Never opens on time!!! And when they finally opened they wouldnβt let anyone in the store without a mask. Plus HORRIBLE customer service after pointing out they had signs that contradicted each other the female associate got mad and acted like she was trying to fight me and got real ghetto!! You Should take the signs down thats states you can wear a mask if you choose then tell us itβs required! They called security on me for pointing out a sign when I wasnβt even in the store!!! Maybe you guys should also teach your associates what contradicting means
They wouldnβt let me in without a mask so I went to Foot Locker and spent $162.78 on a pair of shoes there instead.Good job turning away paying customers.
Standing in line at 11:04 the store opens at 11 The line outside this store is all the way back to the opening of JCPenney horrible service. I am Calling the corporate office on this store because this is absolutely ridiculous.

The quality of the products here are excellent the problem is there is So many workers but everyone is just standing around no one greets you and you walk in knowing thanks you for coming in and buying anyting They treat their customers very poorly in my experience

Nice selection but, didnt have the size shoe my son really wanted.
Customer service not good. Closed gate 10(probably longer)minutes early and not wanting to do a quick simple return with a receipt. Could see the judgmental looks on those kids. I work on sundays and go on break at 5:30 and it takes 20 minutes from my job to get there.
Lazy. Staring at the workers as they DONT open the store on time. By all means, finish your breakfast first. Store shouldβve opened 10 minutes ago.
Ordered shoes PRIOR to a store closing chose the store as point of delivery so I wouldnt have a problem and that was the worst thing I could do!! Store closed, no indication or notification when the store would open after several visits I decided to call Champs customer service. My confirmation email said USPS attempted to deliver to store, but didnt have access. Went to my local post office where they were holding deliveries for the store and they wouldnt release the shoes to me, with my proof of purchase, ID, and email confirmation listing me as the recipient of the package. Post office Manager told me if they released the package to me and something happened to it, they would be held responsible and could possibly lose Champs contract for business: This was after several attempts at even getting to the attention of a Postal Manager and three days of calling and being on hold for over an hour at a time with Champs! I asked to have the package re-addressed to my home address, or send a replacement order and cancel the original, BUT NO ONE seemed to know how to make that happen either!! Finally after being thoroughly frustrated and exhausting ALL OPTIONS I demanded a refund, told it would take approximately 5 business days to arrive in my mailbox. After 1O BUSINESS DAYS I have called Champs AGAIN to find out where my refund check was and was told they had to track the package down and return to sender BEFORE they could issue my refund and I should expect another two-weekend DELAY!!! ((I AM LIVID)) to say the least and the lack of consideration for my TIME, the INCONVENIENCE and SANITY lost trying to resolve an issue that I didnt create is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I WILL ((NEVER)) shop at CHAMPS again and I recommend you DONT EITHER!!!
This has got to be the worst Champs ever. Their store manager is so unprofessional and rude for no reason. And the fact that they are taking peoples money without giving them a receipt is very suspect. I asked the manager why I havenβt gotten my emailed receipt back and she rudely tells me itβs gone take like two minutes. And that if I have any problems they could just look me up on the computer. That wasnβt the issue it was rude and nonchalantly she said it. If you hate your job please donβt work in customer service bruh.

I love going to this store for shoes or any other needs I might have, they always have the newest kicks available and if they dont have the size they are quick to order them n ship them to store for you. Great place hands down.
They should do more for this store and revamp it making it more interesting and catchy employees are good tho
So I enter this store with the intent of just looking at clothes and stuff. Right when I enter the employees are asking me a million questions, about what I am shopping for and stuff. So I am looking at some shoes and a employee notices, so he offers me to try them on. He hands me the shoes, and I try them on. I like the shoes but I had no intent on buying them. So I hand him the shoes back, and he takes them politely. So I decide I will shop around until an employee asks me why I didnt purchase the shoes, I tell her I dont have a credit card on me. All the employees in the store think this is funny, and all start laughing at me and one even starts to run around the store. I just walked out the store with utter disgust at how they treated me and other customers. Champs you have great selection of clothes, but you have terrible customer service, ever heard of the customer is always right:(. Never shopping at the store ever again
I wanted a pair of shoes that was men size and I asked two people to help me find them in my size and they said theyβre over there.. so I went up to the desk and I told Ashley what I wanted and she helped me figure it out.. she was a blessing but the other two were rude.

Manger is so unprofessional.. was looking around for a bday gift. she followed me and was just staring me down... like if was going to shoplift. I unfolded a shirt to look how long it was.. I WAS FOLDING IT BACK THEY WAY IT WAS. WHEN SHE LITERALLY PULLED HER HAND OUT AND SAID I GOT IT. WITH A ATTITUDE. I WENT ON LOOKING ONCE AGAIN THERE SHE GOES RIGHT BEHIND ME.. THIS MADE MY SHOPPING VERY UNEASY.

Sat in there for 20 minutes while people came in after us and was asked right away if they needed help. Not once did we get asked. So from now on Ill shop at Finish Line or Foot Locker for my familys shoes.
I went in to look at some Fila shoes with my boyfriend today and I wasnt happy with my experience. I happen to be a female who wears a size 13 in women so I usually shop in the mens shoes. I looked around and NO workers would approach me or even look at me. Yet everytime my boyfriend picked up a shoe they asked him multiple times if be wanted to try then on. It wasnt until he said something to a worker that they actually helped me. This experience made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, so Ill probably buy online next time from somewhere else.

They said they didnt have my size in the Adidas I wanted and they offered to order them for me in my size. So they ordered them and i waited a week and they came in, but they were the wrong shoe. They were confused so i went and grabbed the shoe they were supposed to have ordered and showed them, so they told me i could reorder them, but id have to wait because their computers were down and couldnt make orders so we had to hold on to the shoes and replace them in a couple days. We called to ask if the computers were back up and they said yes so we came in and they told us the computers were down again, but theyd try. But lo and behold they couldnt order my size in the correct color only in the wrong color, so they suggested i order half a size bigger so i went ahead and agreed. Said the shoes would be there in 3-5 business days so i wait a week and the shoes still arent in and the manager says did you check the tracking and i told him yes it said they were supposed to be in by yesterday at 8 or 9 and he says you mean today? And i said no. Yesterday. And he goes well we havent even got the mail today. Okay dude whatever its past 5 pm but sure. Probably not gonna shop here again too much trouble.

Horrible, i was looking for a pair of grey Nike shoes. The style i wanted they didnt have my size in the grey. I decided to go with black they didnt have my size. My daughter suggested the white but i was reluctant because i was tired of cleaning white shoes. They had my size in white i figured well maybe later get grey. I purchased these shoes on Aug 8th, 2017 around 1:30pm. I left went to my Drs appointment and in mean time i decided i did not want white and i should of checked other stores at woodland mall. After my appt. I go back to mall and go to footlocker and found same style but in a black. I purchased shoes and go to get refund from Champs. I go to register and girl looks at shoes and says youve worn these shoes i cant give you a refund. I told her i just bought these shoes she said but they been worn. I said no i have not worn them. She said they are dirty i said hey they are but that is what you sold me. She walks iff and. Josh who said he was store nanager. Looks at shoes and said you have worn these shoes and we cant give you a refund. I said i have not worn these shoes i just bought them couple hours ago. He said look at them youve worn them i said no i havent. Well the arguement is on from thete it goes back and forth. I adked for him to call management and he said he was manager. I adked him to call corporate and he said he not going to call them. By then im talking loud and im upset. He said well ill give you store credit. I said i dont want store credit i want my money back. It goes back and forth and i said im not leaving this store until he calls someone because he is accusing me of being a liar and wearing a pair of shoes. He said ima give tour money back but you can never come back to this store again. I said fine.I paid for the shoes at 1:30 pm and tried to return them at 6pm.
