My kids love their ride on cars we got from here. We buy each kid a ride on from here every year. Much better than Power Wheels and I actually get help whether at home or for repairs if we ever do anything to them.

This local business is AMAZING! They have such a wide variety of toys like fidgets, plushes, ride-on cars, drones, RC cars, games, STEM toys, and so much more! I was walking by and their great display and selection caught my eye! I did not know there were any toy or hobby store around anymore, let alone in the mall and I was not disappointed! We got an electric scooter for a birthday and a Spider-man action figure!

Have been here multiples times over the past years and always a great experience! I have bought 2 ride on cars and a couple gadgets for my friends kids! Went there last month and picked up a couple action figures for my nephews! LOVES THIS PLACE! Wish i could give them 10 stars!!

THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. I went there one time for a last minute Birthday gift and now I go there for everything! Christmas shopping, gifts for myself and my kids! Also the staff let me do lay-a-way on sweet ride on car last year that my kid still uses till this day!

WOW! WOW! WOW! They had the PERFECT ride on car for my daughter and she has played with that thing about every single day for the last year! It really helped during rona last year and i had to work at home. The staff there gets an A+ in my book because my daughter messed something up when she hit a curb to hard outside and they fixed it for FREE. Even though it was our fault! GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE!

This place keeps fixing my drone after some accidents I had, helping me more than the manufacturer did. They go above and beyond! I also love that they get new items in so often.

I would advise against purchasing from thisLocally owned company. They are not registered with the BBB so when they fail to assist you there is no way to hold them accountable for their broken products. Beyond the products following apart within a month, the customer service from management is horrible. Customer service is the backbone of any company and when they continuously put the blame on customers, making them feel bad for simply hoping their very expensive product should work beyond a month is ridiculous. If a company can not hold to the standard of selling products that work then they should not continue to be allowed to operate.

Wonderful customer service and staff. I have used them twice to buy Ride on Cars for my two Grand daughters and each time the whole experience was so professional. They were so helpful with all my questions and their products are top notch.

My grandkids always want to stop here when passing by so we do! They just can’t get enough every time. They have old school, new school, and all in between items for kids, teens, and even some for adults. It’s nice to have a place like this around.

In my opinion this company sells cheap merchandise. We bought the best motorcycle from them in July for my sons birthday. Once getting it home it was super slow. We took it back up there thinking something might be wrong. They told us we needed to upgrade to a better one. Mind you we asked for the best one they had when we bought the 1st one and of course that came with an up charge, ok.. and a restocking fee 🙄. I should have known then. After a week the motorcycle started cutting out randomly. We called and they asked us to send them a video of it doing so. How do I make a video of it randomly cutting out? I couldnt predict when this would happen so we just took it back up where he came and replaced a part right away. Why did he want a video if he knew what the problem was? Then a couple of weeks later the motor stripped out. He said hed have to order a new motor and wasnt sure if it would be covered under the lifetime warranty we also additionally purchased. We went and picked it up because he didnt have enough room to store it until the motor came in. A week later the motor came in but he wouldnt have time to mess with it until next week. Now a week after that, its the wrong motor and he has no idea when the correct one will be in. Oh yeah, he says hes doing us a favor and not charging us for the motor.Recap: bought 7/8. Upgraded 7/12. Took in for repair 7/30 after trying to video it not working for 2 weeks. 8/11 is when motor went bad. 9/14 still doesnt work and doesnt know when it will. $391.82 for a motorcycle my son has barely had the enjoyment of riding. I feel bad for my 4 year old that doesnt understand why he can have it which makes me pretty damn mad. I want my money back.Edit: Reply to owners comment- my original statement stands true. Its been broke more then its been rideable. Take responsibility for the product you sell at your store. Frankly your response is embarrassing. My son is 4 years old and is not taking it on ramps and curbs. Come on man, thats a joke right? Last statement stands true also.

Employees seem knowledgeable while I was in the store. However, once I left and called back with questions over issues I was experiencing they instantly forgot any information regarding the product or so it seemed since they were unwilling to help. I guess they don’t believe in customer service or care about keeping a customers business. I would not recommend anyone conduct business with this corrupt establishment. It’s obviously just a money grab operation.

Had a great experience. My son enjoyed his ride on toy very much. The manager was nice and so was the other gentleman. It was a welcoming place to visit. I will be going back to get something for my daughter. Also I didnt feel rush like other places Ive been too.Thank you again

My sons trucks axle did in fact break, as with my encounter with you in the store - I dont appreciate being called a liar, no customer would, and its odd for someone in retail to act this way.. but to prove who the liar is, heres a photo from my CC statement, that is your store and the price I paid was in fact over $600+.. You cant dispute truth. and my review was not for you, only to warn would be future customers.. Look at how he treats those with issues, look at hows its all excuses and no ownership.. if you are in line to pay, sure they are great, but service / support after the sell, its clear how that unfolds.

The owner is rude and has bad customer service. He is unwilling to stand behind his products. Having spent nearly a grand on an item for it to not work and being talked down on when the issue brought to light is not the way to run a business. I would not recommend this “establishment” to anyone!

The store is consistent in their service and I feel serve me, the customer well.. You know I go around to some of these other toy stores and they dont have much. You looking for some cars for yer kids, you gotta go here. Im tellin yah they have such a great selection. Also, like these other stores like Best Buy dont provide the tech they used to - its all sparse out. When I go here everything is right there and someone is always there to serve me and my family. Oh my gosh, I love this place, especially after Toys R Us went belly up bankrupt we really didnt have a toy store with like quality materials this place you gotta check out. Store is always clean - you know how these toy places are they can real stinky, not this place. and again toys are set up and accessible right in my reach.

I bought one of their motorcycles and paid 375 dollars. My 5 year old son got to ride it for a week and spring was faulty which keeps the chain tight. I bought this in July of 2020 and it is now the end of December 2020 and they have yet to get this 5 dollar part to me. Each time I talk with them they blame it on covid and back orders. Always excuses but my son still is unable to ride his Birthday present. Beware and research before buying from the Tulsa mall location !!
