Our tech Caesar really helped usout. Went in for a phone that wouldnt charge and it just needed a cleaning. He made it look like new, cleaned all the buttons and it works great now. Really like this place.

Went in because the band on my Fitbit ripped off and I couldnt change the band because of the way it was torn. They told me they dont work on Fitbits but would take a look. He had it off in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this place!

Seth at the 71st store went about and beyond to get my device charging properly. I’ve been using phone doctor for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Definitely use them if you need something phone related.

Buyer Beware they use sub quality glass. I’ve had my iPhone glass replaced by them two times now and the second time I even had a hard a protective glass over top of my phones glass and it still broke. The second time they gave me a discount of 20 dollars which is insulting bc it was 2 weeks after they fixed It. Now it broke again not 1 week later and with a protective screen over top. Never will I use them and beware you get what you pay for but in this case you get even cheaper glass for your phone. Buyer Beware.

My IPhone X was not going back to the Home Screen and wasn’t turning off so stopped by here and they fixed it in 5 minutes! Said they just had to take the screen off to restart it and didn’t charge me! Very nice guy up front didn’t get his name. But will definitely be coming back and recommend it to people.

The sound on my iPad stopped working. I could only hear with my earphones on and with my Audible collection, I needed it fixed ASAP. I’m new to Tulsa so I had to rely on reviews and Phone Doctors lived up to the stellar reviews. The gentleman saw me right away. I told him the problem and all I did to try and fix it. I took it into Phone Doctors on 71st and Memorial and after being in there for maybe 5 minutes it was completely fixed and free of charge. The employees were super chill and very helpful. 10/10 definitely coming back here anytime I need something fixed with my phone

So I broke my screen and disabled my iphone by accident ....I know im a dumba$% but i made no mistake by going here! Neil was super funny and friendly he helped me the first time with fixing my screen he was very knowledgeable as to how to easily resolve my issue even when i came in three days later having a meltdown....The guys here are reliable, and very profession I WOULD 10000000% RECOMMEND :)

Told them to tell me if anything else is wrong with my phone and they kept saying it was just the screen . Do not recommend this place at all I have been up there 4-5 times in the past month and asked the manager for a refund and they said they can’t . So save yourself time and money and just go somewhere and else!!!!!

I called phone doctor to inquire about fixing my screen after my toddler threw it down the stairs, I spoke with the most professional and empathetic young man named Carlos. He understood my concerns about losing precious memories on my phone and ensured everything was backed up before starting my repair. The prices aren’t bad, but the service is amazing! Hopefully I won’t need to go back any time soon, but if I do, I’ll make sure to go to Carlos’ location

I recently had my iPhone 11 crash. I called Apple...no help. I went to my carrier. They had me connect with an online tech. That didn’t solve the problem. Christian Stout, Mgr at 71ST, listened to my concerns. He went above and beyond to solve my phone problem. I’m a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend you bring your phone problems here. If I could I’d give it 6 stars! One thing that describes this manager is HONESTY. He loves his job, and it shows in his service. (I also wish I’d bought my phone there 3 months ago...I would have saved myself about $150 on the same phone!) As a Senior Citizen...that’s something you need to know when you go phone shopping.

My charging port needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t charge anymore. I called this store around 11:00 am and asked if they could repair today. They assured me they could after confirming they had the part for my phone model. I took it in and received an email within 45 minutes that it was ready for pick up. I also received a phone call, on my wife’s phone, that it was ready. Great service, very professional and reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again.

My IPhone 8 Plus had a screen replacement and a repair at another shop prior to taking to phone Dr’s at 71st and memorial. It was still having issues and the screen was cracked once again due to the last repair. I came in and Carol took great care of me. She listened to my concerns and got me fixed up right away! I would recommend any of my friends and family to Phone Doctors 71st and memorial. They gave me exceptional service and my phone is perfect!

Went in there less than 90 days ago, bought a new screen (that had digital defects) plus a screen protector PLUS a warranty if that screen protector breaks. The first time the screen protector cracked it shattered my screen below it. Brought it in and they told us tough luck & that if we would have brought the screen in to be fixed before we crack it (due to digital defects) but since we didnt and came in when the phone cracked (through the screen protector that I bought and paid an extra $40 warranty for) they would not even give us a discount on fixing it. What was the point in paying $100 for jacked up screen plus another $70 for screen protector and warranty? I do not understand. And Im still under at 90 day warranty. So disappointed have been with this company for MANY MANY years and this is how we got treated. Will never use this company again!! ONE STAR!!UPDATE: 2 weeks after I posted this the phone completely stopped working. The screen inside shut down and the phone itself will no longer function. Sad you can’t get good word now a days. Had a few peers reach out to me with the SAME exact problem and were told tough luck as well. Very disappointing.

Ben and Juaquin were courteous and informative about their services and prices. I merely dropped my phone off and ran a few errands. It was ready when I returned just a couple of hours later. Really nice guys, they said it would take 6to7 days and the next day i got my phone back completely repaired and working. Best phone fixing company ive ever been to, and it was fairly cheap only like 150 to fix a broken screen. I highly recommend these guys.

I was appreciative and happy with my service and the employee there Carlos was very honest with me about the quality of my phone.

The employees here are Awesome. They are upfront with the costs of repairs. If they get into a repair and notice other issues they will call and get the ok instead of just doing it and holding your device hostage with charges you wasnt expecting.

Highly recommended. Organized, professional staff and atmosphere. I was treated very respectfully, even though I asked for help and then pulled out an iPhone 5 months after the release of the X (I keep this phone for a few reasons and need it to last me a couple more years). They repaired my screen and cleaned up the water damage, and the price was competitive. The staff were upbeat, pleasant and attentive.
