Absolutely great part and solid service! Not only that they sold me a fantastic Mercedes engine with honestly advertised miles, but also the way it was pulled and crated is truly praiseworthy. It is hard to find good people like these guys in salvage business.

The guys in the office were polite and nice. I went in the back where the vehicle like mine found the part snippet the wires and was done dont take long. Took longer to walk to the junk car and back then I was there.l

Seamed helpful over the phone but I asked for a measuring tape when I got there to make sure the parts I was picking up would fit and they refused I wont ever use them again

Brought me the wrong part. Then wanted to exchange it and they were VERY rude and then I just wanted a refund. Gary said he would take it back and refund me and said to not call them for anymore parts! The delivery driver is very polite to good for that place maybe he should be the one to run things! I send customers there daily but definitely will not anymore horrible management. What a joke. Im just glad I was able to get a refund. If they ever get different staff I wouldnt mind using them.

A good old school Auto Salvage theyve been around forever

Transmission went out during warranty period, was promise a replacement over three weeks ago. Talk with Rep and was told they were looking in to it and that they would call us back. Never received a call back. They were always waiting for someone to come in to see what going on with replacement. We were promise by management that a replacement would be sent out, never received it. Dont like doing negative reviews, now I have a negative review from customer too, who needs his car fixed.

These guys are great! I live an hour out.Called them to make sure they had what I was after, and they had it pulled and ready to go before i got there. So much more efficient than a lot of their competition!

DO NOT sale your scrap catalytic converters here. You will get cheated! They were trying to offer me half of what all other salvages paid!!

I got my part, but I had to pay before they would pull it. Thats not a problem but I paid and they quoted me 1 hour and due to the fact that they didnt communicate with each other I had to wait 3 hours for them to spend 20 minutes or so taking the part off. Thankfully they had it ready when I got there.

Id recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I needed a back tail light and an ac/heater control unit for my 05 Jeep. Cheapest prices online were $70 for the tail light and $75 for control unit. I got both for $65 here. $30 for light and $35 for control unit. Got home and installed everything.. works great. Apparently finding a receiver hitch for a 90’s Chevy ½ ton is too hard for these guys. Don’t waste your time here. Couldn’t refund so I ended up with a useless piece of scrap metal.Lesson learned, always buy new from a place that can find the right stuff. Haven’t had trouble with that theory.Plus they should learn how to knoll. Messy place.

I have an issue where I need some help .so I bought an all wheel drive transmission for a Ford freestyle. The Vin number I gave to salvage and that was given to me came up As a 4 wheel or all wheel drive freestyle so thats what we got .,, paid and took it to the shop . Then I lost the car keys...So 30 days later after I found the customers keys I started the job . Well I then discovered that the vehicle is a 2wd car not an awd vehicle. Therefore I need to get a two wheel drive transmission and a cost differential. Please help who can I talk to to get help? Austin ?

Ive only gotten one part from here but they are always my go to people to call and regardless of day or time the customer service they provide never fluctuates they are so nice and professional and helpful with information if they dont have it wish more places were like this

Finally found parts for my Miata. I was searching on Facebook marketplace for what I thought Id never find, s(I usually dont) and was surprised to find several Miatas listed. I called to get prices and was even more pleased. Prices were great and the person on the phone was very nice. Once I got there, the experience was even better. Everyone was so nice. Turns out the owner loves Miatas so they get them often.I wasnt able to get the top I wanted, but I found seats, and full interior in great condition and a window regulator which, if you own a Miata youre going to need at some point.I was assured that more tops would be in so Ill be back. I cant wait for my new interior to be installed (tomorrow) and I look forward to seeing what other cool things I can get for my favorite car.

Do Not Give Them Any Of Your Money‼️So April 15th i purchased what was advertised and described by a salesman at 66 auto salvage as a 99 infiniti g20 manual Limited Slip Differential transmission (RS5F32V) for $350 plus $175 for shipping/handling. When i received said transmission it was immediately apparent that the transmission was an open differential model (RS5F32A) so I called to try and correct the issue. It took me approximately 2 weeks before every getting ahold of someone with real fiduciary responsibilities and he asked me, “What do you think is a reasonable amount of reimbursement”? After considering this for some time now, i felt that $200 would be fine. I already knew i lost my money from shipping, from researching the transmission i received online it was only valued at $200 (if that), and with the $50 dollars i had to spend on extra parts to make it work i felt as though this was perfectly acceptable. When i did respond with, “$200” i was essentially laughed at being told, “the boss would never give you more than half of what you paid.” I told him $150 was as low as i would go. A week goes by and i finally got in contact with him again and he told me they were only willing to give me $100 or i could ship it back for a full refund ($175+$175=$350 in shipping.. what i paid for the transmission to begin with‼️). I told him this was outrageous and so i proceeded to look into anyways i could dispute this. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything i could do. Skip to May 5th-ish and i had still yet to come to a resolution, I called them again to try and handle this, to explain why they should reimburse me more, they had taken advantage of me and if it wasn’t resolved i would contact the proper authorities. i proceeded to be yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on... to shorten this up a bit, today is July 16th and after persistently calling them everyday, i have finally received my measly $100. Now that i have the only tiny amount of money i would ever receive, i’m going to be contacting the better business bureau and others to inform them of your awful business practices. I consider this fraud and use of mis-advertising online to get more money than it’s worth, to take advantage of the consumer. I believe they knew what they were sending me and they intentionally sold it to me as a Limited Slip Differential to make more profit...Either that or they are simply to incompetent to preform their necessary duties as an auto salvage yard

I was told since its electrical and it worked when he pulled it no refunds or exchanges. Not very good customer service or satisfaction.. I will not be a return customer.. Very disappointing. .
