R&R Automotive is exactly the kind of shop that everyone would love to find. Excellent work, very fair prices, and extremely trustworthy. If you want the dealership kind of facility, and the prices that reflect that kind of overhead, R&R is probably not for you. But if you want to bring your vehicle to a great small business, owned and operated by someone you can totally trust to be honest, timely, and who is very good at what they do, I wholeheartedly recommend R&R.

Randy is the greatest you will ever meet, I have been going to him for the past 5 years and to be honest I have zero interest in calling anybody else because this place is the best automotive shop in Tulsa. I came here to have bulbs for my break lights replaced and I left with a missing lamp. This place stole the lamp for my break lights then said it was never there to begin with. I get my car serviced at the dealership all the time and they would have told me if something was missing. I am now reporting this place to the BBB for thief.The photos they have uploaded here are not photos of the shop. This is false advertisement. I wouldn’t be surprised if the shop wrote these false reviews.

Tl:dr- A good, honest shop. Straight to the point and personable. Put the car on the lift and showed me the problem. Ive been jerked around before, this was not one of those places. Will be going back and recommending it to everyone. Like other reviewers have said, dont be put off by the location or size of the building.The Story: I brought my vehicle here after being suspicious of a major local shops inability to locate an oil leak. I was suspicious because the oil leak was not a small amount at all, and they seemed to want to push to replace hoses and other such things to track the leak down and use tracer fluid. Which by the by, seemed suspiciously expensive. I did not inform R&R about it, simply that I was bringing it in for some other issues and filter replacements.R&R serviced the items I asked for, but also the leak was located, he even put the car up on the lift and showed it to me and how obvious it seemed with a visual inspection. This is what a good Mechanic should do, and I will happily part with the money to fix this problem and more than that, make them the place for my oil changes and other maintenance. Shady mechanics give those like R&R and other professionals a bad name. Save yourself the time and stress and just go straight here, okay?
