They had the open sign on but no one was in there. And I could not look at the cigars because you have to have any employee they. I wait for 10 minutes and no one came.
A little hole in the wall cigar shop. I gave it three stars for these reasons. The first reason is I walked in and there was nobody, I almost thought they were closed then a person walked in from some door. I guess they also run the liquor store too? It is quite understandable a lot of shops do that but at least have your own staff. The staff that were there to help me werent very knowledgeable either. The second reason is the humidor. It is very small with little selection. They have some good stuff but not a whole lot. The humidor is made of this wood paneling everywhere and it wasnt the cleanest and it was enclosed by just a plain sliding glass door. I wasnt able to see the humidifier, I would like to see what the humidity is and it was also quite warm in there. Lastly the third reason is the prices. The prices are a little high. Another thing is their merchandise. I am looking to get a nicer cutter but when I looked around they only had one box of cheap cutters and punches. Theyre all in the glass counter with other things I was trying to look at but found difficult due to stuff on the counter blocking my view. To me really the only good thing was it is convenient to my work and the staff was nice.
Its not a cigar bar. But it is a really nice retail cigar store. They have a great selection of cigars and accesories. The staff is always friendly and now that I know they support our troops, Ill use them more often.
Was in the store for maybe 5 mins and a Landry came in and accused me of stealing and demanded that I empty my pocket so I did and then demanded I empty my back pockets and I told her I dont have any. So she said fine just get what you need and leave. Worst experience ever!!!
Great cigars expensive though.
Very helpful people
