I had my headliner replaced and they did a superb job in one days time. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
These guys are great. I first discovered them 20+ years ago when the leather in my minivan was torn and the local dealership sent my car to Southeast Auto Trim. They did a fantastic job. Since then I have purchased three vehicles and they have modified the drivers seat in every one of them to make the seat more comfortable. They also modified my 30-foot boat cover and made it usable. They are honest, experienced, and quality workers. They may not be the cheapest in town but remember you get what you pay for! They will always be my first choice for any type of interior repair or modification. THANK YOU!
They did a wonderful job on an older Japanese car with the leather stock they had on hand (drivers seat split). Car was done on time and they got to me pretty quick, price was fair, looks perfect. This is a great local business with a 30 year history.
Brandon was an absolute saint. Very helpful, informational, and great customer service. 10 stars! Absolutely go here.
After my mother passed a little over a year ago and my sister and I were left with her car and I chose to keep it and get it repaired for my daughter who would be driving in just a little over a year. I had obtained some quotes for some cosmetic repairs but decided to hold off on the repairs. After driving the car for a while off and on, the car starting acting up and needed to immediate attention. I was getting some mechanical repairs made at South Point Honda. I had asked if they could repair some damaged leather and detail the vehicle and was told I should take it to SE Auto Trim because they didnt do the leather repairs and outsourced the detailing. SP Honda had mistakenly tried contacting my mother and after a week passed, I called to find out my car was ready. SP Honda was kind enough to drop the vehicle off SE Auto Trim for them to generate a quote to repair damaged leather, replace belt molding around the windows, replace tape around the doors, and repair a dent on the hood. When comparing the quote to previous quotes, I decided to hold off on authorizing the leather repairs and replacing the exterior tape on the doors because their quote was 63% more than two other estimates. Before I called to authorize the work, I looked on-line to find out SE Auto Trip doesnt do detailing and only disclosed it when I asked. When discussing my decision and asking if they were receptive to proceeding with the repairs that were reasonably priced, I was told no and to come pick up the vehicle. After thinking this through, I found it odd that the dealership recommended SE Auto Trim to detail the vehicle since they also outsourced the detailing. Perception is that maybe, just maybe, the reason they overpriced the repairs was because they are needing that money to pay the individual at the dealership for sending them business. All that being said, I know nothing about the quality they provide, but I highly recommend you get other quotes from folks in the same business to see that they are charging reasonable prices...especially if you are going to them as a recommendation from South Point Honda.Good Luck fellow consumers!
Theyre great Ive had them work on two of my motorcycle seats and Im going to have them do my truck. theyve done a great job and did exactly what I needed . 👍
It was great working with South East Auto Trim [SEAT] yesterday. Needed the center console/armrest recovered in a Honda Pilot. Professional job start-to-finish & prompt. Reasonable price for leather replacement. TYVM, Dana. Appreciate your professionalism. :)
Installed matching trim on the outside and reupholstered the sun visors.Great job.
Awesome staff. Had an issue with the first convertible top (there was a snag in the middle) and they had started working towards a resolution before I even got there. When the new top came in I was able to pick my car up the same day I dropped it off.
Never returned my email for a quote
Dana and team at South East Auto Trim are the best! We had a couple of tears in our leather seat, they were able to replace the damaged section with new leather. The color match is exact and they were able to complete the job quickly. I asked about cleaning all the other seats and they advised they would be happy to clean all the seats for an additional cost (to be expected) but instead she shared their secret to cleaning leather seats and saved me some money. All the seats look new again and I couldn’t be happier. So if you need any interior work on your car this is the right place. I think they even do motorcycle seats.
I had a great experience having a headliner put in my vehicle. They were fair in their in the pricing and worked ahead of schedule, completing the job in the same day! I was very happy about that. They even stayed open a bit later so that I could pick up my car, since I wasnt available until just after closing time (5pm). I highly recommend SEAT for any of your auto trim needs!
My seat looks good as new. Fast turn around also.
My wife and I have been restoring a 1967 Camaro Convertible for years and when it came time to do the interior of course we used Bob and Dana at Southeast Auto Trim but let me tell you they went above and beyond all of our expectations. Not only does the car look awesome but there were a few small parts we still needed to put on that had nothing to do with the interior of the car that we were going to take care of when we get the car back, when we went to pick up the car Bob and Dana had installed those also!!!!! We said wow Bob you didnt have to do that he said Well the extra parts were in the car and the car was here we cant thank them enough for the excellent job done and the professionalism they gave us during the entire process. Thank you Bob and Dana.
They have always tried to save us money and they have done beautiful work on the vehicles we have needed repaired.
They fixed several damaged spots in our leather interior and it looks perfect! They were on time and under budget. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
Dont know yet just got a quote and dropping the car off next week
The only thing that bothered me was they said my headliner would be done in a day and it wasnt but it wasnt too big of a deal but I asked him 2 times was he sure. When I got there it was still sitting where I left it. They did do it in 2 days but dont say one if you arent going to keep your word. If you get a quote make sure you get it in writing he quoted me $100 and when I actually got there raised price to $125. Wasnt too big of a deal but I wished I had something wrote down so he couldnt do that.Prices are competitive and they do great work just make sure you get everything in writing.
Very nice and helpful.
Great quality work!
I live in OKC, and travel back and forth frequently to Tulsa. I decided to purchase an older fuel efficient car; sadly the car that I purchased had been smoked in and had SEVERAL burns in the headliner. I called multiple shops in OKC and Tulsa to get the best price and SEAT quoted me $ 170+tax to do the headliner. When I called to obtain the quote I was asked if the car had a sunroof, I then advised them yes it does.At the time I made the appointment I didnt think we would need to do the visors, but upon delivery of the car, there were burns in those as well. So I called to let them know that I would like the visors done ( I expected a price increase, but was never told how much) At this time to, since we were going to re-do the visors I told her that I would like to have a different color as well. She said it was not a problemOn the plus side when I dropped off my car, she did give me a ride home. That was very niceWhen I picked up the car, ( no one ever called and told me it was ready, I called and asked) The headliner looked great till I saw that the sun roof insert wasnt done. Who changes the color of a headliner and not do the sunroof? Perhaps it was wrong of me to assume that when I was originally asked if the car had a sunroof that that was included in the price. When I got the bill, it was $125 more than my original quote, now I knew it would be higher due to the visors but $62.50 a visor is quite pricey, and I was never told the cost till it was too late. When I asked about the sunroof inserts, she told me it would be another $100 dollars, and I would need to come back the next day.I came back; they did take them out of the car so I could keep my car while they worked on them. I called later afternoon, and talked to the owner who seemed to know nothing about the job, and even if he had the inserts, and when he finally found them he said it would be the following day, late afternoon.I did receive a call mid morning, saying they were done, and to come by after lunch to have them re-installed. I arrived on time as instructed and was there less time then was told it would be. However I asked her to paint the interior trim to match the new headliner, she said they would, at no charge. (I thought that was nice) But when I got my car back, only the sunroof handle and the buttons that hold up the headliner were sprayed, the trim surrounding the sunroof, the visor mirrors, and the trim surrounding the sunroof button are still the original color of the OLD headliner. While the end product of what was completed... is nice, expect my inserts are difficult to slide open and close, I feel I was ripped off. There was a company in OKC that quoted me $225, and would have painted ALL the trim, re-do the visors, and the inserts. Instead I thought I would save money in Tulsa, but instead I lost almost double that!I cannot in good conscience recommend the use of this company, while the work is good (which parts they do complete) the practice of the nickel and dime method is insane and outlandish.
The best in auto interior, they also offer many other services.
