Kenneth and Katrina are the best! I dropped my car off early on a rainy Sat morning and they got the oil changed, cabin filters replaced, and fuel treated before noon. Katrina was really kind to me on the phone, I highly appreciate them taking the time to explain what issues my car was showing up as. Highly suggest this place if you need your car taken care of!

TERRIBLE!!!!!...bought and brought top shelf brakes only to return my car and get my money back because it was stopping worse than than the old brakes...? Only to find out he was put on wrong back pads on front front pads on back... Here it is 2 months later and Im metal to metal caliper is now the brake pad. Yeah I got 100 bucks back for labor but wow!!!!!!P.S I wouldnt let them put air in my tire if I was on a flat in their parking lot!!!!!!

I went in for a oil change they couldnt get the bolts or whatever loose. So they only changed my filters, I left and proceeded to drive to my next destination upon arrival I noticed jiffy lube had not put my oil cap back on. So I lost all of my oil had to have my car towed to a friend of mines shop to get the oil change done. If I had not stopped my motor could have blown. I have yet to be reimbursed! You guys are the worst if I could give zero stars I would.

I asked if they would change my oil if i already had bought it. I told them i am unable to because of my heslth he basically told me too bad they only change ut with their oil. I found a place on s lewis who did it for me at a minimal cost. Never go to jiffy lube again not friendly and dont care about anything

Wife and daughter took car into other location for oil change and after oil change engine started up and started knocking, they sent us to this location and this location did nothing 3 mechanics said they started engine with out putting oil back in and owner of jiffy lube won’t call us back Pat or Greg Moore, now we are having to put motor in a 2012 car do not trust them to do the honest or right thing and don’t trust them with your wife or children I would like them to r alive this situation

They tell you the truth and do the best they can to work with you. They also have popcorn and soda and lollipops for the littles, and i have never seen another car service offer that. You can tell the team really cares about treating the customer right and doing it the right way. I highly recommend!

I came here yesterday to have my brakes fixed for the $129 special. The two men that worked there were extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. Saved me hundreds of dollars while risking their lives considering this pandemic. But I will forever go to Jiffy Lube if I have break issues.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube of all time. I dont even live near this one, and I still drive the extra distance so I can make sure theyre the ones messing with my car. The greatest aspect of this location is the customer service. I have never met such friendly, kind-hearted people. They genuinely care how youre doing, are upfront about how much things will cost, and help you figure out what needs to be done and what can wait. Theyre also super fast! The lobby area is always cleaned and stocked with drinks and popcorn! Theyre not pushy--and I appreciate that because its hard these days to find someone that isnt trying to just sell you something. Theyve always got specials and coupons going. I highly recommend, and I send everyone I know to this specific location! Keep up the great work, guys!

I arrived at 4:57PM (I thought they closed at 6PM Mon-Sat), needing an oil change. Jason came out of the back room and smiled ready to work. I asked what time they closed- because I was the only person there- and he politely informed me that I was mistaken and that they closed at 5PM on Saturday. I offered to come back but he said it was no problem and hed change my oil as he opened my car door to let me out. He and Ken took care of me and my car. I have always been satisfied with Jiffy Lube but this moment was pivotal for this location. I will always use them

I arrived Saturday morning expecting the place to be a mad house. What I experienced was nothing like that. Jason was friendly, happy to be there and kept the cars moving. I was greeted at the car, ushered into the lobby for a cold beverage and educated on my options. You have gained a customer for life.

I went to this Jiffy Lube on the random and was blown away by the friendliness and quickness of the entire team. I came in and I was out I the store before I knew it. The hospitality was exceptional and the even let me know other things that was wrong with my car and gave me a quote. Ive been to about 5 Jiffy Lubes in Tulsa and this was without a doubt the best experience Ive had at any of them.

Fantastic service! They will walk right out to you after you park despite the freezing cold. They do their best to give you the best discounts and to provide the utmost quality of service. They even offer free hot/cold drinks and snacks in their office! I typically change my own oil and do my own maintenance, but I believe that for future necessities I will bring my business here. I was there a little before 0800 Kenneth came out and greeted me ask what I need I told him what I had and my worries. He told me what he could do for me today May 22 2018. He was very nice even smiled. Made me feel good I have been here before and the service has been outstanding. I believe Kenneth Service that car too. Travis was an great help too showed me my filter need to me changed. That was in today so we added a note on my invoice as I have short term memory lost. I’m Navy Vet retiree and had a head on collusion 6 year ago. These men didn’t know this with the Disabilities I have they took their time with me. Travis showed me what was done. While they were quick, what they did overshadowed it as they over filled my car by more than double the capacity. Car holds 4.5quarts, what was in the car was 10qrts. Luckily i checked the next day, in case u non mechanics didnt know, overfilling the engine cuases catastrophic damage and locks up the engine. I should of just done it myself.

I cant go back to Jiffy Lube. Every time I go in there I feel like Im being hustled. Sometimes you just want an oil change. Besides... The word jiffy is in your name. It shouldnt take so long to get my oil changed.

They were very friendly, accommodating and fast too. I went in looking for an oil change but when they showed me my air filter I decided it probably could use a change out also. but with adding the air filter onto the price I didnt have quite enough $ on me, but they gave me a discount that brought it down enough that I could afford it. Like I said great service, keep it up!

My mother and I went there first thing this morning. I would like to say that the man I did business with (Kenny Gaddis) was very knowledgeable and quick to teach. I only know how to drive them-nothing else! I really don’t like having to go in for oil changes and stuff but going in this morning made it so my mind is made up. I enjoy that they always provide great service and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me because I’m not very familiar with car mechanics and they never try to oversell anything. Just great service & great recommendations for my vehicle.

I may be over reacting because I’m hormonal and pregnant... But the short blonde haired receptionist needs to learn respect and proper customer service when dealing with couples. I just got home from a disappointing trip to jiffy lube. We walked in only to be sold on additional things, racking our overall bill up to $160 for 2 oil changes. We sat down and another customer walked in and said “I don’t want that girl working on my car” referring to the receptionist. So I, in return had a foul look on my face as that struck me completely rude discriminating and disrespectful. I feel like the receptionist might have seen my reaction and thought I was projecting it towards her and if I offended then I apologize, as I was internally defending this female from this rude old man. But either way shortly after I realized more and more that she was giving me different customer service than she gave my boyfriend. She made side conversations with him about things not involving our service and had him walk out with her to go over his vehicle when she just came in and informed me of mine. She didn’t make jokes and giggle like she did with him. She’s very lucky because where I’m from, we go to jail when a female disrespects us by flirting with our dude. Learn some respect blondie. We will obviously not be back.

This is the best Jiffy Lube ever. I have 3 vehicles and take all of them to this location. They are so nice and let me know if there is anything else needs to be done to my car. I have been know to drive in about 5 minutes before they close, and they have always taken care of me.

Jiffy Lube provided quick and knowledgeable service at a great price! Not only did they change my oil, but they also made sure I was aware of how my car was performing and what to watch out for in the future. I feel like they cared about me as a customer. I usually go to Walmart for oil changes but there was a two-hour wait, so I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. Since there is a substantial difference in the customer service level between Jiffy Lube and Walmart, I will go to Jiffy Lube the next time I need an oil change.

I had the most horrible experience at this Jiffy Lube. I took it in for a simple oil change but ended up getting all of my fluids filled, including power steering, windshield fluid, etc. I noticed as soon as I pulled out of the garage that my steering wheel was suddenly making a very loud strange noise (that it had never done before). I stopped and asked the guy to look at my car as I was unfamiliar with the sound and he said that it sounded as if my power steering was about to go out. I decided to pull away and by the time I had driven two miles down the road, all of my power steering fluid had completely leaked onto the ground and I could not steer my car. I called Jiffy Lube the next day (as my car was completely unable to be driven) and after explaining the situation, the guy over the phone very rudely responded with, Well you just told me youve had this problem before, something I had never mentioned whatsoever to him. I later called to let them know that I would be bringing my car back to them once I got it towed to a mechanic and the manager over the phone demanded to see the car before a mechanic saw it. I had to tow my car to the Jiffy Lube and the manager quickly came outside, jumped on the tow truck, looked under my car and very rudely replied, Yep! Just as I said, you have a hole in the tube. Thats not our fault at all! Keep in mind, I never once had an accusatory attitude with them, I just explained that if the problem were due to them, I would like a refund. He then yelled at me and my boyfriend to come back and apologize to them whenever we took it to the mechanic and they told us we were wrong. I was astonished at how inconsiderate and rude the manager was when I never once rose my voice or was rude to him or his workers. I have never in my life been in such a horrible situation concerning a business and was very shocked at their response at the first mention that I had a problem with my car IMMEDIATELY after meeting with them. I will never take my car to another Jiffy Lube and I advise you not to use this one as well. I learned that even if a problem is caused by them, they will refuse to work with you and you are left with whatever damages are caused. It cost me over $500 in repairs and the entire power steering pump had to be replaced.

When I arrived, manager offered coffee, but the coffee machine is broken. He should have been asking me instead to leave my key fob in the car. That would have been more efficient.I’ve been a customer at other Jiffy Lubes but this one couldn’t find me in their computer system. I pulled out my iPad and said I would do some work while they worked on my car, so the receptionist turned on the TV! I was the only customer there! She obliged when I complained and asked her to turn it off.I had to ask for the wi-fi password and correctly guessed which network was theirs. Couldn’t they post that information in a prominent spot? Or better yet, make it password-free? There aren’t many people nearby who would steal the service, I don’t think, unless they are worried about QuikPrint.Memo to self: if you have a choice, use lane closer to waiting area so that you can see tire rotation, etc. being done. Otherwise, another customer will arrive and block your view.

Was in town to visit my daughter I took her KIA in for service and I was greeted very professionally by Terri. She answered all my questions was very patient when I repeated the question to make sure I understood. She explained all that I would receive on their signature oil service. Completed a preliminary check and explained what would cost extra if needed. We left are car came back 2 hours later It was ready and the inside was cleaned, awesome! She knew I was from out of town and was heading back home offered to check my tire pressures and fluid levels. Thankfully she did m y oil was very low Terri topped it off I highly recommend this place tell Terri I said so.

This is the worst place to get an oil change at. The mechanics look like meth addicts and changed my oil for almost $50.00 just for me to turn around and pay $25.00 for an oil change to correct their work. Jiffy Lube changed my oil yesterday on Friday, just to find out that the oil was leaking out of the oil filter and getting on everything under my hood. The shop that changed my oil on today, Saturday, informed me that my motor would have blown up by the end of this weekend due to the oil leak from the oil filter was so bad. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

The customer service was excellent!

At their core of doing oil changes, they do well. But, they did take apart the entire turn signal assembly dismissing the headlight bolts as adjusting screws when they tried to change the headlight. They did reassemble it properly, so no points off for not figuring out a rather esoteric headlight to change, albeit with a really common vehicle (1997 C2500 pickup). Buuut, they did also offer to change the highstop brakelamp, which they did successfully, however, they did not put the assembly back together correctly, something I did not notice until I went through a car wash and got soaked from the ceiling.If you use good washer fluid like RainX, top it off before you go in.The fact that now that I know what the right way is and theyre willing to learn is a strong point, though. I will be coming back despite the fact that they do need some supervision if you ask them for anything other than an oil change.

They took a little longer than they usually do and they didnt clean any of my windows or vacuum my carpets like the receipt says they did. Makes me wonder if they cut any corners under the hood.

Went in for radiator flush & added BG flush so I could get lifetime warranty. Received a discount for the grand opening special 121st & Hwy. 75 location. Jiffy Lube found I was dragging plastic underneath my Mustang & safely removed it with no extra charge & also did a courtesy expection before we left on our road trip! Great service & knowledge of your vehicles so I highly recommend Jiffy Lube! Returning soon to finish other services with BG products!
