We worked with Dee, Kenny, and David to order and purchase our new Maverick, and we could not be more pleased with them. They were kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the process, and they accommodated our every request.While supply chain constraints are allowing less scrupulous dealers to charge ridiculous market adjustments, they sold us our truck at MSRP, along with factory incentives and a fantastic interest rate through Ford Motor Credit. Given the intense demand for this specific vehicle (many dealers are marking them up 10-15k), we could not be more pleased with the result.This is the second vehicle we have bought from Bill Knight (and Dee in particular). Given the genuinely decent treatment we have received in a time in which taking advantage of the situation and gouging for every penny is the norm, they have earned our business for life. Thank you!

I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer ST from Bill Knight Ford worked with Michael Noland in Sales and Mike in finance. Michael in sales worked with me after I noticed they had the ST in transit from manufacturer. He answered all my questions and kept me updated with the delivery date. Very knowledgeable of vehicle and gave great details when I picked it up on the overall equipment and setup. Mike in finance made my purchase seamless. Addressing all my questions and had me in and out of his office quickly. Hands down one of the best experiences in car buying.

Pathetic excuse for customer service. I had an appointment for a recall repair of the backup camera. I called them Friday to make sure the parts were there because last time I brought it bin they told me that the dusky have the parts. They assured me Friday that the parts were here. Dropped it off this morning and they made no mention of having to keep the truck more than one day. At 3;45 I started calling trying to find out if it would be ready today. At 5:45 they finally called back saying that they needed to order the parts! Are you freaking serious?!? They didn’t do anything with it all day! And now they want me to bring it back when they get the parts in? If I would not have hounded them at the end of they day to get an answer I’m pretty sure they would have just kept it overnight. I was there every 5k miles but I won’t be back again.

Thank you Jeff Hubert and the guys at Bill Knight Ford! They gave us a jump start because we killed the battery sitting next door at Sonic eating ice cream with the seat warmers on and the engine off! We didnt even know how to open the hood or where to connect the jumper cables but Jeff figured it out. It was nice to get help from such nice people.

Just wanted to share my recent experience at Bill Knight Ford with Michael Noland. I was beyond impressed. They did not pressure or rush me with the process. They took the time to listen to me, and made the process super easy. Michael was very professional, polite, and attentive. I was not in the market for a car as mine was totaled. I am a wife, mom of four, and ER nurse; therefore, finding time to car shop was nearly impossible. Michael with Bill Knight Ford worked with me, and was able to complete all the paperwork over the phone/email. He even made it possible for me to meet in OKC to pick up my BRAND NEW EXPEDITION MAX to avoid an 8 hour drive. I highly recommend Michael Noland and Bill Knight Ford!

Overall they were professional, upfront about time, and price was good. Ford quick lane not that quick. But they did say they had a lot of people that morning and was running slow. So being up front I give them the 5 star instead of a 4 star. Tire rotation came with the oil change, so the over all price was spot on. Not sure of booking an appointment for an oil change would be any faster. But then why have a quick Lane???

This was by far the quickest and easiest car buying experience Ive ever had.my sales person was extremely nice Kris Carter and the finance director Mike Driver worked really hard in minutes to get us the best and most affordable deal!! This morning I had an appointment for THE WORKS Oil change, I was in and out under 45 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL KNIGHT FORD QUICK LUBE THE WORKS!. For quality service and a very knowledgeable and professional staff who will greet you while still in your car or pickup. A very clean and pleasant waiting area. Every employee I saw spoke to me and asked if they could help. Not a bad experience at all.

Its been decades since we had such a comfortable and assuring experience at a car dealership. Mario greeted us and showed the extras we could add to the new truck. Plus demonstrated how to operate new additions to the 2021 model.Instead of feeling nervous about a 50k investment, and miserable about the long drawn out process, we were happy and satisfied. It was well worth a trip to Tulsa to get the best salesperson and another fine quality Ford product.Had it not been for Marios calm and assuring manner, I would have backed out of the sale that day.High pressure sales sends me out the door like it did at a competing dealership last month.Im trying my best to get my sister in law to convert to Ford.Thanks for a good experience.Mary

I had a scheduled service visit on 7/7/2021. I was there for The Works special. Rob was my initial contact. He was so nice and I had several questions (it was my first visit back to the dealership since the purchase of my car). There was a problem with the back, passenger-side glass, as it would not completely close at the top. Come to find out, my Ford Focus has 2 types of windows. The front windows are electric but the back windows are mechanical (they work with a crank). There had been 4 of us seeking how to close the window. Different folks, places and times, ranging from age 8 to age 65. Rob found the crank handle none of us could see! My car has a black interior and the crank handle is also black! So, not only did my car get serviced, tires rotated and a free car wash, it was truly a learning experience. Rob was so patient and great to show me this and to explain. I appreciate Bill Knight Ford for its kind, compassionate and timely service. I was told to expect a wait time of 2 hours and I was out of there 15 minutes early! I highly recommend Bill Knight Ford!

Our car broke down while driving on Memorial. We had it towed to Bill Knight Ford to be fixed. The communication was almost non-existent with the service advisor. We had to track him down to get any info & still, 3 1/2 weeks later, the car sat in the same spot untouched for repair. They told us it was because they were so backed up with work & not sure when they could get to it. I then let them know I would be sending it somewhere else to be repaired. Not once did anyone try & retain our business. I called AAA, had the car towed to Matthews Ford on Mon. & by Friday, it was done. The Service Mgr was incredible to work with! He called us throughout the entire process & now they have a new customer. Sorry Bill Knight. Communication is key in your business & your service dept really dropped the ball on this one!

Michael was very accommodating. We texted back and forth because we were camping. Had the exact Explorer that we wanted . Came in and he introduced us to David Sanders, got the paper work done and maybe it took an hour. Very efficient and the guys were very nice. The Explorer was not detailed as good as it should of been. Windows and wiping down inside and washing outside. There were smudges on inside and out and windows were foggy on the outer edges. Michael and David are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you both for an easy way to buy a car.

My most recent visit was probably the shortest wait time while getting my vehicle serviced. I was pleased with the quick turnaround. The only thing that is somewhat inconvenient is the 2 to 3 week waiting period after making an appointment. It would be nice if return/repeat customers, or business customers that purchase several vehicles from the dealership; could have more priority on getting in sooner with shorter wait times.

Out of all the car buying experience we have had, Bill Knight Ford has been by far the best. Not only is the salesman down to earth and not pushy, at all, they are understanding, sympathetic, and just know how to talk with people. We had an awful experience literally right before going to this lot, and Dalton made that bad experience into an amazing one. We told them what exactly we were wanting and every single person I spoke with made sure we were taking care of. I walked out buying a vehicle, that I never thought would be possible to fit everything we asked for and more actually. I would definitely purchase from Dalton again, and recommend Bill Knight Ford. I have Bill Knight Ford do all my oil changes. I get to set an appointment and it never takes more than an hour to have the oil changed, tires rotated, all my fluids checked and even a car wash. The service is great, and the staff friendly. However, that being said, the last two times I have gone there, including this last one, my radio antenna has been broken off. I do not feel I should have to remove my antenna every time I get my Truck serviced. They are not expensive to replace but I am starting to feel inconvenienced to have to replace them every time I go in. Thus, I can only give a 4 star out of 5 review.

I took our 2011 Taurus into Bill Knight Ford for an oil change and a four-wheel alignment. I called my service advisor Jeff Lee that morning to see if he could do both things that day. He said he could and to bring our car on in. It took a couple of hours but I was fine with that because their waiting room has nice comfortable chairs, water, coffee and a TV. So I watched the 2021 summer Olympics while waiting on our car. Everyone is so friendly and nice at Bill Knight Ford.

Amazing experience having my car serviced! This was my first service since I purchased my Ford Explorer from Bill Knight Ford. I came expecting to sit around for hours for a simple oil change since this is what I would normally experience at previous services with other dealerships. That was NOT the case here… I showed upfor my appointment and my car was taken right back. I was offered a Lyft home until my car was done but that it would not take more than an hour so I decided to stay and wait. My car was done very fast, in about 45 minutes and everything was checked and taken care of!Ivan who took care of me was so kind and helpful and answered all my questioned!Now I can look forward to a service instead of dread them 😂😊

I’ve trusted Bill Knight Ford with my 2016 Mustang GT since I purchased it there in September of 2015. I’ve been pleased with their service, professionalism and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle maintenance. I’ve had my car in their shop 4 times: aftermarket performance lowering springs, aftermarket exhaust, AC service and replacement of a water pump. Theyve had my car for two weeks to fix a wiring harness and some sensors. I called and called and all I could do was leave voicemail. No answer, no callback. I found out TODAY that the service guy in charge of the work was gone for a few days and they needed me to greenlight more work before continuing. If they had called me back LAST WEEK I would have my car by now. Awwin said that his guy was supposed to be checking messages and he mustve dropped the ball. 😡 I understand that there was a lot of work to be done, but NO ONE returned my calls or tried to get in touch with me so I could give them the go-ahead to finish the next step - a ridiculous windshield story - so here I am STILL without my vehicle. I drive for a living. Ive spent my paycheck keeping a borrowed car that guzzles gas during record high gas prices. I firmly believe that I should receive a discount for having to wait for so long extra because they dropped the ball. I didnt even know that DAYS would be involved when I dropped it off and THAT turned into TWO FULL WEEKS. Because no one bothered to pick up a phone. 😡

We cant say enough good about the service we received from Bill Knight Ford on Thursday July 29th. We were traveling through from Southeast Kansas to Ft Worth area in Texas with our 2 kids, and our English Bulldog. While traveling our A/C in our 2015 Ford Explore all the sudden started blowing warm air. We pulled over and I Googled the closest dealership. While in route (thankfully only 5 miles away) our check charge circuit light came on as well. By the time we made it to the dealership we had no power steering as well. Turns out my belt had gone bad and snapped y A/C line. The Service Advisor Rob, and our mechanic Cole went above and beyond to get my dog and kids in some A/C, and find parts (that were out of stock) to get my family back on the road comfortably. They thought this was most likely going to extend past closing time, and they offered to stay and complete the job. But they had my family back on the road all fixed up in 3 hours! That is unheard of. We will forever be grateful to them all. Thank You Bill Knight Ford, especially Rob and Cole.

We just bought our son a car at Bill Knight. They still needed to do their 139 point inspection & detail the car, however, during the installation of new tires they noticed a potential problem with the water pump. They have ordered a new water pump to be installed in a couple days. We weren’t able to take the car home after finalizing the purchase due to the aforementioned servicing. Even given the delay in receiving the car, I’m grateful for their attention to detail and not only installing 4 new tires but also a new water pump. I’m pleased my son won’t have problems with his car for a long time.The process to buy the car went smoothly from the test drive to signing all of the paperwork electronically. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Got a notification saying my only car needed two recall repairs. Scheduled it with Bill Knight Ford, Who said they could come get car to do the repairs and bring it back the same day. They picked up the car at 8:30 am.We had to call at 4 p.m. only to be told they didnt get to it that day.Well get it back to you in the morning they said.The next morning at 9:30 a.m. Craig called said the car was done and would be there shortly.At least five phone calls and three and a half hours later, I had to threaten to call a lawyer and they finally returned my car.And gave us a free oil change for our trouble.No way Im using that theyll keep my car for 2 days again. Absolutely would not recommend Buying anything or getting any kind of service from this dealership

Dealerships dont always have a good reputation for how they treat someone making a commitment like buying a car. I have had nothing but good experience with this dealer. Brought F150 in for sun roof repair. Diagnosed as needing track replacement. Difficulty locating part but stated would be received in 4 weeks. After 5 weeks started leaving voicemails (couldn’t get advisor to pick up). Ultimately left 10 voicemails with only 1 returned. Saturday of 6th week drove to dealership to determine status of repair. Lone advisor was unable to determine status and sent email to responsible advisor. After hearing nothing by late Monday called service manager but went to voicemail. After hearing nothing by Tuesday morning had a friend who is also a Ford dealer call a colleague at Bill Knight to see what the problem was. Subsequently heard from service manager and service was completed by the following Friday (over 6 weeks from start to finish)

My 2007 Ford Edge had a recall on the airbag. When I took it in to be serviced, they also informed me of a recall on the fuel tank. They explained they would need the car longer than originally planned but they finished both jobs in a very timely way and I was without a vehicle for a total of 24 hours. Rob at Bill Knight Ford was excellent at communicating with me and making me feel like a priority. I had an excellent experience and will recommend my friends and colleagues to service their vehicles there as well.

I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years, I’ve bought 7 vehicles from bill knight ford, but my last visit as far as actual service was the worst. Yes the guys that work in the Quick Lane office were and have always been exceptional to me, but yesterday I took my vehicle in to have the works performed, my vehicle was washed and the oil changed, but the last two times no one has rotated my tires. And the reason I know is that the same tire has been in the same spot. Mind you that I’ve been coming here for over 10 years this is the first time this has ever happened.

The service was great however I wanted 2 extra keys cut, 1 of them programed. Ivan was my service advisor. I was told their key machine is broken and it will be 2 weeks before it will be fixed. Great experience! We called a little bit before opening and Michael K had the truck we wanted ready for us the second we drove up and met us outside. We did the test drive and signed our paper work and was out an hour on the dot. We are pre approved with our credit unit on and they weren’t pushy what so ever and were very honest. My service tech, Rob, was Gracious, understanding and considerate, and was very good about updating me on my trucks elongated visit to the service department. Just bad luck, or good luck if your a half full guy, that four days after having my plugs and brakes done—my entire electrical system shorted and pretty much fried everything. Went in for an oil change & a recall notice, which 2 years earlier had been an actual repair, but needed a further procedure done that came with the recall. We left our car for a recall on the brakes, some warranty work and a detail. They gave us a loaner car, comparable to our Ford Edge at no cost. Our car was beautiful, like new when we picked it up. The staff if so professional and nice. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I called a few weeks ago to schedule a recall service on my 2020 F350, bought from BK Ford and which is my second F350 bought from them. I was given a time and date and was told the issue would take 2 to 3 hours. I said I would just wait for it. I live 50 miles from the dealership so had to get up a little early to get there on time. When I got there and told the service writer what was needed he asked if I had reserved a loaner as it could take all day to complete the work. I said no, nothing had been said about it. No loaner was available so we agreed that I would wait a couple of hours and see how it is going. After 2 hours I was informed the part needed for the recall was not available. I kept my cool but after leaving I called to speak to the service manager about why I was not informed prior to my appointment that the part was unavailable. That was yesterday. I called again this morning and still no return call. I dont think this meets the level of customer service that most would expect.I am changing this review to 5 stars as the dealership reached out to me and took care of the issue, which I greatly appreciate. It is a good thing when a business recognizes an error was made and corrects it.

There was a recall on the passenger side airbag on my 2008 Ford Edge. Ford sent me a letter and I called Ford and they put me in touch with Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa. They scheduled a mobile mechanic to come to my residence and fix the airbag recall right in my driveway. The mechanic arrived 5 minutes early and it only took him 10 minutes to complete the repair. The mechanic was extremely nice and polite as was Emily whom I scheduled the repair with at Bill Knight. I’ve never bought a car from Bill Knight Ford but they made the process of getting my airbag recall repaired simple and easy. I was very pleased with their service.

The service department is top notch and I am always pleased with them every time I take my car in for an oil change. I always get a printed receipt for all services and an update on everything they checked. I really like the fact that they go over each service and explain. Matthew was very helpful and immediately after I sat down to wait he texted me to let me know I could get in touch with him if I had questions. He took care of all the services I requested for car. I was in 3 months ago for an oil change. I told my service rep I wanted to add some mud flaps to my truck. I assumed a FORD dealership could order FORD accessories. Nope, she told me I had to do it myself. Upon returning for my next oil change, I had mud flaps in hand. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, they tell me they don’t know how to install or they are for a different vehicle. Why did you not order them for me in the first place? So, you missed a sale and created an unhappy customer.

So far, not a great experience. Dropped off my Transit van for the works, came to get it and it had a huge dent/scrape above the drivers door. They didn’t try to hide it to their credit, I guess they had driver a truck with ladders on the roof into my van… they did a fine job with the oil change and tire rotations, not very difficult things, but they did fine. I’ll update it after they’ve fixed the dent and cracked windshield. We’ll see how they do with fixing their mistakes. They were pleasant and easy to work with, just dented up my brand new van, not a great experience. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they emailed me a link asking for one, so here you go…

Bought a 2019 XC60 Volvo. The experience was fabulous. I was not sure I wanted to buy the car so my salesperson John said I should drive the car home and keep it overnight and drive it around. I did and that really helped me decide. John was very low key and let the car sell itself, which it did. There was really no pressure at all.
