The overall paint job was good, although there was quite a bit of overspray on my tires/glass. However, the highlight of my experience with Maaco was the superb customer experience provided by Bert!! Throughout my entire experience he provided quality customer service and handled all of my questions and concerns with ease. I would confidently refer a friend/family to Maaco with a side note to specifically ask for Bert for the complete experience!!

This dude Bert is freaking awesome...I have never had continuous follow ups and updates....I mean seriously on time when promised calls and updates. Lies after lies after lies. Keep the $100 but you lost my business. They quoted me $1,000 and got the deposit When I got the receipt I could see that it’s already went up 20%. I drive for a living I asked if they could turn it around in 4- 41/2 days. Yeah, no problem. Then when I tried to drop it off they said 2 weeks. I can’t take off work for 2 weeks. Lost my business

I was apprehensive at first to use this shop until I received an estimate for repairs that was within my budget. This shop will get the job done right even if that takes more time to do just that. I normally do not write a good review but felt this needed to be shared. I believe most google reviews are only bad experiences so I always try to give a business a chance, However this place does not deserve that. We took our vehicle to get painted the second week of April. We were told 5 to 10 days, I understand delays and staffing issue so I was fine when three weeks had went by. I was told the first time I called that it had sit outside and got rust on it so they were having to primer it. When I spoke to them again (about a week later) they told me it was painted but there were some imperfections if I wanted to come look at it I could. I guess I misunderstood because who want to pay for a paint job with imperfections in it. So I didnt go by because I thought they were going to repaint the issues and I would just wait. 4 days later I called to check to see if it was done and then they told me that they were waiting for me to see if I was OK with the imperfections, i told them I would like it fixed. 5th week they finally were finished with the paint job, however they called and said the door handle was broke, i then asked if they had attached the mirrors which they hadnt. My husband went by to talk to them and when he arrive the car was painted the wrong color (I had discussed the color that we wanted, showed the manager the code on the door, plus showed him I wanted it to match the inside of the door) They had painted it a totally different color. They had agreed to fix the paint color, while discussing that there were dents on the hood we had asked to be fixed, we were given a price for the body work, when asking what the total price was for the entire car we were just quoted the price for the body work, I specifically asked the $400 for the body work plus the original $856 for the paint correct and Josh the assistant manager said no just the $400 for the body work since it was their mistake on the paint color and the it had taken them to paint. Let me be perfectly clear I would have been fine if he had said yest the $856 +400, but he did not he said they had messed up several time and it was just the $400. So we left the vehicle to get finished. A week later we received a call it was ready. When we went to pick up the car, the manager was there and said it was the full amount, i explained the conversation my husband and I had with Josh the assistant manager, he called him said a few things and hung up and said it is the full amount that I must of misunderstood. I clearly explained the conversation. He just set their and waited for me to pay, said I could talk to Josh the following morning if I wanted to . I ended up paying the full amount because I did not want the car to sit at the shop any longer. I was told Josh would call me the next morning and I never heard anything. When we went to leave the tag was not attached, we had to go back inside and ask for them to put the tag back on. We get a mile down the road and it starts raining, we realize they had not put the wiper arm back on the truck, we pull over and try to put it back on but they have painted over the caps that the wiper arm goes on and the wipers will not go on because it is coated in paint where the grooves are. There was paper still attached to the bottom of the vehicle and the inside was completely trashed with dust, paper from where they had taped things off and some paint on the side of one seat. I feel this place is dishonest, unprofessional. I want to be clear I was not looking for anything for free, I specifically just wanted honesty and common courtesy.

On an inclement weather day in Oklahoma, I had a chain link fence swing open and smash into the side of my brand new truck! Devastated as you could believe, I panicked and rushed around town and gathered 4 different quotes to get my 3 month old truck repaired. When I arrived at Maaco Collision, Garrett and Tony were absolutely friendly and accommodating! Not only did they match my previous quotes, they quoted me at an even more discounted price! Tony’s professionalism and world class customer service won me over. Bailey the general manager is also wonderful and she knows her business. Maaco updated me on the progress of my vehicle and they guarantee their work, including a 3 year warranty. My paint is flawless and matches perfectly. They did WONDERFUL job on my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu the top of quarter panel was damaged they didnt even had to the whole side off to repair it the other collision place wanted to remove bumpers and head lights then charge 1200 dollars macco got me in fast and they got deals going on I highly recommend them to anyone thanks again Macco

My bf got a job here 2 weeks ago, just got fire this morning. The story is on the application he filled out they ask if he wanted his checks direct deposited, he filled it out and started getting paid on his card. The manager Josh started giving him physical checks without knowing my bf was already getting payed via direct deposit. There was miscommunication issues obviously. My bf cashed his first check that he received from Josh, then the next week received another check. Josh called and said I need the checks back. We gave them the check we had and payed them the money on the other one we had. Maaco just fired him today for Stealing money, this is the situation we are in and they wouldnt communicate with us. This is BS

The gentlemen who helped me were respectful. They painted and took out minor dents on my car in a VERY reasonable timeframe. Would highly use again!

This place was great. I have a Toyota Camry with a notorious issue of the bumper to front fender clip snapping off. I went in to have the issue looked at and was greeted immediately upon entry, despite the lobby having several customers, and a salesmen was with me shortly. We then went to review the issue on the car and I was provided with a few options to take care of the problem. I informed the salesmen that the vehicle was my work car and I was hoping not to spend a lot of money. The salesmen offered to glue the part in place for me for free. He made it clear it would only hold for so long, but still. Isnt that awesome!!! They took the car around back cleaned the area up and epoxied the bumper into place, about 45 minutes of their time. They are great! !!!

I drop my truck off to get painted and they didnt even paint the bed of the truck and call me to pick it up when I got there they didnt do nothing I told them to do so they said it would be ready in a couple of days its been a month and they still ain my lifenit started it dont go there unless you dont want your car painted worse service I ever had in my life if I could give them 20 thumbs down I would I only gave them 1 star because you have to to post your comments but they deserve a bunch of negative starI picked up my car today they made it right with me but I had to threatened them but I Im please with the work and price

No communication, false promises in regards to timing and sub par work with no empathy from the front desk. They melted my key fob, managed to only perform body work on the driver side of my vehicle and had no remorse when I expressed discontent. Either middle management is to doing their jobs or there is no accountability. Walked around my truck and described what I wanted done. Ended up being told my $1500 job included the factory paint and contributed to the orange peel and had everything taken apart and not put back together. Had to lay on my horn to just leave. They don’t care about you as a customer and I plan to never go back. Worst $1,500 I ever spent. Previously went there for a paint job that cost $700 that was much better. Go anywhere they care about you as a customer. Not here. They don’t care about what you think or if you are unhappy. Do not go here.

They painted my 90s model car from a white to a black. It looks great! You cant at all it was white before. Done in less then a week. I will be using their services again very soon. Big shout out to Bailey and her team at the Maaco in Tulsa!

They stood by their work. The general manager is Bailey, who is particularly friendly and helpful. She offered a strong value when my car was first painted there. Then, when the paint job needed warranty work, Bailey went above what was necessary, fully restoring more than the warranty required her to. Excellent service + warranty assurance. Good combo.

I have a Honda Odyssey and had to replace my right headlight and do some maintenance on the front bumper. So I gave my van on 1-26-2021 and the quote they mentioned was cheaper than other Body Works in Tulsa which is why I gave 1*. But what started as a 10 day project got close to 2 month work. So everyday when I call them, they would give some kind of weird excuse and if they say that they would call you back for an update, never believe!! Finally got my van in mid March and now the parking sensors dont work.. Not sure what they did but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry!!

I had just bought a car and the next morning I went out and someone hit it and knocked the running board off and dented the fender. I am on SSDI. I was very upset. Lets just say its the best deal Ive ever had and it looks great and they worked fast to get me home. Its cold so Im not posting a pic but they did a great job. Thank you Maaco I love you!!! This place is not Professional! I took my side mirror to get painted and they cant even get the paint drip off from over spray still havent got my mirror done! Mirror was brought in around November 2020..Waste of time...do not used Maaco! This shop needs HELP!!!! Bailey keep telling me day by day its getting fix! I finally went in and check the parts it was bad! They cant even paint two small side mirrors...I will never come to this place again!

Still waiting for the manager to approve the unsatisfactory paint job;1/14 got call and waiting for manager review6/10/21 should avoid this place if you afford to pay a bit more; they did honor the warranty to redo the paint job but after months, it seems the repaint job was not done very professionally. It looks like my own job that I did on my other car.

I had a very good experience at Maaco Collision they were very nice and polite. They were willing to work with me and gave an awesome quote for my car. I highly recommend them.

I have not taken a vehicle there, and can tell you i never will. Because of the way they treat their customers vehicles, while they are there. I work in the area and watch the way they drive cars. Peel out in them, slam doors, even witnessed a game of chicken in the road. Just remember when taking your car there it’s not treated the way you would drive it.

Supposed to be open till 12 on Saturdays they scheduled me an appointment and the whole place was closed the whole day. Ridiculous service. You cant contact anyone in office. Dont ever go to this place. Office hours are never right. Phone numbers posted on door are disconnected. Waisted my whole day for this place to be closed when I had an appointment.

What should have been a simple paint job on the hood, turned into multiple lies about my vehicle, from where it is, to what happened to the paint job. Then 3 repaints, they had the vehicle for a month and was promised in 5 days. They left the tape and paper under the hood. they did not tighten screws down from items they removed from a light bar and spare tire, and windshield wipers. (its a jeep wrangler). I lost a wiper while driving home from picking it up. the light bar fell off and was flopping around. I popped the hood to check for over spray and thats when I noticed the tape and paper. They painted one door handle (not supposed to) and then did not paint the other. They ended up painting the whole jeep at not cost, but it looks terrible. there are runs, orange peel, and spots missed. and they still have not replace the factory stickers. I just keep getting the run around. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Well duh its part of the car then they paint the mirrors and there too badly painted to even put on the truck Theres over spray all over the truck.. the paint is starting to peel withen 3 months... his paint job is so bad hes spending another 2 grand at another body shop to have the entire thing re painted. I would not recommend this body shop to my worst enemy

I needed some body work done on the hood of my car and the workers at maaco did an amazing job! They were very knowledgeable and even gave me some $$ off, which is so nice for a broke college kid! Shout out to Dylan for being so knowledgeable and professional. I got calls often about the progress on my car and when it was ready for pick up, it looked as though nothing had ever happened and the color was perfect, even with my car being old and the paint being faded. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and it was ready the following Tuesday for pick up! Highly highly recommend! Thanks maaco!

While the staff I met were super nice, particularly Anna and Bailey, I was upset that when we dropped our vehicle off we were told it’d take 7-9 days, when, in fact, they had it 37 days with literally no reason other than they found a scratch and a run when it went to detail at 30 days. Even more frustrating is the fact that I quit getting status calls after the first week, and at day 31 I called the main office very upset and was assured I would get a call back from the regional manager the next day, he never did call me. Instead he put it off on the local store manager. To me it wasn’t worth the wait for the value we got.

I will never use this shop again, when you ask to talk to the manager the guy will say it’s me and start laughing that’s how much professional they are, they will give you a $600 estimate to paint your car, you leave and come back to see they messed up the car and did poor job then they will ask for more money to fix the problem and if you don’t pay what they’re asking the manager will say ok I’m going to keep the car, don’t believe whatever lies they tell you because they’re going to charge you triple of the original estimate

Didnt do what they were supposed to do, then wanted to charge me extra to fix what they were supposed to do in the first place. Told them there was a trim piece behind the drivers seat, even showed them, told them it needed painted and put back on. Then told them I wanted the trim pieces on the door removed before they painted the car. They call and ask if I wanted the spoiler painted i said yes. They didnt take it off to paint it so the under side is rough. Then I show up to get the car and the trim piece is still behind the seat untouched and the trim on the door is still on the car and they painted over it. I tell them about the trim behind the seat and they tell me its gonna cost me extra to paint it and put it back on because theyll have to remix paint because the trim wasnt on the car. I reminded them I told them about the trim in the beginning and they just didnt follow direction or listen to me and furthermore that doesnt explain why the trim wasnt removed from the car. They said they needed to talk to a manager and they would call me back on what they were going to do. That call back has not been received yet. Im very dissatisfied with this experience!!UPDATE: They commented and told me to call that 1800 number, I did and have never received a call back. I have called them back quite a few times and always get the same response A regional manager is looking into it and will be contacting you soon. I will be contacting BBB and i have also hired an attorney. Ive noticed other people that got shafted by them just gave up and went on, but I am not letting this trend continue. How does a company stay in business that does people this way? But soon to their surprise with evidence i have supplied my attorney its gonna cost them big time. All could have been avoided if they had called back and made it right, but they decided to duck and hope id give up...... not happening maaco.UPDATE2: After all this time, they figured out a way to scapegoat and said because I took it to a different body shop to have their crapwork fixed correctly. It voided their warranty so they dont owe me anything. I said after you messed it up the first time why would I trust your work to redo it. They said not their issue now as I voided the warranty. This is absolutely crazy and I will not allow it to stand. These crooks need to be held accountable.

I ran over a branch in the road which left the protective lip of my car hanging. They were so nice and accommodating! Very quick in their service and helped me to take off the dragging piece just as a hospitable thing to do!!! I highly recommend them for any body work because they are very nice and honest!

They estimated it would be completed in a week but to my surprise and delight, my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup in three days. They did a fantastic job, my vehicle looks like new. I am extremely happy and will be using Maaco whenever I am in the need for any auto body repair. I highly recommend them.

I took my car this place to change just outside color in to yellow they finished within 3 days which is good also the paint looks nice But they failed to cover overspay the yellow all over under the door paint and under the cars plastic cover carelessly its unprofessional. I tried to talk the staffs and the manager to fix the mess. She (manager) said I didnt give you a guarantee for this and I gave you a good deal you pay less I am surprised and disappointed I didnt give my car for messed up with a good deal. Thanks to God for saving my car seat and the interior fabrics. The guys(from the office and workshop) was disrespectful and unprofessional customer handling.

So I took my husbands Crossfire in to get painted, get the car, it looks good and the rear view mirror falls off the next morning. I contact the company and get basically blown off. Shame that your employees cant own up to screwing something up. I will tell everyone, check every single item on your car for yourself and document anything wrong right then and there on the spot. Do rest assured that I will document this negative experience with every site I have access to.

Took 3 weeks to paint a bumper!! Said because of weather it couldnt cure or dry.. when I picked it up there was something on my car they said they didnt know what it was so they took it back to Buff it .. you can see buff marks and the buffing took off paint in places they are unprofessional unreliable and liars. Im warning you..dont go there!!!

Manager knowledgeable, but my assistant was not. Repair time appraisal wan’ t correct when dealing with insurance approval (appraisal for completion was 5-7 day, but took 10 days). My assigned start date should have been after the undamaged parts were received. Also, I shouldn’t have to return car for finishing touches.

Both the people I had help me were super sweet and helped me with everything no problem, even with me not knowing much about anything hah. Loved using them, they kept me updated on how the job was going and when it was ready. They got it done pretty quick, and I appreciate that very much. They did a great job, and if I have to go back to them for something else, I would do it 100%

Does a great job for the money. I had a car that was sun damaged. Took it in and got it completely repainted for a fair price. My only complaint is some small defects you can see under the paint. It is barely noticeable and overall I got what I wanted within budget.

Maaco has done a few different projects for me and I was happy with the results, which were modestly priced compared to the other paint and body shops by comparison.

Really, really pleased with the results. The guys at Maaco understood my budget and completely came through with a very nice paint job. Extremely pleased considering I had such a tight budget. The turn around time was amazing. Had it back in like 4 days. If youre tired of you car looking bad and have a few hundred dollars, give them a chance to help you out. I will definitely reuse their services if I need anymore paint work.

Maaco off of 54th and Mingo did a wonderful job painting the corner of my bumper, the blending was absolutely perfect and completely unnoticeable!! Staff was all very friendly, willing to assist, and easy to work with. If I should ever need any more paint work in the future this will be the only stop on my list. Was told 300$ to just to pull the bumper out could literally do it with a tow strap and ratchet. I decided that was alright. Brought vehicle then manager said 600$ wrote estimate for 8hours for a 1.7hr maximum job. Then when declined the 600$ she called me and said my buisness isnt welcome. WTH

I wouldn’t be giving any star rating if not for the customer service rep. If not for Jerel, I would be irate. He was nothing but professional and excellent.So the paint job either they didn’t get the right color or didn’t clean the air brush out before painting, then the paint was already chipping off and the door had a scraped mark in addition, the door and window weren’t clean, then after all that there was trash left in the cab from the workers. I would expect this kind of job paying quarter of what I did. Lazy and unprofessional work that came out looking like they just bought some paint from Walmart. I should’ve went to the dealership to have them fix it.

When I first got my Honda back, I was extremely happy with the work, however, a month in the paint started peeling. I took it back in March and they said that they only do so many warranty cars a week so they could not get me in until June. The paint started peeling everywhere on my car and I went from driving a nice car to it looked like a hooptie just because the paint was peeling and splitting. Now that Ive taken it back and it is taking them at least two weeks to do the job that I was told would take no more than 3 or 4 at most.
