I had two leather sofa cushions needing the foam replaced. The first time I picked up the cushions, I was excited to sit on them. Problem, and $600, later, they wouldn’t slide under the pillow back. The cushions were overstuffed. I took the cushions back, and explained that the leather on the couch is soft and loose, not tight like a traditional leather couch. They switched the foam in one cushion for the foam in the other. Still would not slide under the pillow. The end cushion stuck out at least two inches past the end of the couch, and the other two cushions. I unzipped the cushion and discovered a top and bottom layer of extra foam in both cushions. I pulled it out, which allowed the cushions to slide under the pillow back. What I discovered is, I don’t think the original foam was ever changed. The corner cushion I sit on is sagging. I am 5’1”, and 125 lbs. No children or large dogs have been on this furniture. I feel completely ripped off. These people did not understand soft pillow back, soft pillow sides, and soft cushions. They’re ineptness caused the two cushion covers to stretch, and at $600 later, I still have two cushions that need repaired. And I won’t ever come back to this business.

I want to write, to tell you thank you for the beautiful work you did on my sofa cushion.My daughter came to OKC to visit me and while we were gone, her dog tore into one of my cushions. There were feathers everywhere, when we arrived home. The sofa is 8yrs old and is a very nice, well built sofa. When I looked at the damage, I really didnt believe it could be matched (the fabric). He shredded the cushion on two sides with the piping too!We bagged the sofa with all the feathers and she took it back to Tulsa to your place.Your work was impeccable, the fabric and color was spot on! I was overjoyed! I looked at the detail you had put into it.I just wanted to share with anyone, considering your company, I believe you will be VERY satisfied with your work and craftsmanship!From one overjoyed customer!

My husband and I loved our leather sofas. Although it would be expensive to have them cleaned, dyed, and restored, new sofas would cost twice as much. However, since these sofas are made very well, we could not even replace the quality with todays options on the market.Quality Furniture Repair was our choice. The people were honest and very courteous. Our sofas look BETTER than new.They were completely disassembled and re-sewn once the leather was replaced in portions, and restored in others. We are so proud of our sofas and could not have expected that theyd look so good.They truly are better than new!

Chris did a FANTASTIC job on a pair of nightstands that I brought in. The nightstands were in pretty bad shape from when my mom and I tried to strip the white paint from an antiquing job that was done years ago. They were able to get about 98% of the white paint off the nightstands, and sanded every surface, even the backs. When my mom and I went to see them to discuss a finish color, we were floored by how great they looked just to be clean. They looked like they had just been built! After the finishing was complete, we were even more amazed with what a great job Chris had done. He nailed it with blending the color and the perfect satin finish. They take their time to do it right, so dont expect your piece to be finished in a hurry, but its worth the wait! I couldnt be happier with his work.
