Absolute joy to work with Troy and his crew at Tulsa Boat Sales. We had been on the hunt for a Tri-Toon and there was no inventory anywhere. Luckily I came across this dealer and they had some 2022 stock coming in. Troy earmarked one for me and kept me posted weekly (even daily at times) on its arrival. Just picked up the boat last weekend and it is absolutely beautiful. Paperwork was a breeze and they walked me through each inch of the boat to be sure I was satisfied. It was a 220 mile drive from my home to Tulsa Boat Sales and I will do it again in a heartbeat for future boats even if there is inventory local to me. These guys are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them!

I drove a 11 hours to buy a used pontoon from them. They said they serviced it and it ran great. But would not let me take it on a test ride for myself because of being short handed and of the covid19 regulations. So being a dealership I thought it would be okay to still purchase. But after I took it out for the first time it only ran for 30 minutes. After doing some work on it found out that the power head is trash there is no compression! Ive called,emailed and left voicemails several times but one response. THIS PLACE IS SHADY!!!!! DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ANY WAY THEY CAN AND DONT CARE ABOUT IT EITHER. Does not sound like I was the only one just wish I would have read the reviews before driving down there.

From experience don’t ever go to Tulsa boat sales. they tell you the use boats have been gone through and are ready to go.that’s a lie. take it out the first day you get it and it’s junk stop payment asked for your money back they keep your money they won’t give it back I got a lawyer and they still wouldn’t give my money back their fraud.

My wife wanted me to buy a pontoon boat andI was trying to get out of it and was doing pretty good until we went to Tulsa Boat Sales. Instead of telling her what a great deal all the boats they had to sell were and telling her she needed to put money down today they asked her questions about how many people we would take out and where we would go, then explained how the boats would preform and what we could expect.so a word to the wise unless you really want to get a pontoon boat stay away from these guys because they have a whole new building full of them and they dont have to sell you what they have they have the one you need.

Bought a new Bentley pontoon from Richard. 6 months after purchase the speedometer still does not work. Electrical wiring has come loose and falls into the water. Side trim on drivers side came loose. Richard and Owner Troy have done nothing to resolve. Do not buy a Bentley or do business with Tulsa Boat Sales. If you need them after the sale they will not do anything to assist you..Have an awesome week everyone.

Great sales and service after the sale!

The purchase was great, but if you have a pontoon boat dont sent it to their shop, because they seem uninterested in fixing the pontoons. I have been months without my boat and now its in a different shop.

We bought a deck boat a week ago. After putting it on the water we had some issues. The gauges werent working and a possible gas leak. I called them and they said bring it in and well check it out. I brought it in and they jumped right on it and took care of all the issues and at no charge. Yes the boat was sold as is, but they made it right! Thats a testimont to their word.

Dont know how they treat new customers but if you dont buy your boat from them the owner can be pretty rude. I called of taking my boat in for repairs and the service man said no problem that they were not busy. I called back at end of third service day and was disappointed to find out that the boat had not been seen yet from the owner. He told me how busy they had been and I told him that I was told the opposite before Id brought the boat to them. He said well just come and get it then. I dont take ass chewings very well. It will be in the parking lot and we close at 6pm. Maybe next time youll buy your boat from me. The conversation took place at about 4:55 pm. I picked it up without anyone even asking if I was the owner. I cannot attest to the workmanship but the owner is not trustworthy. I doubt I will buy a boat from someone like that. He needs to learn what service means.

Dealer replaced the gamil bear 6 years ago & 4 years ago and a week ago. When I took boat in the last time I told service manager about having 3 gamil bears replaced in 6 years and told the mechanic the same thing when he called me the price to repair unit. I asked him about any rust on bearing. When picked up the boat I asked the Owner to see the bearing they replaced it was all rusty. I had another mechanic replaced the bellows both the gamil and shift bellows had holes in them.This is like have water in the center of your living room and you clean up the water but not fix the roof. This Dealer cost me time and about $1200.00 in extra repairs.
