Called about steering wheel controls not working w/ an aftermarket stereo. I was informed that it may be a possible harness, but would not know until they looked. Brought vehicle to AA & salesman takes vehicle back & says harness is good & it is correct one, but some wires are loose. I get in vehicle & still no working controls, door chime sounds worse than before & I was charged $60. Not happy w/ experience here @ all.

These guys are top-notch. They evaluated what I wanted to do with my 08 Tacoma, and basically turned it into a 2020 system, replacing the dated in-dash CD with a 7 touchscreen, bluetooth, and a backup camera. Installation time was only a few hours, and it is a nice and clean installation - like it was factory-installed (only awesome). A few weeks later when my sub was having an issue, they were able to pull it, send it for repair, and didnt try to upsell me on needless upgrades. They offered the best solution, no muss, no fuss. Ill definitely be returning to them for any and all audio needs.

I dont know how to say thank you enough! No pressure sales. I told Jay what I was looking for and he showed me a Focal system and he let it do the talking. He answered every question I had. I left and visited other dealers in Tulsa. No one could touch what Jay offered. We scheduled the installation. They installed four Focal door speakers, two focal tweeters, one JL sub, Jl amp, and sound deadening in the doors of my 2019 F-150 in about 6.5 hours!!!! PLUS it sounds A-MAZ-ING!!! I cant tell you how good this things sounds. Im pretty sure I now have the best sounding Ford in Tulsa!! As a musician, I need to hear clarity and let me tell you, Focal doesnt disappoint! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Jay will work with you to customize the very best system for your budget. There is a reason why Audio Advice has been in business for 40 plus years. Impeccable products and a tremendous staff. Go see for yourself...you wont believe your ears!!!

They took the existing equipment I had and reconfigured it to sound absolutely perfect and how it should have all along. They also reinstalled the components and rewired them also the way they should have been done at the previous place I used. The work was top notch, very neat, and the staff is as friendly as you get. Perfect customer experience. Absolutely recommended!

Had a remote start in mine and my wife’s cars along with a new KENWOOD deck in mine. Never been happier with the service provided along with the upgrades to the cars at the right price! I will definitely be coming back in the future with any new upgrades that I want in my car! Great job guys!!!

Very disappointed in the “service” that I received. I went in hoping to get my auxiliary port replaced since it is no longer working. When I went into the store, I told the guy who greeted me that the aux had gone out and needed to be replaced. He seemed a little confused so I further explained that it was the 3.5 mm headphone jack located in the center console. He then ran out to the parking lot and before I could even tell him which car was mine, he tried hopping in some random truck. After I showed him my car, he drove it around back. About five minutes later he came upfront saying he couldn’t figure out what I was talking about and couldn’t find the aux port. Wanted to know if I was talking about the cigarette lighter behind the gear shifter? I offered to show him what I was talking about and he escorted me to the garage where they work on the cars. As soon as I walked through the door, I noticed that there was a dog in my car! I then spoke to the mechanic and he was confused why I was talking about the auxiliary port, as the guy who greeted me told him I needed my USB port changed. Does this guy even listen? Needless to say I left without any plans to ever go back. Very unprofessional to have an animal in someone’s car.*** Unprofessional for this business to be in the practice of arguing negative reviews on Facebook. Anyways, the fact that I had a charger and dash cam plugged into my cigarette lighter ( nowhere near my center console ) has nothing to do with my auxiliary port in my center console. I’m sorry that a charger confused your guys? And I had 1 USB, not multiple. I’m aware what the installer tried to explain. I had already done my research and knew that this part was discontinued, that’s why I reached out to a company separate from the dealership hoping that they might be able to help with an aftermarket part. Yes, he said I could buy a whole new radio and have that installed but that’s not what my intentions were. It’s sad that you guys are supposed to be a professional audio store, and you don’t even know the difference between an auxiliary, a USB, and a cigarette lighter.

Bought a wiring harness from here and had trouble getting my radio in, I called and they told me to come on up and they fixed it within 20 minutes and gave me an explanation for what I did wrong. This business does the very best work possible using the best possible parts for installation. I 100% recommend these guys if you want it done right and professionally, and want it to work long term.

Edited to 4 stars, due to customer service. Spent right at $1000 on a Remote Start. They told me it was the best one. My hubby has had more trouble with it than we can count at this point. Hes had it back in at least 5 times to fix or update the system. It literally shut down his vehicle and we couldnt get it started. They sent someone (Angel) out as soon as they could to fix it - long enough to get back to the shop and figure out the problem. Nice Staff and theyve taken care of him when these incidents have happened.. BUT definitely not worth the money spent. He got me a remote start system on my car at Boomers - for 1/2 the price literally, and mine is flawless. Do not go with the Viper system. They do not inform you or it would seem the carriers of their product of crucial updates concerning usage of the alarm system. Again, the guys up here are willing to help when the problems arise.

Very good experience! Took me about a week to get a set date scheduled for them to install a new radio in my car, once we got around to it they took care of it very fast and installed my system flawlessly. Only concern i had was the radio system i bought displayed a remote with the system but i was never given my remote. Overall quick and reliable service!

I came here years ago for a new system and install. I since got a new car, and needed to get my system back what I was used to. Audio Advice impressed me then, and they impressed me now!I let them give me more direction this time, knowing I wanted a really clean sound; this paid off! Called around town to get some stereo installation in my Tesla. Everyone was either too nervous or charged an outrageous amount of money.Called Audio Advice, not only did they sound confident and professional, they also stated they can create 3-4 plans so that I can price it out and see what fits in my budget.Not only was it a 1 day install, the system sounds amazing! I would highly suggest Audio Advice for your business, home theater, or car system needs!

The worker was very helpful. Measured all the cables, put end pieces on them, and even strung them out under my hood showing me exactly where they all hook up..... pretty much did everything for me. Just charged me the price for parts. Super helpful and super nice. Thanks again!

Great experience! Walked in to check out marine audio equip. They had the exact components I needed in stock. Pulled the boat in at noon (same day) and by 4 pm I had amazing sound on the boat! I bet same day installs cant happen everytime, but I know they will do it if it is possible. Couldnt be happier! Prices are right too. Thanks Audio Advice and Charles!

Avoid this place like the plague install crew is incompetent at best. This used to be the place to go they have been around for ever. The quality of service has fallen off dramatically though. They have worked on the last one from me as I’m searching for a replacement factory radio since the one I have has burned up after a shady amp install. Ive been back four times for them to fix it. I have speakers wired up backwards. Amp wasn’t even mounted. Made appointment for them to make it right when I arrived I was told I would need to leave it with them that they had two installs in front of me. 24 hrs prior when appointment was made I was told only had one job on books the following day. This was the last straw for me I have a new $60,000 truck with smoke coming out of the dash. Management does everything they can to pass the blame to anything possible and refuses to accept the facts. I will be getting it fixed correctly and passing the info to BBB for mediation. The lack of professionalism from Audio Advice is upsetting.

Had bought new amp, component speakers, DSP and head unit and had problems from the start. When it was all worked out, sales person was in vehicle with me while listening and when i said REALLY?!?!? he replied Sounds great doesnt it?. I thought he was kidding, then I finally got him to admit for $4000, it sounded like poop (I am trying to be polite). I dont know if he gave up on me but Jay got in and he immediately said something is wrong. So, to make a long story short, I like and believe in their products and Jay. Jay made things right (as much as possible). If I could come in and deal DIRECTLY with him, I would spend another $4000 like I had intended to. What I dont have faith in are the sales rep and the installer. How you can allow your work to back out of the installation shop calling it good when it sounds horrible, wires twisted together and hacked up plastic, I will never understand. I am I guess older and if it took me as an installer to walk up or better yet, call the sales rep back and explain its gonna take more time to install and TUNE it, then I would. Then as the rep, I would approach the customer and say I apologize but in order to deliver what we promised, its gonna take additional time, THEN THATS WHAT I WOULD DO. I wouldnt pull the car around and tell you to hop in and crank it up and act as if its the best thing since sliced bread.....I wouldnt and couldnt. If it meant spacing installs further apart, then I would because the repeat business would be exponentially greater. Anyway....I applaud Jay, as the owner, for doing everything possible to make it right. I am kinda a hot head, so when I get to a certain point, I get frustrated and wont let the installer try to make it right and try to tune it when he has proven to me he doesnt have the skill set or he just doesnt want to. TY again Jay for your help
