David with the collision center was fantastic. He was great with communication every step of the way. When dealing with the insurance company he was a great advocate for us to get the repairs we needed. The work the team did is top-notch. David even stayed late, so I could get my car back after I got off work. Whole team is friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!
Cole made my SUV buying experience easy. He kept me in the loop on where my vehicle was and even sent me pictures of it. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted in a timely manner. I will be recommending him to my family and friends if they are looking for a Toyota.
Great dealership. Have bought several vehicles from Jim Norton Toyota. Have always been pleased with the way they treat the customers. I have never been pressured by a salesman. Great follow up after the sale for years!!! If ever any maintenance concerns or problems Jim Norton Toyota is always getting it fixed. One of the benefits of shopping at Jim Norton Toyota is the free Lifetime Warranty on the engine I have always been treated with respect every time I go to Jim Norton Toyota.
Great Service, always attentive and professional. Very simple to make an appointment online as well as the check in process.
I am extremely grateful for the team at Tulsa, especially Josh Pippin. They were able to help me out tremendously through my “excitement” of being struck by lightning (my car while driving it), even when my insurance was not. It wasn’t until this team helped that we were able to get the ball, slowly but surely, rolling. I couldn’t have done it without them and I’m extremely grateful!!
I am pleased with my truck but not with the customer service. Paid over $40,000 and only got one key fob, was told had to buy my own second one. Did not realize until I left that they didnt even fill up my gas tank, had less than half a tank.
Always professional. Spacious and comfortable lobby. Would highly recommend.
I am a very indecisive person, especially when choosing a new car. Tony was amazing! He asked questions and choose cars to show me based on my interests. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. Jesse, the used car sales manager jumped in and helped me find the perfect car. Jesse was also very knowledgeable and very kind. They both worked hard to help me receive the best price for my trade in.Sara was the finance manager that helped and she was super friendly and explained everything in detail. I would 100% recommend Jim Norton Toyota to everyone! Also, we will be coming back here to purchase vehicles in the future.
Mandy was great! She answered all my questions directed me to the lounge and called me when they were done. Check in was fast and easy too. Before I left Mandy gave me a list of mileage recommended services my car is ready for and gave me prices for each. I am planning my next visit.
They did a great job helping me get the car that I wanted. They made it very easy and fast. Thank you so much.
My sales man was great from what I can tell. My issue was the fact that they don’t inspect their cars before they sell them. I bought a 2015 F150. The truck keeps dying when sitting more than 24 hours. Initial blame was the battery which I accepted and bought the vehicle. They put a smaller than recommended battery in there to bandaid the issue until I got it home. Less than a week later I started having the same issues. I complained and stated it was not the battery which they insisted it was. All they did was put another battery in it this time the correct one. Weeks later I’m having the same issue. Which would tell me it’s more than a battery issue.Edit: since the last review they have resolved the issue so far 5 days without a dead battery. Thank you.
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. Place is very nice as far as areas for waiting. Pretty much the whole place is a waiting area. They have a nice waterfall as well you can sit by and enjoy a nap. Nap you say??? Yes though the people are great the service department takes way to long. We were there pretty much two hours just for the oil change and tire rotation. They suggested a few other items that needed to be done but was going to be another hour and a half to two hours to get done. Not sure about anyone else but I dont have that kind of time. I have been to other dealerships for our Toyota to be serviced and it has taken way less time. Other then that the place and staff is great.
I just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra and I and extremely happy with this decision. I am also serving active duty military and purchase this vehicle out of state. This dealership and their team helped me purchase this vehicle from across the country and made everything easy and I couldn’t be more happy I strongly suggest anybody looking for a new Toyota they come here !!
Don is the nicest Salesman I ever met. He is super patient nice with his client. I got my dream car with a very very affordable price compared to dealerships around my town. Don even gave me a free delivery, very nice customer services. I would give 10 Starts if I could.
One of the best experiences Ive had at a car dealership. Danny G. Was very helpful and friendly, made me feel like I was an actual person and not just an easy mark. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here.
Nice folks at this dealership, but i’m giving them three stars because of my experience with one salesman who I won’t name. His attitude completely changed with me after requesting my deposit back. Also be careful when closing because I had to correct their finance departments math on my closing sheet, which I think is a red flag. Mistakes are okay, but they should have a system in place where paper work is double and even triple checked by two other people before they allow a customer to make such a large investment.
Auston did awesome at the service dept in ensuring our car was taken care of and repaired. I admit I used to feel sketchy of dealerships service depts of trying to make extra money but after seeing what they did for us and how far they went to make sure our car drove like new again without charging us extras, it has changed my mind and I fully trust in them. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to them. They are just awesome!!!! And friendly!!! Great staff!!!
I’ve been going to Jim Norton Toyota for 5+ years. I’ve never had a bad experience and my children love to go with me! They provide a comfortable environment for their customers while they wait. We love the snack bar and kids play area. Juan Castillo is great!
I am amending this review. Jim Norton Toyota is top-notch, great customer service, tries their best to please customers, and doesnt pressure you to buy anything you dont want like other car lots. I just wished I could say the same thing about the cars they sell. Toyota automobiles are not top notch. They fall apart easy. The one that we have rides hard. The seats are very uncomfortable, the clips that hold the car together falls apart very easy, and about a hundred and fifty thousand miles you start having a lot of problems. As far as Jim Norton Toyota the place, I love the service, the customer service is great, people are very helpful there, they will do everything they can 2 make you happy with what you want. They are honest hard-working caring people. We are only dissatisfied with the product not the place.
Great folks. Very friendly and helpful. Very pleased and would highly recommend! Tell em I sent you! 👍🏽
DO NOT BUY AN USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!Do not waste your time or money. They do not properly inspect their used cars. They sold me a bad car with a bad water pump and engine. The extended warranty they sale is a joke! The fine print will find just about anyway to get out the repairs. The car has not even been driven 1000 miles yet and already having to replace the engine. I’m out of thousands of dollars from buying the car plus more thousands that it will cost in repairs!!! If you want an honest used car dealership please please please do yourself a favor and look somewhere other than Jim Norton Tulsa. I’m having to basically see what legal options I have to recover some of the money I have lost from purchasing this lemon car! I’m also filing a report with the BBB. They can not continue to rip people off this way.
Back to a 5 star rating!!! Had an issue with a bad battery that clearly had been switched, put into a car I recently purchased, but Jim Norton quickly took care of it and is reimbursing me for the new ba6I had to buy. They are truly living up to their excellence award for service!!!!!
Best buying experience. Friday listened to my needs and price. We test drove 1 vehicle and purchased. Car buying is stressful for me and he made it easy. We love our purchase. Every encounter I have had with jim Norton Toyota staff has been friendly, helpful, and professional.
These guys will tell you what you want to hear and and then the finance department will switch up the deal and say they can’t do what was originally offered. Salesman said he could get me 1.9% apr for 84 months. I waited 2 weeks for the car. Then the finance guy quoted me for 8 percent interest for 84 months and kept pushing for gap insurance even though I said no twice. Did not even offer my original deal. Wasted 3 hours at the dealership and the car was going to be delivered the next day. These guys will not try to give you a good deal. Only what’s good for them. They will try to bend you over and give it to you. Don’t go here. Also, Peter was the salesman. He’s clueless. Finance guy treats you like you know nothing about what a good deal is. Never again.***Only person I will be contacting is your Toyota Rep.***
We drove from out of state for a specific vehicle. Dont let the warranty guy strong arm you into the really expensive warranty that covers anything inside or outside of the vehicle. This is a lie. We had an issue come up two weeks after purchasing the car and I was told to wait at least 30 days otherwise the warranty wouldnt cover it. I didnt drive it for two weeks waiting. After 30 days I contacted James and he said to call the service center and they would make us an appointment to bring it in....guess he forgot we live over 3 hours away. Called the service center and they said take it to a dealership and have them call the warranty number. We did that, we are weeks later hearing back from the warranty people that they will not cover one of the issues because of a byline in the contract. Dont let them trick you too.
My family have bought 3 new Toyotas (Avalon, 2 Highlanders) from this dealership. Robert Blocker has always been very kind and patient with us. Their facility is very pleasing, especially the waterfall. It’s a nice place to hang out at. The staff, in general, are very educated and professional. Kassidy Owens was our Finance person and very courteous at all times, and he had to miss his lunch until 3 PM.
This showroom has severe mood swingsThey change their word every now and thenPlease dont trust what they tell you unless they share you the real documents.By the way for every issue we say, they have a custom made answer - CHIP SHORTAGE.
I don’t recommend this dealership at all!!! When we got to the dealership and decided on a car, we were lied to about what they were selling the car for. They found out our top price and decided to sell it to us for that. I just so happen look on their website and see it was actually listed for about $4000 less. Within a week the transmission started going out. They did let us trade it back in on another, but I’m pretty sure it got put right back on the lot. This was about 2 months ago and we still haven’t received the title so that we can tag this car. I’ve never had so much trouble with a dealership before and will never go there again or recommend them.
Excellent experience. Had my car serviced, along with a few minor issues fixed, and was told a time that it should be done. It was done just before the estimated time, and car was running and waiting for me after I paid my bill. Smooth in, and smooth out. Thanks!
Donna at Jim Norton Toyota, Tulsa is the greatest. When she found out I needed to be somewhere she went out of her way to make sure I could get my car back in time. It didnt end up working out but I really appreciated her above and beyond efforts to make it happen if she could. Thanks, Donna for beimg so helpful.
I’ve used their service department a lot, and they are consistently great, and they will go above and beyond if needed.
Great service and came threw on all promises made by financial department.Would highly recommend to anyone I know
If we would have gotten a different salesman, I think our experience would have been worlds different. Now let me say we did end up getting a car the same day from Jim Norton, but not this dealership and the experience was worlds apart! The stories we heard from our sales guys personal life were shocking and he knew little about the vehicle and its features. The car would have sold itself had everything else not been so crazy. In the end Jim Norton still received our business, but not from here.
I stopped using Jim Norton Toyota several years ago. I had a 2012 Tacoma 4x4 that had rear differential problems. While under warranty I took my truck to their service department six different times complaining about the rear diff. only to be told that there was a problem with the male to female splines & every time JN claimed they fixed the problem. The seventh time I returned the truck to them with the same problem they said my truck was now out of warranty & the rear diff. needed to be replaced at a cost of $3000! Spoke with the service manager who could obviously care less & told me that it was not their problem. Sold the truck & have not bought a Toyota since. My experience with JN ended in 2018. I was inspired to write this review because a colleague of mine is now experiencing the same treatment by them.
Thank you, David Holmes for helping Vesta and I with the key lock on my Toyota Camry tires. Everyone is so helpful and kind.Thank you. 🤗
Jim Norton has always been impressive in the service department. I dont know if all Toyota dealerships are this way since I was so happy here that I havent gone anywhere else.
I always take my car for service there and always had a good experience even without an appointment. Yesterday after I got my oil change I decided to see if I could get a cash offer since I wanted to sell my vehicle, I went to the preowned section and told them I wanted to sell my vehicle. The sales person told me “are you sure you want to sell it because people come here just to get a price and I do not want you to waste my time”, he told this like 3 times; then asked me how much I wanted and I told him I did not know but something that was fair, he keep pushing for me to give him a number and asked like 5 times at the end I gave him a number just so he would not ask again.
I brought my Toyota Highlander in for work for a part recall and an oil change and was delighted with the excellent, friendly service. I was given a rental car to drive and was taken care of in an exceptional manner. Thank you!
I’ve been going to Jim Norton Toyota for almost three years now. They are hands down one of the best service centers I’ve used. They are fast and efficient when it comes to taking care of myself and my vehicle, to get us back on the road as soon as possible.
If you go up the ask for Mychal Zombrano. He will take great care of you. Service and whole experience was excellent!
In the past I’ve used other dealerships, but none have such streamlined processes as Jim Norton. From arriving, checking in, to getting me into my rental, the time minuscule. The staff are friendly and communicated every step, updated me on where my car was in the repairs, and Mike made every effort to make sure I understood the repairs. Overall you are in good hands with Jim Norton.
I had the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had with Brandon Barlow as a sales rep. He was so accommodating from start to finish. I never felt pressured for anything with him. He reserved the model and color of Rav4 I requested, which included the roof rack (didnt ask for it specifically but he did me right.) What I loved the most was when the credit app guys were trying to get me to tag the car here in OK and then re-tag it in the next state that I am moving to within a week, he 100% had my back in telling them no. Not totally sure if they were used to that kind of situation, there was some talk among them of questioning the process. Probably would have made it easier on them, not me... That would be an additional unnecessary expense. The finance rep Grant provided me with the additional options available but did not try to convince me to take anything. He merely explained the options and potential benefits that came with them and allowed me to make the decision. I was in and out in about two hours, where in previous experiences at other dealerships, its been about 6-8 hours. If you are considering a new Toyota ask for Brandon he is absolutely amazing.
Service is always great here. Employees are always friendly & ready to assist no matter what you need. Miss the free cookies!
Excellent customer service! Josh at Jim Norton Toyota was super nice and willing to help me out. Great crew!
Friday was great! He wasnt pushy and if he didnt know an answer, he would find out. We ended up getting a great price for our trade in and a really good price on a newer Jeep. Great experience.
Donna was the name of the associate who helped me today and she was awesome! I came in at 7:30 am and she was friendly and polite despite it being so early. I will defintely continue using Jim Norton Toyota for all my car needs thanks to Donna!
Very happy with my experience at Jim Norton Toyota yesterday. From the beginning of my conversations with Ethan, I felt comfortable and not pressured unlike other dealerships I visited. It was a quick and easy process. Sara in financing was great as well. She spent time to make sure I was getting the best deal and answered all my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I’m loving my new car!
Took my truck in for an oil change before our family trip-driving over 700 miles! Once we got to our destination, we noticed a lot of oil on the pavement. I called Toyota and told them what happened.. I questioned what the technician did to My truck because this isnt the first time something has happened to the truck after getting it serviced. I was told to check the dipstick & If its low, take it to the nearest Toyota.. My husband checked under the car and found that the bolt extremely loose. He could tighten it with his bare hands! Checked the dipstick and oil was completely gone. Worst things could have happened if that bolt fell off while driving with my children in the car! Weve spent thousands of dollars at Toyota for services but will not be giving them a penny anymore. Terrible service.
This place is pretty amazing. I havent ever been to a HUGE dealership and this place has answers to your question but there is a wait so be ready to sit in their comfort seats. They even provide free water or snacks and other drinks to purchase. So far I havent had trouble with the vehicle after getting an oil change, fluids filled, and tired pressured check.
Always a great experience. Excellent customer service, quick response and service times are usually better than promised. Appreciate a business that appreciates its customers!
I have been a customer of Jim Norton Toyota since 2007. In the past and currently whenever I work with Mike Bower in service, it is an excellent experience. However, working with Eric Cooper and Kayla us a whole different experience. Unfortunately, a not so pleasant experience. My first experience with Eric entailed having my Tacoma being towed to their service department after the drive train fell off on the Broken Arrow Expressway after a simple procedure previously performed by Jim Norton. They did get right to it after being rude to the tow truck driver. Repairs were completed and nary a word of apology or regret from Mr. Eric. When I brought my 4Runner in later for a routine inspection, Mr. Bower apologized on your behalf.Recently, I brought my 4Runner in for warranty work on the radio system. Mike was not in the Day I came in and was directed to Kayla. She had the system reviewed and determined that a replacement was necessary. The part was not immediately available and was ordered. When I brought the vehicle back (on a scheduled appointment), the service rep I was directed to wanted to go over all the problems again. Why this was necessary when it was already scheduled and the part ready, I have no idea. Very inefficient and a waste of my time. When the vehicle was ready and brought to me, Kayla gave it to me and away she went. I had to go find her for instructions on how to activate my Bluetooth telephone function and placement of my Home Screen information. I would have thought and it should have been offered as a courtesy instead of me having to go back to the service area and request help.
Giving a 5 star because we all know buying a car can be at times not very pleasant considering how long you could be there once the excitement wears off. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. As long as you go in knowing exactly what you want and how much you are willing to pay, they will most likely work with you. Highly recommend Jim Norton.
Meh...they requested my review so...here you go. I rarely have a good experience and rarely have a bad one. I have had both but, it is usually just average. They seem to have all of the systems in place to have a profitable service department but, the customer service is lacking.
Oil change completed in a fast & efficient manner. Service advisor Juan & service cashier ManDee were very helpful. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
This dealership doesnt value our timeI wanted a toyota corolla on lease and they promised me something over phone.I took half day leave and went to the showroom and they quoted a much bigger amount !! The manager guy was so arrogant. No negotiation at all. They changed miles, downpayment and instalments. The sales boy was good. They just wanted me to pay advance immediately. Will never go here again . Justdont beleive what they promise !!
We purchased a 2006 Certified Used Toyota Tundra in 2009 with Jim Norton Toyota. We were led to believe that Certified Used Toyotas could not be certified if the vehicle had been in an accident and led to believe our new to us truck had a clean Carfax report according to the Carfax label on the window sticker, we were never given the actual full report and again lead to believe what was on the sticker was all the information, mind you this was 2009 ( we still have said window sticker today). We just recently went to trade our truck in and another out of state dealer brought to our attention that our truck had been in not one but two accidents. We asked for the Carfax report the new dealer had and sure enough it clearly showed the two accidents prior to our purchase. We then contacted management (Michael Fleeman) at Jim Norton in the Used Sales Dept. We were given a run around about how the Carfax report must have been updated after our purchase (which can actually happen). Again we were also told by one salesman, Jesse Honeycut, in writing that a Certified Used Toyota can not have been in an accident (this is false, they can be which we verified through Toyota of the Gulf States). So we then contacted Carfax to see when exactly the accidents were reported to the report and we were able to verify that the accidents were in fact on the report prior to our purchase. We were blatantly lied to. Had we known this truck had been in two accidents we never would have purchased this truck, let alone paid what we did for it at the time. We have asked to be paid back our depreciated value, but the dealership has only offered to sell us another vehicle to which we would have to travel from the east coast of NC back to Tulsa to obtain. The trade in we were offered on our current truck by Jim Norton was slightly less than our local dealers offer with two accidents on the report. The entire process has been insulting and unjust. Fair would be giving us our money back on the depreciated value or offering to ship and sell us a new truck at cost. We were ridiculed that since this sale happened over ten years ago what did we expect? Why should a customer be to blame because they kept a vehicle for so long? These accidents would have come to light if we had traded in the truck the next day elsewhere, time should not matter with this particular issue. We also contacted by email the GM of Jim Norton Toyota, Michael Rentschler, with no response or cooperation to sort this out. We hope by sharing this experience it helps protect others from dealer dishonesty and abuse. We thought we were buying a quality product from an honest and ethical establishment, that was why were were willing to pay more for Certified Used, little did we know we were being taken complete advantage of and lied to.
Service was quick and to the point. They acknowledged my needs and informed me of issues that needed attention and gave me options on said services. Very pleased with the visit.
Friendly staff but lack knowledge and repetitive information. I wanted to know the a availability of a certain vehicle and the guy kept on changing the topic. he should’ve had simply told that the estimated date is so and so instead he showed me around the cars.
Always love coming here! Always a time to relax while I’m waiting for my oil change. Always great service!
Great customer Service I got there before 8am for a recall on my airbag and they were ready and super organize. Nancy greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm that was addicting. She then handed me over to Mike Bowers to finish my work order. Mike was very patient and kind and took time to educate me on some extra work my car may need in the future. He was not pushing for an up sale at all but genuinely giving me information for my safety and well being of my vehicle. Because of this I will start getting my regular routine checks here from now on. (P.S. they price match- ask details on this) They gave me an minimum time of 2 hours for my work order which I was more than happy to patiently wait for but he assure me they will try to get it done before then and to my surprise they did. Waiting room was comfortable and they offer free coffee and hot chocolate and had snacks for purchase that was cheap to help with the waiting time. All around great experience. Thank you to those working behind the scene in the parts garage also!! Great team work everybody.
As always, our buying experience was great! Friday in used vehicle sales found us a great car at a reasonable price!
Super easy check in. Knowledgeable and friendly service rep. Great waiting areas. Toyota quality.
Brandon Terry was my salesman and he was very helpful and well informed about the Camry. He showed me all about the car and answered plenty of questions. He gave me the usual this is as low as we can go speech but we got to a deal we were both happy with.Shelly in finance was also helpful in explaining warranties without being too pushy.
Dont go here. Its a joke. Theyve lied about everything theyve ever fixed. They wrecked my car during maintenance. I had to have the front bumper replaced because of it. They lie about ordered parts. And if I had room here, I could put much more. NO STARS!
Brandon Barlow and Kassidy Owens are the guys to see at Jim Norton.Super helpful and Awesome to work with.. They have all my future truck purchase...Thanks Brandon & Kassidy
We live in Texas, went on a road trip thru Oklahoma, and a Check Engine Light came on. Went to the Jim Norton dealership without an appointment and they worked us in.Sensor malfunction.Tech said we could replace it now OR get it done within the next 12 months. That’s honesty!!!Thank you for a job well done.
Amazing experience. Prompt and excellent communication. Will be back.
Very pleased with how quick the service department got my truck serviced today. Very efficient operation and shout out to the following folks:Mandee WisdomJuan CastilloElliott NeswallThanks everyone!
ManDee, A Service Rep. was very helpful in resolving a maintenance contract issue. Thank you, ManDee!!
Great car buying experience. Thanks to Daniel Hill and Jon Coats!
Excellent experience. Quick deal, I was out in 30 minutes driving my car home. They helped me set up my phone and remote start. Toyota service is amazing. I am now on my second Highlander.
The staff were great. The shuttle service was superior. The facility is top shelf. The only problem is the the mechanic that checked out my truck did not really diagnose the problem. The idea that the motor is bad based on pulling two plugs is insulting. A half million miles doesnt mean it done. Forgive me but I am disappointed. Back to the internet I go. At least they put a little effort into the problem.
Wow…less than stellar experience. Tried to get Jim Norton to give me a trade in number on my Toyota Land Cruiser which is at their facility for an oil change. No call back from service rep asking for assistance; yesterday tried the online option for a quote but the system didn’t like my notes about pictures when I responded it’s at your dealership with the keys please inspect vehicle ; started an online chat this morning for help…they forwarded my information and still no quote or call. Purchased the Landcruiser from this dealership. Disappointed with Jim Norton team.
After a less than perfect experience the the team at Jim Norton worked with me to fix their errors. Greg, Eric, Josh, Mike and Zach are all excellent members of the team that took my issue seriously and made sure my experience when rectifying the issue was much better than the prior.
Our salesperson Bo was friendly, fast, and efficient. We visited the store with not very much time to look at some vehicles (already knew what we wanted essentially) and Bo understood our time crunch and helped us pick out about 4 or 5 options to look at and even got to test drive one before we had to leave and pick up our daughter. Came back later and finalized the sale. Bo was not pushy or acted like we were wasting his time, he was extremely patient and genuinely cared about us and our experience. Long story short, if you end up going here ask for Bo as soon as you get out of your car and you will be pleased with your experience here.
As a first time buyer I went in and wanted to look at what my options were for a SUV. Shelton’s customer service was 10/10. Looked at what my options were, test drove and ended up with a 2015 Nissan Rogue! Definitely loved my experience there. Great atmosphere. And would DEFINITELY recommend!!!! THANK YOU JIM NORTON TOYOTA!
Service department is a joke. No one knows what anyone else is doing. I had to get the manager to check on my vehicle because no one else would. Then the guy in charge of my car blew smoke up my A@$ about what was going on with my alignment. Do not expect a call back from them if you leave your car. I tried talking to the service manager ERIC COOPER couple days later about the issues I had and he hung up on me. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR THERE VEHICLES. Also was not impressed with sells team either when I was shopping. They offered me less than anyone else in Tulsa by $3,000 for my trade in. Avoid them at all cost.
Brandon T helped make my 16 yr old that weve ran the range of tears, to giddy laughs, to screams and then did it again. Brandon helps with internet, he responded quick, we agreed on a price. Now heres the kicker it was still THAT price!! No hidden fees, no games! Everything ready when I got there. Great car purchase experience.
Great service as always. My service advisor Auston was fantastic to deal with.
Sorry. I dont know about your service level but I had to go with Fowler due to selection and price. I can recommend Toyota and especially Camry as a sweet ride. Great service agreement, reliability, quality, and resale value.
Their service department is on top of it! I was really impressed with how professional their people were.
The maintenance staff especially Auston was exceptional. Very professional and friendly!
Great experience always, but…they didn’t wash my car like they said they would. They vacuumed from floors though.
Very good experience, had oil changed radiator flush new battery and tire rotation done gave me loaner vehicle and had me done by 1pm same day !!! Mike service rep was awesome!!!!
Update — Victoria in the Finance Dept. has contacted us. She was understanding about the situation which we appreciated. She also explained how the process goes but understood they we were over looked on accident. We appreciate you contacting us.Purchasing a 2020 RAV4 Toyota with Cash! From a great sales Man but have been waiting since 12 for the Financing Dept to get our paperwork. Almost an 1-1/2 for a cash sale —-Sounds like they don’t want cash anymore!! WORST SERVICE EVER!
Bill, the salesman was the best experience with this dealership as well as the playground. Grant, the sales manager tried to force me into buying an extended warranty and insisted more than three times that I buy it (very rudely) and after I refused he went from smiles to no eye contact and acted like he was annoyed with me and I was just another number at that point. He also failed to show and go over with me the most important paper which is the interests that I would be paying and my monthly payments, etc. I signed the first paper and asked to see my interest rate and he stated that he forgot to show me that page. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Go down to Bill Knight or even Mazda. I had a great experience with them and I didnt even buy a car from them and they were not forcing me into anything while still being polite.
Auston and the staff took good care of me, as always. It’s a pleasure to do business with these professionals!
Very good visit at jim norton toyota. Our sales consultant zoua vang very nice and informative. After we take care of personal affairs will be back for a good/fair deal with ms vang 1st week in august. I will reccomend vang and jim norton toyota to my church friends tomorrow. David and sue scott and charlie sin.
David Holmes was awesome. Definitely see him at your next visit at the Jim Norton Toyota. He has great customer service, he is very personable and always tries to give his customers the best deal that makes it affordable under your budget. Highly recommend. -Happy Customer
Service was good. Car was ready sooner than expected.
Great service, super nice to deal with. The only place to buy a car.
I bought a honda accord form jim norton last september 2020. they sold me the car with a lot of issues. after buying the car i did an inspection from honda dealership and they found that the brake fluid, transmission fluid, cabin and engine air filter, all the 4 tires were in bad condition. its just 9 months and i had to change all of these. i have already spent over thousand dollars fixing the issues. i had to change the brake fluid, transmission fluid, engine and cabin air filters, all four tires even the wiper blade. they sold me the car without fixing anything. worst kind of dealership.
Be very careful when youre purchasing a car from this dealership. Due to covid I relied on my sales rep Brittany Rice to give me the specifications of the car. I trusted her!! So I purchased a 2021 Sienna from them. I asked about the trunk and Brittany told me it was a lift gate. That there were buttons on my key fob and in the van to open it. She even sent me a YouTube clip of how to operate it.. there is not a lift gate on the van I purchased . If I wouldve known about that I wouldve made a different purchase. I feel that I was scammed so please be careful and dont get scammed especially during vulnerable covid time like this.
Salesman named James was Awesome ! Sold me an 2021 Avalon Hybrid ! I went in looking for a 2019 used with low mileage but he worked outa better deal with me. No pressure and all at Jim Norton were very friendly . James knows more about Toyotas then anyone I have ever dealt with. 🚘👍
