Arrived at 0855 for a 1000 appointment, got a dock assignment right away. They didnt start unloading me until 1300, and finished unloading at 1400.I only had 10 pallets of beer. Many trucks came and went while I was waiting. They also left my trailer an absolute mess, plastic and broken wood everywhere.To check in you must park on the road and walk to the office on the far end of the docks.There was also a man walking around offering to wash trucks, I found it very strange they allow soliciting on the lot.

Overnight parking, super friendly staff and fast unloading. Sign does say opens at 600 am, but as few people mentioned already if your appoitment is at 500am go ahead and pull up to the gates right at 500am and they should open up.

Its fantastic to see all the necessary pictures for a truck driver. The entrance sign and the receiving door pics are very helpful.

Stayed over night got unloaded after 5am and they were quick

Remember if you have a 5am appointment..Pull up to the gate and it will open...the sign by the gate reads 6 till noon.....

LDF failed to properly clear a tap line for a beer they distribute To a local restaurant. They put a Line cleaning product in that contains potassium hydroxide and did not flush it out completely. I drank it and had an upset stomach and other issues. The restaurant got me in touch with Tom at LDF, who Was very rude Despite their mistake. It took 2 full days to actually find out what product I drank. He first told me it was sodium sulfite /sulfate (he used the 2 interchangeably on the phone), and then later provided the product name with a completely different chemical As listed above. They are obviously not knowledgeable on the chemicals they are putting into the lines or how to properly flush them. He insisted I was Only asking what product I ingested because I wanted money, He asked if an attorney Advised me to inquire on the product, and actually told me to shut up on the call. I actually was wanting product information to know if I have any health concerns and know what the heck I drank. Highly encourage anyone doing business with this unprofessional company to reconsider.

Overnight parking on the street. Gate opens at 6am. Walk up next to door 97 to check in leave truck outside the gate if you dont they wont check you in. Ive been there 7xs quick in and out appointment arent to strict

I had a decent experience here. Just drive up to the receiving door, stay out the way of other trucks, check in and BOOM!!! get unloaded..

They have a restroom and parking outside the gate but dont check in at 1000 appt time thinking youll be in and out because I think they get a 2hr lunch break!!

Delivery drivers do not know what customer hospitality is anymore. They do not have any respect for a stores customers in the parking lot either. Thats corporate America for you.

Shipping and receiving 6am-noon

Whoever you have driving one of your company cars from Tulsa to Owasso was Very reckless. Tag was GSQ764 had your logo on the side. Happened about 6:30 on 5/12/2020. First the driver comes down I-44 at about 85mph in the rain (speed limit is 60). He then crosses all four lanes at the last second to get onto the owasso exit for 169.I lose sight of him until traffic slowed him up enough that I saw his tag and off he goes again at 80+. Speed limit there is 65.Then we exit 86th street north he decides that the 35mph limit on surface streets is too low so goes about 55 down 86th until he turned south on 129th.Apparently this isn’t an uncommon thing with your drivers though.

One of my favorite customers to date. I arrived 48 hours before my appt time. Checked in and the FANTASTIC Supervisor didnt hesitate to give me a door in abt 5 minutes or so. Was done in approximately 25 minutes afterwards. Location has overnight parking on the driveway alley prior to the entrance. Would definitely deliver here again. God Bless u all guys.

Wow! Was given door upon entrance. Backed into door and within five minutes was being unloaded. Quick unload and on to the next stop.

Small white car with a woman driving, LDF companies logo on the side: drove like a maniac, right on the bumper of everyone and over the line, over the speed limit, and could have got someone killed. Obviously this is a reoccurring issue with your drivers. Shape up!!

Sales rep.very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery, first thing in the morning, day after the order was made. Driver very friendly.

Very friendly and unload the trailer in less than an hour. Easy backing and with no issues.

Wish the management cared more for their employees and treated them with the respect that they deserve. The only employees that they treat well are the sales reps, the others they could care less about and throw them under the bus. Dont ever work here

Female in small white ldf car about hit me as she cut me off pulling out of warehouse market parking lot at 8:38 this morning. # on car I5-57(04) or( 09) license tag #7S3680. Then was behind her as she got on I-44 and she tailgated mini van in front of her about 5ft off theyre bummer about a mile. Jumped over two lanes to inside lane as was doing the same to car in that lane as I got off on Lewis. Sure see a lot of driving complaints on the reviews. Ldf needs to put their people in check before they have or cause an accident with theyre wreckless aggressive driving.

Their car driver nearly caused 3 different accidents in the 10 minutes I was near them. 3/30/17, license 314MOL, fleet number ending 1281.

This place is pathetic they take forever to unload they should change the rules we as truck drivers get paid for every mile we run. They should get paid for every truck they unload. I bet that will get them off there asses.

Went in a day early, was told no guarantee of being unloaded. Couple hours later was in a door. Shortly after was unloaded.
