!!We have been using CamGuard for the past five years, in three open wheel race car classes. The cars that we operate is a Outlaw Micro Sprint Car, USAC, POWRI Midget, ASCS Sprint Car.CamGuard is a product that has made the tuning of our engines much easier. Before we started using CamGuard we was like everyone else fighting oil break down and high engine temperatures. The test that sold us on CamGuard was on our Suzuki stroker engine 636cc, on our Outlaw Micro Sprinter. We had this engine on our Chassis Dyno, before CamGuard we did eight pulls on the engine at 15,000 rpms and had to stop due to extreme engine temperatures 230 degrees to exact so after a complete cool down and oil change with CamGuard added we went to the Dyno again after seventeen pulls at the same 15,000 rpms the engine never reached 200 degrees while we only gained one horsepower we found that the cooler temperatures would and does relate to more performance on the track due to not losing horsepower due to heat sustained during A main events. At the end of the season we had sixty plus shows on this Suzuki engine and the normal amount of shows we use to get was around thrity shows if we was lucky!!
