Check the loads before leaving facility they put unbalance pallets and damages in the middleDelivery to Memphis,TN Pepsi location they not unloading until re palleting driver or lumpers 😠😠😠

CAUTION ADVISED! When turning from the the off ramp onto W Skelly Dr - there is a concrete island that is hard to see at night and will ruin a steer tire if you are not careful.I was allowed in a couple of hours early and unloaded in about an hour. Plenty of room to maneuver.Parking available in drop lot at the end of the road down from the gate.

Unload at a snails pace one pallet every 30 minutes if your lucky

The individual that checked me in at the main gate was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He also got me a door in about 15 minutes. My only concern is that it took nearly 3.5 hours to load a half load of pallets. Slightly over 19000lbs. Im on E-log like everyone else. This massive delay made it impossible for me to deliver to Tulsa Pepsi by 10AM the next morning. Resulting in not getting empty until 3:30PM. Resulting in me not getting a new load the same day and having to wait until the next morning for a load out of Tulsa. Resulting in money out of my pocket. This is not a bad place, but with all drivers using E-logs and being on the clock while in the facility, 3.5 hours for a half load of pallets is quite concerning.

Delivery appointment was 11:00 am is 2:24 and still at the dock delivering pallets drivers avoid this place is very slow.

Appointment was at 1700 got there at 1300 was loaded by 1530. Everyone was nice and backing up to the dock wasnt bad.

No sense in having appointment times they will not unload you when they are supposed to 4 hours and havent even gotten a door yet

Nice friendly folks. One down side, if a skid tips they dont have Lumpers onsite so its you rearranging a skid or wait for a contracted crew to arrive, fill out paperwork then have them unload. Other than that, unloading would be about a hour n half with my 1st visit here.

Deliver at 6 a.m. out by 6:45am. Parked overnight by entrance.

Notorious for using temps for 1 or 2 week terms when to many experienced people are out on vacation.
