My only complaint is that a customer was allowed to have a dog in the waiting room. Admittedly by the customer, not a service animal. This dog was allowed to be on the furniture and and basically whatever he and the dog owner wanted, even getting in personal space of other customers. the owner even decided to play with him while there instead of making him just sit and behave. When they left, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, covering the couch that he was on AND the one behind them. Then when i mentioned the hair to the receptionist, she did nothing to clean it up.I not against dogs, but I am against dogs where they dont belong. And this is not a place for pets.
I bought a jeep Cherokee here on 9/13/2021. I was told I would receive my financing paperwork in 2 weeks. Over a month later. I still had not received anything so I called and was told my loan had not been funded yet but would be soon. 2 more weeks goes by and still nothing so I called again and was told they were still working on it. At the beginning of November I got a call from GM financial stating that I had a past due payment of 5 days. The finance department here is incompetent. I also didn’t receive my title until a week ago. Awful service. Lazy people. Do not recommend at all. Sadly this is the typical car dealership.
I brought my car in for an oil change but also had a tire issue. They did everything so quickly and repaired my tire for me!! I really appreciate the amazing service !! I will definitely be back!!

Had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 Encore on 8/25/21. Robert (service advisor) was very professional and courteous - one of the reasons I keep coming back. The service area and waiting room were very tidy and the cashier very personable.
Purchase truck. When I got home rear passenger door will not open. Scheduled for repair. It began to work before repairs. They said if it happened again they would repair. Door white again. They won’t repair purchase vehicle 19 days ago
Went in for an oil change on my Yukon. Didnt have an appointment but they say they take walk ins. Got there 10 minutes after 7am and was told there was someone ahead of me and it would be @8:45 before it was ready. Thats fine, I even expected it might take a little longer but after checking a couple times, at 10:30 they told me they were just getting to it. I was told the oil filter was stuck and they couldnt get out off. I had asked about a broken rearview mirror but they hadnt even looked at it as it was still up on the racks at that point. Finally left with just the oil changed at 11:10 and they didnt even run it through the wash as a requested service. How can an oil change take 4 hours when thats something they do day in and day out? Horrible experience.

Istopped in last week and Spoke to service manager Robert about my ac blowing hot hair. He said he would diagnose for $125 and I asked about the best day of the week to bring it in. I dropped my car off this morning *Wednesday *at 7am. I was the first one in line. I requested an AC diagnosis and repair, oil change, wheel balance and tag light bulb changed. I knew it would take a while so I had their shuttle service drop me back at home. I did not hear anything by noon so I called. They still had not diagnosed. I called back at 3 PM. They still had not diagnosed. I told him I have to be at work the following day at 1pm. He said they would not be finished. I told them to send the shuttle back to get me. Even though I purchased my car here, I will not go back. I would not take my car back. Update: I took my car to Meineke they diagnosed and repaired my AC within 2 hours. Two new valve thingamajigs and 3 tons of freon.
My girlfriend just recently purchased a car from Mark Miller and the car that she got immediately started having issues shes had it now for about 2 weeks and it has transmission issues and now the car is actually sitting and it will not start. I could not go with her to test drive the vehicle but I feel like any car that you purchase especially from a reputable dealership should not immediately start having problems my girlfriend is a great driver she does not overdrive a car this was a lemon that they sold her an absolute lemon and I hope anyone that reads this will stay away from Mark Miller because its obvious that they are not trustworthy any dealerships that would sell a car with this many problems is actually a bunch of crooks.

I love Marc Miller ~ I purchased my car from them. It was recently pummeled by hail and had to go in for repairs. My insurance does not cover car rental, so they worked hard to get it repaired as quickly as possible to minimize my rental expense. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Marc Miller!!

We were lied to from the beginning of our purchase here. Telling us the vehicle wasn’t listed for the price it was online, changing the price online while we were sitting at the dealership, to holding our title and lying about it for over a month. Still haven’t received our title that was supposed to be overnighted to us, which did not happen either. The title clerk is very rude and dishonest. Apparently that is par for the course here. We asked to speak to the manager, who apparently is the owner, no call back. Terrible customer service and worst experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Would not recommend!

When I went to the car lot, I had my eye on another vehicle that was in my price range. Eli, my salesman showed the vehicle I had my eye on. Him and his manager kept trying to get me to look at a 21 Buick Envision. Honestly, I wasnt wanting to look at it, but i did and ended up loving it. Eli was very friendly and helpful. I like my Buick Envision and would definitely come back.

Came in for the second oil change since purchasing the vehicle. I was greeted promptly and shown to the waiting area. I was asked to review what services were to be preformed. I waited maybe 45 minutes or so for the work to be completed. When the vehicle was finished I was greeted by a gentleman that assured me all work was done and there were no issues found. Services were paid for, and I was led to my vehicle and told “thank you”. No issues or complaints.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a horrible experience with Marc Miller GMC. We did have two vehicles to trade in on a new vehicle. One was a 2020 Challenger that was going to be upside down but we needed to have two vehicle payments instead of three like we did. Boyfriend has great credit and we had no problem with the payment amount, plus had $2,000 down. On Wednesday we spent two and half hours filling out paperwork getting approved. They looked over the challenger for the trade in and asked us to come back the following day with other vehicle. But would call us in the morning by 10 am to see if can finance since we would be upside down on payoffs. They were supposed to call us in the morning but didn’t, so at 10:45 I called them, then we were told they would call us back in an hour we were never called until 2 that day. So that night the deal is supposed to be completed. When we got there the salesman doesn’t know where he put the paperwork with original figures. Asks my boyfriend to call for final payoff. Then tells us they need more money he don’t know if can get financing for the additional 2,500 we need. He asks manager then says they don’t know if they can make it happen. So send us out again with no vehicle and frustrated after two more hours waiting.When we left I called and asked the salesman how much we were approved for because the numbers are not adding up to what he said he sent me to voicemail. Then Friday we go back finance guy we were supposed to see was not there. So we wait again finally they have the same finance manager that was there the previous night call us in to make the deal. Once finished they never once said thank you, never took our picture with our 2020 Arcadia. Plus while there waiting heard one employee yell at a woman employee about getting to the back to wait on customers when she was upfront taking care of customers. They did not include a military discount where boyfriend is retired military or an education discount where I am a teacher. The nicest person we met there were the ladies cleaning in the back and the lady that set up our On Star. We were extremely disappointed in the entire process and both of us have bought plenty of vehicles and have never been treated this poorly.Mr. Marc Miller I was wanting to get a hold of you but I was not sure how. I wanted to let you know how this deal went because I am sure you worked hard to build your name and company. A manager did call us the day after this post and said they would mail us a $100 gift card for dinner and make sure Larry received credit for his military service. Thank you
The people at M Miller have been good to work with. The truck came with an air leak from the factory and I’m driving a loaner. Factory people did a very poor job installing the windshield. So I’m waiting to be able to drive the truck. This is not M Miller’s fault, it is GMC’s fault.

Eric was very patient in working through with me what I thought were items to be repaired but were actually service drive corrections. Untangling a seat belthung up on the back of the lower drivers seat. Also turning on dash lights that been turned off during a detail. The tech did repair the glove box that was broken but part no longer available. I am so grateful and its a worry off my list. If necessary Ill be back. Everyone was so thoughtful and patient.
Good service from professionals. I was both pleased and impressed that they had the parts in stock. Within a couple of hours, they were able to remedy the unique situation on my husbands vehicle. Service consultant R.Murray kept me informed concerning both the diagnosis and the cost. I was very pleased. I wont use the dealership again. I dropped my vehicle off (after scheduling an appointment 2 weeks in advance) on Friday at 10. I received my loaner which didnt accommodate my needs. I was told I would be called at 1pm that day (I wasnt) . Monday I still hadnt been called, so I called service and left a message for my service person to call me. He called me at the end of the day and told me that he thought they should be able to look at it by the end of the day on TUESDAY! I explained that it was pointless for me to drop my vehicle off on Friday if they couldnt look at it until tuesday. Eric Bowman stated that the appointment was just to get the loaner car, and put me in the queue. I was very frustrated... On tuesday he called me and told me that he thought they were close to diagnosing and that the problem with my intellilink system would cost 1k. BUT they would have to take the dash apart to know for sure. I had put in the notes that I had tested the fuses, and removed the glove compartment to allow access to the HMI. That I had identified the problem, and that you didnt have to go through the dash to fix it. Late Wedensday I got my vehicle back. The rear drivers side Tire had 19PSI. and the glove compartment had been put back together completely missing the piece that covers the HMI leaving all the wires exposed to the glove compartment.
It was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Mike Harwell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The place to go when your GMC needs some TLC.
When we picked up our pickup from having a routine oil change, it smoked out of the exhaust (white & blue smoke). We had it towed back to the dealership & within 2 hours of it being at the dealership, they said to come & get the pickup, the service manager drove it & could not see any smoke. We went back to pick it up, and driving it off the lot it starting smoking again. We didnt even get it 1/2 mile down the road & it smoked. We then drove it back to the dealership & they agreed that something was wrong. The next day they called & indicated that the mechanic and overfilled the oil tank by 1 1/2 cups of oil. They drained the oil, refilled it and said that they drove it around 70 miles with no smoke, no issues. We talked to the service manager & are worried about long-term damage done to our 2020 GMC Sierra truck, just purchased in April 2020. This was our very first oil change in this new truck. Service manager said that he was 99% sure that no long term effects on the engine would be a result of the mechanics negligence. What we are worried about is the catalytic converter, and would like for GMC to extend our warranty on this truck to cover any damage that may have been done at the dealership by a routine oil change. We purchases (2) 2020 vehicles within 4 months from this dealership and feel like they owe us an extended warranty. We drive our vehicles for 10+ years and we plan on having this truck for at least 10 years and do not want it to cause any problems for us down the road. NOTE: I have videos of the amount of smoke that was coming out of the exhaust, if needed. My 2020 Acadia is now due for its first oil change & I am afraid to have the service department perform the oil change due to issues that we had on our truck.
Eli was super helpful over text messages before we decided to drive down to Tulsa. Unfortunately he wasn’t in when we were but the GM and our salesman was also super helpful. Fast and easy service.

If you are buying a GMC try another dealership. Not only did we have trouble with the salesperson and getting him to call us back with answers about the over $50k truck we were looking at and finally purchased, now we have trouble with the service department.Called this week to get our new GMC in for a simple oil change and they can’t get to it for TWO weeks! Ridiculous! Lots of excuses and even told us if you need to take it somewhere else we understand. Just think if you actually need service or warranty work how long you will wait.
My 2020 Sierra SLT will not acknowledge a trailer is connected, because the trailer does not pull 5.5 amps. This was told to me in a bulletin, by the service tech. I was not aware of this at the time of purchase nor was I notified of this problem. I was only made aware because I brought my vehicle in for service. My problem is more with GM and the engineering of the trailer lighting system. However, the service manager did not seem inclined to assist me further in contacting someone at GM to file a complaint. His response was that the bulletin said it was not a warranty issue and that i can alter my trailer or purchase an adapter that he admitted he didnt understand how it would mount to my truck. I currently have a complaint filed with the BBB and as of now have an open complaint account with GM.

Then Marc Miller Buick GMC is the place fore you!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Buick Encore from Mr. Mike Lynch here and he was a breath of fresh air! As a young woman, it was daunting car shopping by myself, however I knew what I wanted and did my homework. After visiting various dealerships before stopping at Marc Miller Buick GMC, I was exhausted with men younger than me showing me cars that were OBVIOUSLY out of my price range, referring to me as a “sale”, and asking me where my husband was. At my wits end, I finally ended up here. I went in the Pre-Owned office and met Mike. I told Mike I wanted to look at the 2016 Buick Encore and he didn’t even hesitate. He let me test drive and take it to my mechanic who approved it as a solid vehicle! Mike was kind, patient, and hospitable. Not something I was used to at other dealerships. When I finally purchased the vehicle, I was in and out no more than 25 minutes! I financed through my bank and had my ducks in row ahead of time. This process was easy and the people were so kind.
