I wish I could say something good about this establishment, and or its employees. But this is the biggest rip in tulsa, Jerry the manager, is rude and inconsiderate at best. And his employees also lack moral fiber, just follow the leader. I got a drill on Saturday from the great Jerry, paid 50 dollars and tax for the item. Got it home it barely charges, and would only drill two small holes before needing recharged. I take it back to return it three days later. He will only return half the money. Said sold as is. The thing wasnt charged and there was no way to check it before it was bought except bye someones word that it worked properly. It didnt. And Ill not take any more losses behind the crooked store. So dont go here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I called b4 I left for a 2 hour drive after I called them and asked if they took cutting torches and they get through half the stuff and realize they needa wait until tommarow and I pacificaly called and asked them ahead of time my electric has been off since Friday.she said so sorry I hate to have to send you some where else. Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

They definitely dont give great prices when pawning items. Most of the time it doesnt really matter what it is they will offer $20.. but they are pretty friendly people and once you build a relationship with them they tend to do better.... I will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Needed a quick loan for emergency. This is by far the friendliest pawn shop I have ever frequented. Fast and friendly and staff was sensitive to my situation. I highly recommend these fine folks for not only loans but great deals on a huge selection of tools and other items.

Good place if youre a country boy with a assault rifle or power tool to pawn to get your electricity paid after buying your new big screen the prior month, but not if you need a cheap two day loan. But of course it is West Tulsa. Sure most people never make it back anyway

Great store, great customer service. The only pawn shop around that Ill do business with. I come up all the way from Bristow to do business here before Ill go anywhere else.

Theyre so nice every time I come in. So helpful, I dont think they have ever been let down. They got some pretty chill cats workin there. :)

Horrible customer service, they act like they dont want the stuff you bring them. if they do take what you got then they rip you off. Even the items they sell are all retail priced!! Id suggest just going to Ez pawn an save yourself the hassle!
