The store is large, its local, and everything has a great price. The hair was lovely and realistic, the makeup is very pigmented and in good quality, their jewelry is skin safe and very beautiful. The cashiers are fantastic and very helpful and personable. I will certainly be back here, I loved everything about it. Im so glad I stopped in for a visit! Thank you!

Ive always had a great experience! This is the only hair stair I don’t feel like racially profiles me ! There’s no harsh tension when I walk in, there’s finally no one following me around ! I love it makes me feel comfortable and this is the only one I’ll go to plus its close by my house LOL

Ive been a customer of this store since it opened but unfortunately not anymore. I attempted to go in today to buy some lashes, I was immediately met with hostility and horrible customer service. I was asked if i had a mask i told them i did not because Oklahoma no longer has a mandate for it thats when the staff went berserk.. The guy told me i can go f%@$ myself.. Nd the lady in so many words stated my store my rules. Yall, Im fully vaccinated, i understand covid was horrible and nobody wants to relive that nightmare but what I experienced was ludacris and This company would never get my business again

There was never a real Beaty supply around my town until this one came along not too long ago. I’ve been twice since it opened and I love it. Everything there is extremely affordable and the people are kind. They restock regularly from what I’ve heard. 10/10 recommend

My husband I and are new to Tulsa, Ok. And our only off day together. We decided to take a 10 minute walk to the hair store. Because my husband didnt want me walking alone. We arrived to this store and I have supported these businesses for many years. And as of yesterday it was my first time of being accused of stealing. I emptied out my bag showing her all I did was pulled out my agenda for my list and my calender. And pulled out all my other personal items. Im so disappointed and heart broken. Us as black people that support these businesses need to realize these people dont really care for us but our money. Support businesses that care for you and that will invest in you.

Only been here a few times now, but the staff is great very friendly they’re always so nice to my kids too! they also have great selections, Will definitely continue to go.

Very poor customer service and they do not sell quality products. My biggest grievance is they are liars. I am so disappointed by how the owner tried to twist my words when I corrected her about the authenticity of her shea butter products. For some reason the RA cosmetics shea butter is of very poor quality here and has a spoiled smell and the owner refused to do anything about it. In fact, she suggested that it was normal. For the record, shea butter does not smell like vinegar, nor should it smell like old vegetable oil. It is infuriating to deal with people like this who want to argue instead of owning up to the fact that they sold me a bad item and refused to remedy the situation. She told me to contact the company when I bought it from her.
