I went to Pierponts looking for hardware for my shower renovation. Cathy was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and even though she did not have what I was looking for in the showroom she took the time to show me catalogs of what could be ordered and ultimately found what I wanted in an older catalog. Cathy explained the pieces and how they worked in detail be make sure I was getting what I needed and would work in my shower. She then made a call to and business in Utica, New York, found the hardware I wanted and had it to me in ONLY TWO DAYS. The thermostat control and water flow controller work perfectly and the handles and trim are beautiful! I simply could not have asked for more from a great local business! I would highly recommend Pierponts Bath & Kitchen for anyone looking for the perfect or hard to find pieces for a bathroom or kitchen. Since I own an older home, Ill be returning to Pierponts in the future so I can get exactly what I want for my next renovation project!

Cathy helped us come up with a plan to purchase a goose neck attachment & rain showerhead just before Christmas as a gift. While we discussed then that the showerhead was too large & I needed a smaller head, she encouraged me to order the larger one & exchange it after Christmas. I did return the first head, still new & in original packaging; then I ordered a new, smaller head. Unfortunately, she charged us for both shower heads, about $180 each & at first would not give us a credit or refund for the item we returned. We paid twice for one showerhead & she kept the first one. After I contacted her several times, Cathy finally agreed to give us a refund for the first showerhead that we returned & we are very happy with that transaction and also with the smaller rain head she ordered for us. Thank you!
